We always get the guava milk and sometimes the peach milk tea here with Golden Boba and Crystal Boba or Aloe Vera. Small- 12 oz. Large-16 oz.

Boba tea

We stumbled upon this cute little shop- we wanted a mid-day pick me up. We ordered a boba tea, a lychee slush, and a peach tea. The person who took our order was so patient and was able to answer all of our questions. Everything came out DELICIOUS! So refreshing and tastes so great. We can't wait to go again!

Stopped by AiCha Boba for a quick afternoon pick-me-up and was pleasantly surprised. I tried the Mango Slushie--it was bursting with fresh flavor and really hit the spot. My god‑daughter ordered the Strawberry Milk Tea with Strawberry Boba and couldn't stop raving about it. The shop itself has a relaxed, clean, and comfortable vibe--perfect for unwinding with a good drink.

Fast service and flavorful drink. I ordered a wintermelon black tea with golden boba. I believe this used to be a Ding Tea location - it does not look like much has changed (menu and flavor profile wise) other than the name. I usually come here when I'm around the area and stopping next door at milk and cookies.

'kiwi' tea (tasted like green apple candy) & coffee milk tea
Danielle B.

I ordered two things. The coffee milk tea was not very good, but passable. The other thing I ordered however, was awful, and I probably should've had them remake it. I ordered a kiwi fruit tea, but when I got it, it did not taste like kiwi at all. It tasted EXACTLY like Fake green apple candy, think like the green apple jolly rancher flavors. I also ordered at 30% sweet, and it was still very sweet. I will not return here when there are so many better tea and coffee shops around.

I am a boba fanatic and this place can sure serve up a boba! I love that they are open later than most boba shops in south Orange County. They have a nice selection of different bobas. I tend to get taro or matcha drinks and they haven't disappointed. My husband really love the Yakult bobas! It's a small little boba shop and it gets quite busy so you may not find seating. It doesn't have as trendy vibe as other boba spots, but still cool. They have an arcade machine there. All in all, this is now my new boba spot! Try it!

This location has changed out to different boba businesses. I am not sure how long it has been AiCha. We tried a variety of drinks from milk teas to fruit slushes. We also tried traditional boba, lychee jelly and strawberry popping boba. I like they have non caffeine options, teas, coffees and various mix ins. You can change the sweetness level and amount of ice.

Signature milk tea

I always get the jasmine milk tea with slight sugar + golden boba or the signature with slight or no sugar + golden boba. It's the only place I'll go for a milk tea because I'm usually disappointed anywhere else. Also the staff is super nice and care if you do or don't like the drink!

Cute little boba place in Mission Viejo with a great menu of classics and specials. I ordered the Oreo milk tea with egg pudding and it was so delicious. I totally forgot to ask for less sweetness but it still came out perfect. The almond milk tea was perfectly almondy and the pearls were perfectly chewy. Would come back here for sure. Great service too.

I love this place! Their boba is high quality, and their guava green tea drink is amazing! I get mine half sweet and it's still sweet.

This one a journey, buckle up lol. So I recently saw a TikTok from one of the owners here talking…read moreabout being part of "the Kaleidoscope lore." Wasn't totally sure what he meant, but I was curious. He also looked Latino, so naturally I wanted to pull up and support. On this day, I was passing through on my way back from San Diego and I remembered the video. I figured why not stop in. I get to the mall and it immediately felt like the lore he was talking about. The whole place gives major post-apocalyptic shopping center energy. I parked on the first level, which was eerily empty for a Friday, next to a dumpster that had somehow become an indoor water feature courtesy of a leak in the ceiling. "Will my car be okay?" I wondered. I walk into the elevator and quickly realize it's dead. The escalators? Also dead lol. For a second I genuinely thought the power was out. When I got to the main level, I noticed every single store was dark. Baffled, I had to Google the shop just to confirm it was open. Found out it was on the top floor, so I just started climbing, half expecting to find a zombie horde and instead found the entire mall's remaining population in one spot. Phew! To be fair, apparently this mall has been struggling for years. It's not exactly a secret around here you just have to kinda find out the way I did lol. None of that is on Concrete Coffee though, they're just doing their thing inside a building that's had a rough go of it long before they showed up. But honestly, it's worth the trek. The shop itself is cute, bright, and tucked into the front of a small boutique market with a handful of other little shops and eats. The menu was easy to read and the seasonal drinks looked great. The second I saw banana cold foam I knew I was staying awhile. I'm historically weak to a good cold foam. I actually hung around for a bit afterward and watched a steady stream of people pop in the whole time, so whatever's going on with the mall, this shop is clearly doing just fine. At least I hope they are! As it turns out, my cashier was the guy from the TikTok, and we ended up chatting for a bit. He explained the whole "lore" thing and it finally clicked. Shame the shop's stuck inside a building that feels like it's actively being reclaimed by nature, but it's genuinely worth the trip. Parking's free at least!. Despite the mall's rough shape, the staff and drinks here are the real deal and they deserve the support.

Stopped in today for the first time. I'm surprised this center is still open. The escalators are…read morenever operating, and there really isn't anywhere to shop. I ordered an iced vanilla latte with 2% milk. I'm no coffee expert--I only get vanilla iced lattes--but I didn't really enjoy it. I didn't get much vanilla flavor. It wasn't sweet at all, which I'm fine with. Since I don't live nearby, I wouldn't go out of my way to come back. If I were to return, I would check to see if they offer teas.

I ordered an iced sea salt jasmine tea (large). I ordered through their website on my way there. When I went in to pick it up, the jasmine tea was waiting in the fridge for me and they topped it with the sea salt foam right before they handed it over, so that the foam would be nice and fresh. Once they add the foam it starts slowly blending with the tea, so I think it's nice that they make it fresh like that. I ordered 25% sweet tea, and it was just right. Honestly I bet even unsweetened would have been good too. The jasmine tea has a very strong floral taste, more so than other jasmine teas I've had at other places, which I think offsets some of the need for sweetness, and the sea salt foam was actually quite sweet as well. It was sweeter foam than 85C Bakery, which is my other go-to place. I enjoyed my drink and I thought the amount of foam they put on top was great (I like a lot of foam). The coffee/tea shop itself seems pretty nice. Although I didn't stay or order food, they do have a nice seating area where I saw a lot of people on their computers, and they have food items on their menu too.

To be honest, I was disappointed with my drinks. I had been seeing this place online and was…read moreexcited to try it, but the matcha tasted diluted and watered down. My friends also mentioned that the quality of the drinks has gone down since their last visit. The drinks were not cheap either, which made the experience even more disappointing. Would I go back? Hmm... probably not for a while. The place itself is nice and aesthetically pleasing, and they offer a variety of coffee drinks as well. The staff were friendly, and our drinks came out quickly.
