While shopping with my daughter we both had a craving for Omomo so off we went! This place is always busy so you will usually have to wait to order and wait for your drink to be made. This time around we ordered something completely different and the drinks did not disappoint. My daughter ordered the avocado smash and I ordered the strawberry yakult with 30% sugar and boba. The avocado smash was so creamy and delicious as was the strawberry yakult. Tip: it's always fun to try something new every now and then!
Omomo is amazing as always! This is one of my favorite locations. It's not nearly as busy or crowded as the Irvine location. You can also order ahead on the app which I love. The drinks are soooo tasty and you can adjust the sweetness level and add toppings. The staff is more welcoming and friendly here as well. There is also inside and outdoor seating. My go to is the Omomo matcha with boba and Oreos 80% sweet.
This is such a beautiful place to grab a tea! Some friends and I came in for boba after we had dinner next door. They have a great menu with a wide variety of teas and add ons. I got the thai tea with almond milk and boba (with 100% sweetness). It was really tasty! The tea was yummy and had the perfect amount of sweetness. The cup packaging and straw were really nice quality! As a germaphobe, I really appreciated that the straws were individually wrapped in paper. Inside- The inside is beautiful! So clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. There's a good amount of seating, but there's a lot of extra seating outside if it's full. Service was great! They were sooo kind and helpful with answering all of my questions about drinks. Extras- Lots of parking! It's in a center with lots of businesses, so there's lots of parking. Also a lot of outdoor seating. Price is pretty good too!
Stopped by this shop after climbing next door. It was quite busy with more than a handful of people in line at the counter. We waited nonetheless since we were thirsty. I got an oolong milk tea - less ice, 80% sugar. Husband got Thai tea - regular/100%. The place is really nice and clean looking. Lots of places to sit to wait for your drinks. The cups are such good quality - very sturdy and the foil top is very nice compared to the usual boba places w plastic. The tea quality is also phenomenal! I'm so pleasantly surprised that both teas are nice and strong. Mine was the perfect sweetness I liked and my husband loved his (tho too sweet for me). We are not in this area often at all but I'm so glad we got to try this place! I only wish we got boba too - we just forgot to add it this time!
My bf and I are so happy there's an omomo close by to us! Happy but also very dangerous bc we're so addicted! Definitely, Best spot for blended matcha! We typically order Omomo matcha with oreos blended inside!! I also love the location bc parking is easy and theres so many good food places and supermarkets in the same plaza!

Great place great quality, but if you need to use the restroom good luck always out of service, unless you work there then it works.
Recently came by here to get a drink as I was shopping next door at 99 Ranch. Ordered the magnolia milk tea with cheese foam and boba pearls. Tasty but wish the portion size was bigger!
The infamous OMOMO tea shoppe from Irvine has made it's way to Aliso Viejo... and the lines are not bad at all. Lol. Love the modern minimalist interior. They have standing cocktail tables and some benches inside but this location has extra seating in the front. When they first opened, Omomo was known for their cloud swirl drinks that looked pretty from outside the cup. Personally, their matchas take the trophy. Drinks are around $7 and they only have one size. Seasonal drinks available depending on location. But my favorites are the oreo brulee green milk tea, the "Wicked" ube paste with matcha, and even their thai tea is really good. Option to adjust ice & sweetness. The agar boba is delicious. Friendly staff. Good service. Great location. Tons of EV chargers so that's a plus!

I hate going because it takes forever. At the Irvine location the line is always out the door and one time the cashier said they would be right back and they went to the back to talk to their friend. I think they try to keep the lines long and people in the store so it always "looks" busy. I hate it. The service is so bad. Friendly people but slow as heck. I used to go all the time and now I only go if I have time. Giving a star for how delicious it is but my time is more valuable.
An OMOMO with no wait? If you've ever endured the line in Irvine, coming to OMOMO in Aliso Viejo is a treat! I didn't even want a drink but felt like I had to get one since there was no wait. I try to avoid caffeine in the afternoon so I tried their Taro paste fresh milk. While I liked the flavor of the drink, it had a chalkiness to it that I found off-putting - I don't know if the drink was made incorrectly or if their ingredients changed. I should have stuck with the Omomo Matcha, which is my fave beverage there. If I had to wait as long as Irvine, I would have given my visit a lower rating. However, did I mention no wait? It's almost worth driving over from Irvine! Plus parking is plentiful!
Four Seasons Creamomo with cheese foam and less sweet: 5/5. Delicious, light-tasting tea combined with the creamy topping was such a tasty, refreshing treat. I'd definitely get this again. Not many boba shops offer Four Seasons tea, so it's nice to have it as an option. Ran me a little over $6, and it's one of the cheapest Creamomos. Service was good, especially for a newly opened shop that's still getting used to the influx of customers. The gentleman who took my order provided helpful information about the menu and was very patient in answering my questions (didn't rush me when a line started forming). My drink took a while to come out, but that happens at almost every Omomo haha. This location in the Commons plaza looks fantastic, both on the inside and on the outside. Interior of the shop is so bright and zen. The plaza has been renovated and appears to be getting quite popular now. Parking was free, and there were still many available spots on a busy Friday night.
I love OMOMO Tea Shoppe. But the one in Irvine is always so crowded and the wait is forever to get our drinks. So glad they opened one up in South County. This location is also busy but the wait is not as bad as Irvine. Recently stopped by with my sisters. Love all their drinks but I usually get the non-caffeinated after 2:00 pm so I can sleep better at night. My favorite is the ube and fruit drinks, either orange or strawberry flavor. My sister and her husband enjoyed their drinks. They also go here often since they live in the area.

I've been to Omomo many times, and their drinks are always consistent and delicious. Out of all the boba shops I've tried, Omomo is still my favorite. I'm honestly obsessed with this place! I usually like trying a different drink each visit, and this time I ordered the Avocado Smash. It was fresh, creamy, and really tasty. This location is much faster than the Irvine location, and the lines are usually much shorter. The employees are always friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which makes every visit even better. If you're looking for great boba with consistently high quality, I definitely recommend giving Omomo a try. You won't be disappointed! read more

I remember waiting in line over an hour when the first omomo opened in Irvine so I am so glad there is one in my area now with much less of a wait. I really liked the omomo matcha, it has very good deep matcha flavor. This place doesn't have much seating so it's best as take to go place. read more
It is nice to have the new store in AV. The store decor is very zen like clean minimalist. The drink are labeled for caffeinated, dairy, and recommended. I ordered the mango tornado to try out. The drink was tasty with mango chunks and boba that I added. The staff will ask how you would like to customize with sweetness and ice level. Thankfully the line at the AV store is not as crazy long as the store in Irvine. read more
This location is in a big strip mall in Aliso Viejo. It is completely packed on Friday at 1:44 PM and the line is out the door. It's very popular and the drinks are extremely sweet. Way too much sugar for me and even the drinks without Boba are not exactly healthy. I guess it's the rage though so come and check it out. Parking is easy and free. read more

There's always a line out the door at Omomo, but it's absolutely worth the wait every single time. Our go-to orders are the Osmanthus Oolong and Jasmine Milk Tea, both at 80% sweetness. The tea quality really shines here. It has a strong, fragrant tea base with a heavy floral aroma, balanced perfectly by a creamy, smooth texture that never feels overly sweet. I also ordered the Mango Tornado for the first time, which most likely will be a regular order when I'm craving something fruity. I also love that they're continuing to expand to more locations, because as much as I enjoy the Irvine spot, the lines there can be a bit of a hassle at times. Having more locations, especially in Aliso Viejo makes it way more convenient to get my Omomo fix without the long wait. Omomo consistently has high-quality drinks and flavors where you can actually taste the tea. Easily one of the best boba shops in OC and always worth coming back to. read more
Went to grab some groceries at 99 Ranch and was so happy to find Omomo! I love their tea and am so glad for this new location that is s much closer to home. The staff were friendly and patient as the line was out the door the entire time we were there. Location is not as large as some of the other locations but fits in perfectly with the surrounding shops. read more

I'm super glad Omomo opened up a location in South OC. At first I was a bit hesitant that the quality would not be the same as the Tustin/Irvine location but I was impressed to see the same service and quality of drinks. This location even has slightly more seating room. I've been here twice already and there's a sure chance I'll be back more than a few more times. read more

Slow service, not many spots to sit inside, and mediocre drinks. Free parking outside and nice outdoor seatings available in front of the store. I placed an order on a random weekday mid-afternoon. There was no line upon arrival. The drinks still took more than 10 minutes to make, which was surprising to me. Once I got my drinks, I didn't like ether of the items I ordered. The Thai Camo was way too sweet. The green tea latte drink was extremely floral tasting because of the osmahnthus tea mixed in. I wasn't really expecting it to be THAT floral forward and sickly sweet tasting. Both drinks ended up in the garbage after just 2 sips. Really wished I had known how sweet the drinks will be. I would have gotten it at 50% sweetness level and definitely not order something so floral forward. Probably won't be returning even though I live close by. The drinks takes too long to make even if there's no line or crowds of people waiting. The drink qualities itself doesn't justify the wait or the price. read more
Totally my 2nd fav boba shoppe in OC (go check out my Boba Guys review, for my ultimate first choice)!!! If you haven't tried OMOMO yet, you NEED to. You will become obsessed & addicted like me. I was super stoked that they opened a new location in Aliso Viejo, by my mom's house & work ~ in new, chic The Commons at Aliso Viejo plaza (next to Marugame udon, Philz coffee & soon, Vox Kitchen), which could be dangerous. TBH, while OMOMO isn't my go-to everyday boba joint because I have to be in a mood to crave matcha milk tea (I'm a more of a jasmine green tea or passion fruit green tea kind of girl on the daily), it is however, my FIRST choice when I do..HANDS DOWN!!! I always always always have to get the uji green milk tea topped with the caramel brûlée w/ boba ~ 50% sweet + light ice (obvi..so pro tip: you maximize the bang for your buck tea..thank me laters). OMFG..it's heaven in my mouth. Their jasmine milk tea is top-notch, perfectly mixed with premium quality matcha, creates such a yummy & deelish creamy unique flavor. Their boba is always cooked to perfection, with the perfect balance of softness and chewiness. Yums! I have gotten sooo many of my friends hooked just on this one go-to drink of mine. The matcha isn't bitter or chemically powder tasting like other boba shoppes, it's sooo smooth, it should come with a warning. Highly addictive!!! In a good way of course. Lol For those wondering..I have also tried their oolong milk tea, matcha cortado milk tea, Thai iced milk tea, fruit tornado strawberry, grapefruit green tea, strawberry green tea, and white peach oolong. All of which are good, but just doesn't make me crave boba like my #1 go-to uji green milk tea. What brought me in today tho, is 2 words..PINEAPPLE ALICE!!! Lol If you haven't stopped by your local OMOMO recently, I highly suggest that you make a trip because their seasonal drinks right now are FIRE! I legit am on my second day (in a row..don't judge me) of stopping by to order the pineapple Alice. I love me some pineapple & coconut any day, so this drink was a winning combo for me. In a nutshell, it's Greek yogurt blended with fresh pineapple, and topped with their house-made coconut whip. First time I got 50% sweetness level, which is good, but being a fruity smoothie, I would have preferred it a lil sweeter, thus 2nd time around, I learned my lesson and got 80%..and it was perfect! Trust..it wasn't overly sweet at all. It was dreamy heaven. Thankfully, this Aliso Viejo location didn't have a crazy wait/line when I stopped by today around 4ish pm (on a random Monday), after lunchie w/ my sissy at Marugame. This store is super clean, w/ minimalistic neutral decor..loved the chill aesthetic vibe. Service was great and efficient. OMOMO is highly recommended by this RxFoodie (and my 2nd fav boba shoppe in OC still), so def go check it out and become addicted like ME! read more
Very excited that Omomo opened up in Aliso Viejo. I know in other locations lines can go out the door so it's refreshing to be able to walk in and order. Service is quick, employees are working hard. Thankful for non-caffeinated options for the little ones. I love a classic Thai tea, 50% sweet, regular ice, with boba. So delish and refreshing each time. The kids enjoyed their strawberry Yakult, and my husband Ceylon tea didn't disappoint and he can be picky with his tea. He used to work at lollicup back in the day, yet he said that the boba chewiness was chewy and warm, just the way we like it. It's very aesthetically pleasing inside, spacious and you can sit on the mid century modern benches they have or walk around outside as there is plenty to see/do. read more
My husband and I came in on a Friday Night after dinner and there was no line to order. There was about a 10 mins wait to get our drinks though. We ordered a Omomo Matcha (blended Matcha) 80% sweet and Oreo Brûlée Green Tea. I recommend adjust sweetness if you don't like it too sweet. We're happy that we don't have to go to Irvine anymore for Omomo drinks! read more
Came back a few times, tried some other drinks. Honestly, after going to Yeogi boba on Lake Forest, this place is mid at best. Sure it's cute on the inside and their drinks look fancy, but the flavor and quality just don't hit. Service is still nice, but their inside is way too small and inconvenient to sit by the line. read more

I was so excited to finally have an Omomo close to home. Unfortunately, I think I will be driving to Irvine instead of this location. I ordered the uji green tea creamomo with cheese foam. The tea was bland and flavorless, and so was the cheese foam. I thought it was just me, but my son got the same thing and he also didn't like it. I ended up throwing away half my drink. My husband got a mango blended drink. He kept on pulling these tiny strings out of his mouth to spit them out. Maybe they were pieces of mango, but he also didn't finish his drink. This was kind of a disappointment since we bought four drinks and three of them were not good. read more
We arrived during a Friday evening. The line was half way to the door, but it went quickly and we didn't wait more than 10 minutes for our 2 drinks. The inside is spacious, with places to wait. There is an outside seating area, too. We liked both our drinks. 50% sugar in the UJI was perfect, not too sweet. I might get 25% sugar on the lemon coffee next time, just to cut through some of the lemon (I had 0%). read more
OMOMO is now open in the Aliso Viejo area! This spot is definitely one of the most consistent boba shops around and it is great to see them expanding with more locations. This one is located in the same plaza as the 99 Ranch Market where there is a good amount of parking spots. Inside, they have a modern setup with a good amount of seating options. For their menu, they have a nice selection of different fresh tea, milk tea, fruit tea, coffee, matcha, and special drinks to choose from. I got the Four Seasons Lime Tea and wifey got the Gyokuro Creamomo. Overall, we are glad that they have another location open now. Our drinks were very refreshing with nice flavor profiles. My favorite boba shop finally opened a location right next to me! I've always admired Omomo for their consistency , I've never had a bad drink. You know how sometimes you can tell it's an off day because your drink doesn't taste quite right? Never with Omomo. I also love the quality of the bags they give you, they're designed to keep your drinks cold. I really like this new location too. It's more open and has plenty of seating, which I appreciate. My favorite drinks are the Jasmine Milk Tea and the Osmanthus Milk Tea. Personally, I'm not a fan of the tiramisu foam, I'm more of a simple, classic milk tea person. But Omomo's tea quality always stands out. The Jasmine Milk Tea has that perfect balance of subtle yet bold tea flavor mixed with milk, and the Osmanthus is my go-to. I'd describe it as a gentle oolong with a hint of apricot or fruity notes. It's been my favorite for the past 7-8 years at Omomo! read more
Probably the best boba tea you can get in Aliso Viejo. Surprisingly, this place doesn't have a line out of the door like the other locations (yet). However, seems like the still need to learn how to streamline their drinks. Been here a couple times and each time there wasn't much of a line, but still had to wait a bit for the drinks. Still not bad though! In general, I'm not that that big of a fan of their signature creamy drinks. I've tried their other such as the oolong milk tea, jade milk tea with boba, and strawberry yalkut. Be warned that each drink tends to be on the sweeter side, so adjust accordingly. The boba is warm, chewy, and has that QQ! Strawberry is not to sweet and refreshing. Interior has a couple seats and standing tables. Very minimalistic feel. Parking was easy. Can't wait to try their other drinks too! & so happy this finally opened up :) read more

I ordered 4 drinks: an Oreo Brulee Green Milk Tea, 2 Black Jade Milk Teas with brown sugar boba, and a Camo Thai. I got all of them at 80% sweetness. The drink I was most excited about was the Oreo Brulee Green Milk Tea, but honestly it didn't live up to the hype. With the weather being so hot, it actually made me feel even thirstier. The other 3 drinks were pretty good for a hot day like this though! read more
