12.12.24 Sesame bagel with cream cheese...probably one of the best bagels I've had out in OC
    Catherine S.

I am so glad I found this hidden gem in Laguna hills! This place is somewhat close to my workplace so I was happy to discover this spot. They have a spacious parking lot that is easy to find parking, a few cozy seating available in the shop, and super friendly and quick staff! The first day I came at noon and they were already sold out of their bagels. I ended up getting a glazed donut and a breakfast burrito and both of them were actually very good! I wouldn't wanted a bit more hash brown in my burrito though. The next time I went they had a sesame bagel left which I got with cream cheese and the texture of the bagel was so good. Most of the times around CA, the bagel tastes stale or too chewy but this was perfect. I will definitely be coming back here for their breakfast items!

The moment you walked in you were greeted with a smile by a wonderful employee or owner. It is your typical hole in the wall coffee shop where people gather with friends to grab a cup of jo and donuts which we saw when we came in. We ordered the tiger tail donut, soft. It's comparable to our first tiger tail experience at Donut man in Glendora. The breakfast bagel was not overloaded with cream cheese, the egg was freshly cooked omelet style, crispy bacon and moist and juicy sausage. We just wish the jalapeño cheese bagel had more jalapeños. The bagel itself was toasted on the outside but fluffy and soft on the inside. The price is a little steep for the bagel sandwich but being that that it's freshly made and quality ingredients and made with love with employees who were there we would totally come back and support. You know it's a great donut shop when whoever is packing your order throws in a few donut holes on the house. That little extra makes it for you to have a greater day and she thought of our kids so that was just her going above and beyond.

OK, so let's see if this will pass my personal favorite "Lemon doughnut checklist" ! Is the lemon doughnut, breading (or cake) light and fluffy? Is the lemon filling ratio wonderful ? Is it lightly sugar powdered? Is the filling perfectly sweet not over or under? (And outside glaze) Is it reasonably priced? And is it fresh and fresh tasting? Does it smell like a delicious lemon Doughnut? is it lemony flavored? Does it look appetizing? Is it packaged safely - if to go Oder Esp? Was service fast and with a smile, and salutation? Well, each and every question was addressed with a "YES" response. Passing my five star checklist ! Unanswered question: Should spelling be "doughnut" or "donut" ?

    Awesome place!

Back again! Came in for my wife's B-day and Vanessa behind the counter was having a real conversation with another customer. It's so refreshing to see her huge smile and genuine humanity. Her level of service and care comes through in the donuts and food too. This place is a local gem!

Friendly and efficient staff, the store is clean, good quality donuts, and they have some classics as well as more variety of donuts. There is parking available in a lot out front, although it can get busy.

    Apple fritter...

Small shop with tasty bites leaves you with smiles, not just for the yummy apple fritters, but the warm and welcoming radiance from the lady at the counter. If you are having a bad morning, her bright smile and radiant aura will surely lift your spirits. I can tell you thumbs up for the apple fritters, and if customer service is important to you, look no further than Krazy Eddy's.

There are also a few other businesses inside, including BK Grill if you are looking to grab a meal before or after your coffee. In addition, there is plenty of places where you can sit, work, chat, or study. The prices are a little on the higher side, but the comfortable atmosphere and spacious seating help make up for it. My friends and I ordered a kettle of Kashmiri chai to try. Service was good and the chai came out in a few minutes. Unfortunately, the chai was disappointing. The color looked great, and I was expecting a rich flavor of chai, but it ended up tasting very watery. Honestly speaking, it was more like hot water rather than a tea. We ended up forcing ourselves to finish the kettle before heading home. I was quite disappointed because I had high hopes. However, I am willing to give it a second chance and try a different drink on their menu and hope for a better experience because Ilike the atmosphere and the overall concept of the place.
