Turns out all fish is from a freezer, and I cannot recommend. Lots of folks - a Thursday night full house. Very pleased Not to have my wife suffer through this experience. I ordered the chicken banh mi. The flavor profile with the spicy sauce alongside the crunchy veggies was very tasty. However the fried chicken pieces were very large and a little overcooked, so difficult to eat on the bun. We will definitely be back, but might try another menu item next time.

Strongly suggest the owners invest in the Chez Georges Bistro Hilton Head recipe. Graclyn merits attention as energic server. As a PLUS, there is an Ohio State Lamp to gree customers. Surely the owners can think of a more creative name; how about Doubleday's South.

The Parmesan Truffle fries were fried well, not greasy, and were plentiful. The fries were pretty good but I feel they could use some ketchup which was not included. I added my own ketchup. The Sommer's secret sauce for the burger is good. It's slightly tangy but not too spicy. The LEB Smash Burger was packed in plastic container. The Parmesan Truffle fries in a eco-friendly container.
