Never received my order. The store lied and said it was delivered but it never was. Also, because it was ordered through UberEats, they can't even provide a refund because they handle the delivery. The restaurant was not helpful whatsoever nor could they confirm that it was delivered as their drivers do not provide proof. So rude. They need to be removed from UberEats or any online service if they cannot deliver the order. Take your business elsewhere. Literally anywhere else. What a pain of an experience. read more

1 out of 5 stars. Would not recommend. The metal staples in our salad kinda ruined the texture and flavor of our salad. When I contacted them the refunded the salads only. I honestly think that was the minimal amount of customer resolution that could be reasonably expected for such a serious issue. Also, food quality is poor. I mean it is cheap but the food really leaves much to be desired. Update: Health inspector stopped by and found a stapler in their food prep area. So yeah. Not the best practices going on here. read more

Ordered a beast from there several weeks ago and when it was delivered it looked like someone had shaken the box. Slices were flipped over on top of each other. Called and they sent us a new pizza, no problem. Called today to order a pizza and was told they were no longer comfortable sending drivers to our address due to the mistake. If this is how customers are treated when the employees screw up then I would gladly recommend going elsewhere for pizza. read more

Sure they have a catchy jingle, but Snappy Tomato needs more than a memorable market to change my mind about their less than praiseworthy pizzas. While the pizzas are cheaper than many of their competitors, Snappy cuts costs by using low quality ingredients and skimping on cheese and sauce. The crust is thick but too chewy for my liking. If you're looking to feed a crowd, then Snappy's Beast is probably the best option. Each six pound pizza serves 8-10 adults. Coupons are available in many weekly mailers, so you can probably grab a Beast for about twenty bucks. Hey, even mediocre pizza is still pleases a crowd. I'll give Snappy credit for innovation; they're always coming up with new ways to top a pizza. For instance, their Ranch and Chicken Ranch pizzas are really delicious. The Ranch pizza is created by replacing pizza sauce with ranch dressing and then topping it with fresh tomatoes, smoked bacon, onions, green peppers, and cheese. I definitely recommend this variety for adventuresome diners. Their steak hoagies and wedge fries are also worth trying. read more

While traveling for work I was stuck at the hotel and after a long day didn't want to venture out. I ended up order a calzone from Snappy Tomato and it did not disappoint. I also order a salad that was good. My only issue is that they didn't send silverware or napkins in their order. Thankfully the hotel had some, but if you're delivering to a hotel that should be automatic. read more

This is a great local pizza parlor. I believe I've had delivery from there at least 100 times. I've never been disappointed. They've never messed up my order and they've always been on time. Their quality is the same as, or better than, the competition. Occasionally I order pizza from their competitors but I always go back to Snappy when I want a consistently good pizza. read more

Two weeks ago I was working in Hebron. I called for a to-go pizza. I talked to a guy named Daniel. I ordered a Veggie Pizza with bacon and pepperoni added. I told Daniel I was really hungry and he said he would get the pizza out as soon as possible. My pizza arrived in less than a half hour, I found out Daniel made it himself and rushed it out to me. I know I was hungry but that was absolutely the best pizza I have ever put to my lips. I have ordered pizza from there since and found them to be wonderful. The vegetables on the pizza were fresh and tasty and they had the right amount of sauce and meat for the thickness of the crust. Great pizza and good service. read more

This was my first ever encounter with a Snappy Tomato pizza. I had worked late on a Friday night and decided I did not want to cook when I got home and wanted to try someplace new. I have seen many locations around the area, but never tried one. Not having a menu, I walked in and ordered at the counter. The young woman at the counter was very friendly, but when I asked if the thin crust was crispy, she had to turn and ask an associate. Assured that the thin crust is, indeed, crispy, I ordered a medium supreme (pepperoni, mushrooms, sausage, onions & green peppers) and was told it would be ready in appx 15 minutes. I made a quick run to the convenient Kroger Liquor and when I got back 13 minutes late my pizza was waiting for me. (Yay) The short drive back to my apartment (literally, 2 minutes, max) promised something good was in the box. I will admit here that I am not a big fan of the Cincinnati favorite, La Rosa's. The sauce is too sweet for me, I prefer something tangy, with more of a bite to it. The smell coming from the pizza box promised a sauce more to my liking. I quickly hung up my coat, put away my work things, turned on the TV, opened a beer and the pizza box. It looked promising, nice big pieces of green pepper and mushrooms, a thin crust, crispy around the edges as promised, so I settled in on the couch with 3 or 4 pieces (not slices) on my plate. Pretty good. The sauce's flavor did not quite live up to the olfactory promise. Maybe there just wasn't enough of it. And after those first pieces, the crust was no longer crispy, but, again, overall, pretty good, just not what I was hoping for. I will give them a try again, maybe try the original crust or even their Chicago Style, and when I do I will report back. Based on this experience, I would rate them roughly equal to Dominoes, but not as good as Donato's or even Papa Murphy's Take & Bake. read more

This review is about the staff of the Burlington, KY Snappy Tomato location. On 9/30/17, my 79 year-old mother fell stepping onto the sidewalk outside of this restaurant. When she was discovered laying there with a bloody nose, busted lip, and really beaten up, the restaurant staff immediately called 911 and got paramedics and police there. She was checked over and taken into the restaurant where the staff was so attentive and gave her many clean towels to see to her injuries. She composed herself and unbelievably still ordered the steak hoagie that she initially was going in to order - she wanted a damn steak hoagie! Here's the most amazing part: this Snappy location not only didn't charge her for the hoagie, but the manager drove her home in her car with an employee following to take him back, and both men unloaded her car from the grocery visit she had made before visiting Snappy, and delivered each and every bag right into her kitchen! Customer service doesn't get better than that--unbelievable!! I commend and thank the staff of Snappy Tomato Pizza in Burlington, KY and hope they are able to share this review with their corporate headquarters. I can't thank this group of people enough for taking such great care of my Mom, and will be a Snappy fan forever! read more
