After a quick airport run, I wanted a refreshing salad. I found SS on Yelp and thought I'd give it a shot. I am so glad I did. I ordered the BBQ Ranch with sautéed shrimp. I had the BBQ ranch dressing, which was quite good. I will definitely add this to the list to try other menu items. read more

Snappy Salads - Salad Near Me - Irving, Texas

I ordered my salad online so that it would be ready once I get there. after walking in no one greeted me. No one said I will be right with you. The girl at the counter saw me walk in she was getting someone else's order ready but she still could have greeted me especially when she saw me looking for my order at the pickup station. After waiting 15 min for my order she finally got around to bagging my salad which was disappointing read more

LOVE their salads don't love their prices. A salad here will almost always run you $12-15 without fail. However, they are amazing Personal favorites: Ahi Tuna salad-the Asian dressing is amazing Grilled avocado salad-unique and great with steak Crispy Artichoke (my go to)-#1 choice If you go during the lunch rush be prepared to wait online for 15+ minutes Also-if youre eating for one you just need the half size read more

Ick! I ordered this place to go for the first time in 2-3 years and it was absolutely disgusting. Just make your own salad, guarantee it will be better. read more

I feel like I eat here once a week! I like that you can order from the menu or build your own. The app makes it easy to order & pick up. My only complaint is that my favorite salad, the Real Dill Salmon, was taken off the menu. Dang I miss that salad! But theres still plenty to delight the taste buds. read more

Really nice place to get salad. The grilled avocado is awesome. Add grilled chicken to upgrade. :)

My favorite salads ever! I would eat a bam bam salad daily if I could! It's a tad pricey but worth it!

Don't bother ordering online. I got there at 11:45 and my order wasn't until 12. All other online orders were prioritized even though I was there waiting. I wasn't impressed by their customer service. I was told my order would be ready at 12, but a woman (who seemed like she knew the staff due to staff member addressing her by her name as she walked in) walked in right at 12 to pick up her 12:12 order and her order was done before mine. I've always been a loyal customer to Snappy but this interaction has caused me to reconsider switching to Salata. read more

Very pleased with my first order. The food was good and at the right temperature you would expect for a salad. I ordered the grilled avocado salad and the portion was very filling to finish. I think I will be ordering more frequently in the future. read more

I lovelovelove Snappy Salads. Yes, I could absolutely get these ingredients individually and make a delicious salad at home but... I'm lazy. :) Love - Obviously, the salads. They have a variety of salads that you can choose from off the menu or you can create your own. The ingredients are fresh, and everything is handled right in front of you. - The people! Everyone is super friendly and make an effort to hustle - especially during the lunch rush. - The ability to order online, including the CYO salad. There were many days at work I'd want some Snappy's, but it was a bit too far to come for lunch and dine in. I'd place my order online, swoop by the front, and be done with the process in less than 30 seconds. A+ - THE SOUP. Holy moly, that potato soup. Meh - OK, it's hard to complain about the prices considering everything is delicious and fresh and CONVENIENT. But I do still have to express frustration that I can buy an unhealthy burger for half the cost of said delightful salad. - I wish there was another location further south. :) Maybe one day? 10/10 will be back... maybe tomorrow, in fact. read more

Delicious salads and great service. I appreciate how quick the service was and the politeness with which they served me. I give a 5 Star to the chicken grilled salad but I would give a 2-3 Star for the soup. It tasted like canned soup and was very salty. I would recommend this place for its amazing salad selections and dressings. I go whenever I can and never get disappointed. read more

I really like snappy salad but the last 2 times I have gone to this location it has been horrible. I don't find the salads to be cheap so to buy for something and it be completely gross isn't ok. Last time I went there was maybe 2 weeks ago the girl put on the wrong dressing, I asked her if that was the firecracker dressing she said "no but do you just want this" when I said no she gave me an attitude and huffed. She made a new salad but didn't even ask if there was any changes in the stuff I wanted, so AGAIN she made it wrong but at this point and the way her attitude was I just paid for it, left, then had to go home and pick apart the 16 dollar salad I just paid for. Tonight I go, wait to be even spoken to for 5 minutes. Order the salad and it's more like a soup. It is swimming in dressing. I drive about 15-20 Mins to go get the salad I get home to a soggy container of Lettuce. Sent from my iPhone read more

So if you make an order online there is no guarantee that it will go through apparently. The location can only research by name and then you can only get a refund by emailing their "IT" department. This is even with your online proof of order - there is no way to look up this order on site with an order number. Since when is taking someone's money okay and not provide the service/food - this is theft. I will NEVER order from here again. read more

I got the cobb salad for pickup and it was huge and delicious! Would definitely go again

I am vegetarian and I like salads. They don't have much of protein options and also this place is expensive. They charge same price for with and without meat option. I like salata better because of their vegetarian options and their pricing is better than Snappy salads. read more

Pretty pricey, but great for a guilt-free, fresh ingredient meal. Like all the nearby spots, they do quite a lunch crowd. Service behind the counter can be hit or miss, but overall friendly and relatively efficient. I love the Eco-friendly theme, but I have to say that I hate the stupid paper straws. read more

The bam bam and whatever soup of the day is my go to at Snappy Salads. Everything is so fresh and delicious.

My company did catering from here, and I was actually very impressed. We ordered the steak salad and grilled chicken cobb salad, and they accommodated allergies by putting things on the side. Both salads were really good, and the steak surprised me. I was expecting average taste, but it was good. We ordered the variety platter which came with a few different kinds of wraps. The grilled steak and the Santa Fe chicken wraps were my favorite. The salads may be a bit overpriced, but overall, the food was good. You can't go wrong with chips and salsa either. I'll definitely come back. read more

Despite being a really frail looking short girl, I'm not a huge fan of salads at all. I usually refer to salads as "rabbit food" because I hate to pay money for a few chops of lettuce mixed with some other junk that grows from the ground. I've seen the popularity of this Snappy Salads location several times when driving around in the area and finally decided to give it a go when my boyfriend suggested it for a late lunch. I was really impressed by my first experience and came back about 3 times within the month.Yes, it was that good and yes, I don't refer to salads as "rabbit food" anymore. During my few visits here, the staff have been nothing but friendly. The manager comes out often to greet dining customers and also gave us a few menu suggestions the first time we visited. I thought it was great how all the salads are able to be customized and come in different sizes (whole vs half). Another time we were here, an employee was cutting up steak that was fresh off the grill and offered me a piece before letting me decide if I wanted chicken or steak on my salad. The salad combinations are endless here and you will definitely be full from your meal. I usually go for a half size of the Grilled Avocado Salad and I usually change Iceburg for something else and add in chicken or steak. If you don't want something in your salad, or you want to add something in, it's super easy. I love the friendliness of the staff and I don't feel like they judge me at all when I want to customize several aspects of my order. If you're not a salad person, I think Snappy Salads will change you into one. I'm a pretty big carnivore, but I can always be in the mood for this place! read more

Currently obsessed with this place! You can order the recipes they've already created or create your own! My favorite so far is the Bam Bam, so good! The salads come in a half portion or full portion. I've always gotten the half portion, which is still a huge amount. It is a little pricey, $11 for bam bam, but so worth it! read more

First visit to this chain. I am a regular at Salata, so had a reference for comparison. Couple reasons for the low star and none have anything to do with service. * Notwithstanding any comparison to Salata, this place is expensive. $10 for a half salad, really * Secondly they fill it with mixed greens and very little of the other actual veggies, that itself was a big turn off. All chain restaurants made better salads for this $$. Overall it's not for me read more

Love Snappy Salads. I could not justify paying $15 for a salad for the longest time. This place was a game changer (also the fact I never had to pay the two times I've been thanks to team lunches). You definitely pay the premium, but the ingredients are so fresh and the dressing is amazing! You can order off the menu or make your own salad. Making your own requires a lot of decision making. I'm too indecisive for that. It also unknowingly adds up at the end. You could potentially get a $20 salad. If you like to go simple and order off the menu. I recommend the SAUTEED SALMON. It is delicious! Add an avocado for $1. It makes all the difference and it's really filling. Lunch hour is hectic. Be prepared for long lines. To avoid, walk up to the cashier and get your salad to go. The only reason I'm giving this place a 3/5 rating is because of service. We ordered the sauteed salmon and changed a few items, but the lady did not even look up/hear us/ask us. Then another employee kept asking which one was our salad. It's hard to tell when they all look green and have no or less the same stuff in the beginning. At the end, they got my order wrong, but I didn't want to go through the line again. read more

I love Snappy Salads! The salad is fresh and I love the grilled avocado and grilled tomato topping options. The half snap with 8 toppings is plenty for one meal. I'm a wee bit disappointed as I heard really great things about this place. My husband has had Snappy Salads a bunch of times, and I finally came in here for lunch. I ordered a Steakhouse salad - kinda a go-to salad for me - and I came home, it was okay. Mediocre at best. I also ordered the baked potato soup and I might be used to heartier soup, but it was a bit watered down to me. I may have ordered the wrong items, so I'll give this place another shot and order something different as well. Otherwise, the overall environmentally-friendly restaurant aspect is great. read more

I always get the cobb salad and I love it. This time I got the Chipotle Chicken wrap. It was delicious! I will defintely get it again.

I forgot to bring something for my department's potluck lunch, so I ran in here today (it's just up the street) to get a salad. Their website said the Grilled Avocado was their "#1 selling salad," so that's what I ordered. I hurried back to the office and set it on the table for everyone to enjoy ... only to discover that the "grilled" avocados and tomatoes were badly burned, and there was no "red leaf" lettuce to be found. (Instead, there was plenty of *black*-leafed, rotten-looking romaine.) It was an unappetizing mess, and not surprisingly, hardly anybody touched it. $13 for that disaster of a salad! Needless to say, I definitely won't be going back to Snappy Salads, and I doubt any of my coworkers will go even once. read more

Let me first start out by saying I'm a huge snappy salad fan. The Richardson location is legit and I've never had a problem. The Las Colinas location is horrible. I've been there twice and both times it's obvious that the management is clueless. It takes forever, the staff gets orders wrong and all of this is compounded when you are dealing with the long wait of a Las Colinas lunch crowd. Lastly, the meat portions they give you is noticeably smaller than other locations which is very frustrating. read more
