They always greet you and if it's your first time they will walk you through the steps and make suggestions without any hesitation. That offer different types of greens... Different types of toppings... different types of protein... they even have seafood for those who love seafood. The portions they give you is very big as well. Very clean place. The food was good and service was great. This was actually a second visit to this particular location. We were looking forward to the Gaucho, but it was taken off the menu. With that off the menu, we changed to the Santa Fe chicken wrap and the grilled avocado salad. The wrap wasn't as good as we'd hoped for, but the salad was still satisfying. Don't bother ordering online. I got there at 11:45 and my order wasn't until 12. All other online orders were prioritized even though I was there waiting. I wasn't impressed by their customer service. I was told my order would be ready at 12, but a woman (who seemed like she knew the staff due to staff member addressing her by her name as she walked in) walked in right at 12 to pick up her 12:12 order and her order was done before mine. Everyone is super friendly and make an effort to hustle - especially during the lunch rush. - The ability to order online, including the CYO salad. There were many days at work I'd want some Snappy's, but it was a bit too far to come for lunch and dine in. I'd place my order online, swoop by the front, and be done with the process in less than 30 seconds. A+ - THE SOUP. Holy moly, that potato soup. Meh - OK, it's hard to complain about the prices considering everything is delicious and fresh and CONVENIENT. I really like snappy salad but the last 2 times I have gone to this location it has been horrible. I don't find the salads to be cheap so to buy for something and it be completely gross isn't ok. Last time I went there was maybe 2 weeks ago the girl put on the wrong dressing, I asked her if that was the firecracker dressing she said "no but do you just want this" when I said no she gave me an attitude and huffed. She made a new salad but didn't even ask if there was any changes in the stuff I wanted, so AGAIN she made it wrong but at this point and the way her attitude was I just paid for it, left, then had to go home and pick apart the 16 dollar salad I just paid for. Tonight I go, wait to be even spoken to for 5 minutes. Order the salad and it's more like a soup. It is swimming in dressing. Both salads were really good, and the steak surprised me. I was expecting average taste, but it was good. We ordered the variety platter which came with a few different kinds of wraps. I've seen the popularity of this Snappy Salads location several times when driving around in the area and finally decided to give it a go when my boyfriend suggested it for a late lunch. I was really impressed by my first experience and came back about 3 times within the month.Yes, it was that good and yes, I don't refer to salads as "rabbit food" anymore. During my few visits here, the staff have been nothing but friendly. The manager comes out often to greet dining customers and also gave us a few menu suggestions the first time we visited. I thought it was great how all the salads are able to be customized and come in different sizes (whole vs half). Another time we were here, an employee was cutting up steak that was fresh off the grill and offered me a piece before letting me decide if I wanted chicken or steak on my salad. The salad combinations are endless here and you will definitely be full from your meal. I usually go for a half size of the Grilled Avocado Salad and I usually change Iceburg for something else and add in chicken or steak. If you don't want something in your salad, or you want to add something in, it's super easy. I love the friendliness of the staff and I don't feel like they judge me at all when I want to customize several aspects of my order. You can also make you own salad, and they have plenty of options to choose from. The downside is it's a bit pricey, $15 for a half grilled avocado with chicken but it's delicious and worth the price in my opinion. There's tons of seating inside and they have a really cute outdoor seating area with string lights. We ate outside and it was breezy and nice with a good tree for shade. To avoid, walk up to the cashier and get your salad to go. The only reason I'm giving this place a 3/5 rating is because of service.
