    Strawberry matcha so so
    Brenda H.

I visited on a Saturday morning and there was no line. The storefront is large with pastries like buns and croissants for sale and also some cheesecake and cakes. I ordered a strawberry matcha which was around $7 and I also purchased a Dubai chewy cookie for $4.5. They also have small layered cakes for sale which look quite nice for about $15. The drink was ready within a few minutes. The matcha was a little grainy and bitter. Not the best or smoothest matcha I've had. I would rate it 6/10. The Dubai chewy cookie was tasty but kinda pricey. Overall, the drink was just okay for me. I may go back to try one of their cakes.

This review is based on just one visit for a cold brew. The newest location for Smoking Tiger opened up in this large plaza next to Pavilion's. They took over Starbucks around mid-April 2026. The space is much bigger, brighter and cleaner than their San Gabriel location. Although I didn't study their menu, it seems there are many similar items compared to the San Gabriel location. The staff is very knowledgeable about their types of coffee and very nice and friendly. It wasn't too noisy on a weekday afternoon so you can hear the ambience music playing in the background. We were able to choose which coffee we want it for the cold brew Americano, and opted for their dark roast, the Blue House. It was definitely bold yet smooth I chose to take it black and I can taste the flavor profile. I usually don't like cold coffee drinks, but this was very nice on a cold day and gave me a little caffeine jolt.. There's plenty of parking in the huge lot and a chill ambulance inside. I will be back to try the other coffee drinks, and pastries.

COVID-19: Social distancing is not enforced at this establishment. Some of the staff wears a mask. All customers are not expected to wear a mask. It's optional now. The staff also wears gloves when handling drinks and food. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is available for take outs and has some indoor seating available with limited capacity. They are not sanitizing in between customers. I mention these things in my reviews for the sake of protecting immunocompromised people like the elderly and people sick with cancer and other illnesses. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was grabbing my drink from this establishment today, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They currently don't have happy hour. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is massive because they share the lot with several other establishments. This shopping plaza can be popping at times. Drink: I ordered a sweet corn latte. I decided to remove one star because you can't even taste the corn. I'm a big fan of corn, so I just lowkey found this very disappointing when I couldn't taste any hint of corn. This drink really is sweet. Like very sweet. Overall, it just tastes like coffee. Nothing crazy or special about this drink TBH. I will have to try something else on their menu next time. Staff: The staff here are very friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They accept credit cards only. No cash. Also, there is no credit card minimum.

Cute spot to get work done! I came here to try their banana milk latte which was absolutely delicious. My friend tried their corn latte, which although we were expecting a more intense corn flavor, was still good. My friend also ordered their Garlic Cream Cheese bun which was a lot sweeter than expected, but still delicious nonetheless! I look forward to trying more of their pastries here as the display looked all delicious. The inside is clean and minimalist, offering a pretty quiet environment for studying/working. Outlets are a little hard to come by, but there are a good amount in there. Overall great spot and living so close to hear makes it easy to grab a quick pick me up during breaks!

On a Saturday morning in early May, my sister and I waited in line for their grand opening of free drink at 7:30am. There was a line after us. The staff are nice and the interior is spacious. We waited in line to order our drink which wasn't too long, I ordered a strawberry matcha drink with bacon cheese croissant. It was hard to decide on pastry and drink. Lots of small tables with outlets under the tables. The drink was delicious and the pastry was good too. Ambiance was kpop music I think. After we left, the line got longer.

This is a nice coffee shop located in the same plaza as Vons. The parking lot is huge so it was easy to find parking. The cafe is spacious and has a few tables. The service was very nice and patient as we looked through the menu and trying to decide what to order. We got the Banana Milk Latte, Hojicha Latte, and Ube Scone. The Hojicha Latte tastes different than the other ones from other stores, but still good. The drinks had a lot of ice though. The Ube Scone was tasty although a messy as we ate it up.

Came for their grand opening, at 8am alright a line 1/2 way down the business's. Line did move quickly probably only waited 20-30 mins. The guy managing the line, was nice and informative. Kept it going at a good pace. Staff at counter were nice and showed us what was popular. We didn't order any of their bakery items but they looked good. The cafe was clean and the inside looked really nice. Looked like 10 pairs of seating available. We'd definitely be back to try more.

Great hangout spot with good coffee and snacks! Almond and oat available as dairy alternatives. It's a wide open space with a number of tables. A portion of the tables have outlets and WiFi is available. Parking is ample, adjacent to a Vons plaza.

Korean coffee and tea chain serving great matcha lattes, tiger milk and espresso based drinks. Lots of nicely packaged cakes and desserts plus great pastry case and some fun merchandise! Super friendly helpful service. Indoor and outdoor seating and WiFi.

Came during their soft opening and had a really nice experience overall. Service was quick, and they have a great variety of drinks on the menu, plus lots of snacks and munchies to choose from. The space is super spacious with plenty of seating, making it a great spot whether you're studying, hanging out, or just relaxing. The ambiance is cozy with soft lighting, a nice window view, and music that isn't too loud (which I really appreciate). They also offer free WiFi, a public restroom, and complimentary water. I tried their signature sweet corn latte. It wasn't too sweet, which I liked, and the coffee itself had a smooth, balanced flavor, it's not too bitter. The corn soft top was subtle but could've had a bit more corn flavor. Still, overall a solid drink. There are outlets along the left wall when you walk in, but they're a bit limited, so keep that in mind if you're planning to stay a while. Overall, a great spot for studying or just chilling. I'd definitely come back.

I believe this is smoking tigers 3rd location in the 626 area ~ This location is pretty spacious and open with lots of parking! My go to drink is the sweet corn latte but right now they have a seasonal honey barley latte which comes with a salted honey cold foam on top and is my current favorite ! Cute space with nice and friendly customer service too

Such an amazing addition to Arcadia's coffee scene! Really delicious and unique espresso drinks, phenom pastry case, beautiful ambiance, and strong WiFi to boot. I got the banana milk latte and the morning classic sandwich, both were too delicious cause now I need to get them all the time Really excited to come back here often, welcome to town!

Parking - Street parking only, no dedicated parking lot. Interior is pretty clean, cafe vibes, and some tables around but not too many. There's a huge table for big groups as well which is nice. There's also a self ordering kiosks which is always a nice sight to see when you visit tea shops. We tried the White Peach Oolong Milk Tea and the Oops Cheese Matcha Smash which seems to be one of their more popular drinks. The white peach is what you expect, refreshing and easy to sip. Very happy with the drink overall. As for the Oops Cheese Matcha Smash, aesthetically, the drink is great for photos. It looks more like a swirl drink than anything. I love the overall texture of the drink. It was also as refreshing as the white peach. The cheese mix with the matcha created a swirling feeling, each sip is filled with both flavoring, highly recommend. Excited to revisit again later on, love their menu options, and it seems like a decent spot to hangout with friends or a group despite the smaller space.

It's crisp black tea, salty & sweet brulee foam, and non-dairy milk with bouncy, perky boba pearls. I sipped happily. I arrived at Oops Boba Tea & Coffee (Temple City) on Sunday (around 11:12AM). Parking is simple since there's a nearby neighborhood with street parking. I quickly found a spot. Customers can order at the self-service kiosk or the counter. I chose the self-service kiosk, and I regret it because I dislike how the self-service kiosk requires the customer's phone number to proceed. Staff communicates well. After ordering, Staff honestly & politely informed me that they'd need 20 additional minutes for their Boba since they recently opened. I was perfectly fine with that since they spoke upfront and honestly. After the 20 minutes passed, the drink took four minutes and 14 seconds. As mentioned, I ordered the Baked Brulee Milk Tea ($6.59) with Boba (additional 75 cents). It's delicious. This chill drink carries a crisp tea flavor. The foam is also zesty with a soft sweetness. It reminds me of a creamy milk tea. In addition, they made wonderful boba pearls. These boba pearls are sweet, bouncy, and playful. YUM! On ambiance, Oops Boba Tea & Coffee (Temple City) is a wonderful spot to study/work. There's a long wooden table with 9 electrical plug spots, and there's four available electrical outlets. The location also includes customer internet with password; the details are confidently shown on the counter. The location also has a gender neutral restroom in the back, and there's plentiful hand sanitizer bottles in reach. The location felt clean and comfortable. Oops Boba Tea & Coffee (Temple City) uses its space well. There's four tables and one long wooden table. There's also two small outside tables. During my stay, it felt very comfy as I listened to its smooth music. Overall, I had a pleasant experience at Oops Boba Tea & Coffee (Temple City). They serve wonderful drinks and boba. If searching for a place to study/work, this is an easy recommendation. 4.8 out of 5

I've been here twice and really like it…read more First, the drinks. They range from $1.99-$3.99...talk about throwback pricing. Reading th menu made me feel like it was 1999 all over again. Price aside, the drinks are good and on par with what you would find at typical boba shops. The food is where this place really shines. They have a large menu, ranging from rice to noodles to grilled meats served on a hot plate. I got the $21 NY steak today, which was a generous portion, served with sliced onions, corn, broccoli and choice of rice or spaghetti. It's not Morton's but, c'mon, $21 for a steak fix these days is a heck of a deal. Most of their entrees are in the $14-18 range. To top it off, the service is great - attentive and very friendly. Free parking lot in the back.

Unfortunately they have discontinued their weekday combo menu making it less worth the drive for us…read moreso we're not sure when we'll next be back. The good news is, their chicken steak is still just as yummy! We ordered: - Grilled chicken steak with black pepper sauce and spaghetti (4/5): Super crispy skin and juicy chicken. The black pepper sauce adds a fragrant touch - much better pairing than the mushroom sauce we got on a previous visit. The spaghetti portion is smaller than at most other HK cafes and isn't as good though. - Baked sole filet with rice and white sauce (3/5): Had high expectations for this dish but it didn't quite meet them. The rice used was plain white rice which isn't what I'm used to at other HK cafes and it left me a bit disappointed since it meant the dish was much more monotone in flavor and there were bites that were unflavorful. The fish itself was generously portioned and easy to eat with the warming cheese and white sauce combo. Wouldn't get again only because I know other spots that do it much better but decent overall. - Beef stew with noodle (3/5): Had expected this to be dry style with the beef stew over softened egg noodles but it came out as a soup. Beef pieces were tender and generous. Egg noodles were a bit overcooked. - Sticky Rice Dim Sum: They were massive and decent in flavor. They were a little mushy I think because it had been steaming a while (which was probably why they were quick to be served) but we didn't mind - Siumai: Generous amount of fish egg on top and was pleasantly meaty. We found parking in the front but also know there's a lot in the back. The restaurant itself is big and pretty empty and quiet. We were glad that service was friendly and quick this visit since the first time we were there one of the servers gave us attitude.
