Don't hesitate to come here when you need a smog check. Pro tip: If you show the coupon on their website, you can get the smog special for $46.75 plus the $8.25 certificate fee.

Don't visit them. They charged us twice…read more The first time, they said the car's computer wasn't ready, did nothing to the car, charged us $70+, and told us to come back. We came back, found the same worker, and talked with him, who recognized us. We thought they would finish their service next time or give us a discount. However, he charged us another $70+ twice. So the total cost is $ 140 or more. Another smog check would let you stay and watch what they do, but they would ask you to wait aside. Very crafty business. Never going back again and don't recommend anyone going there.

The dashboard had to come off for the work, so I understand some things had to be moved. However, when I picked my car up they hadn't bothered putting the passenger floor mat back down. Instead it was on top of the seat. They also didn't bother plugging my phone charger back in. I found it tossed in the back seat. The next day I noticed grease stains all over the interior ceiling. The shop let me bring it back in and cleaned them, but now there are just parts of the fabric with a different texture (and still slightly discolored...) from being scrubbed. When I'm spending $2,000 at a shop, I expect my property to be cared for and not returned to me in a worse condition. I will take my business elsewhere in the future.

As I was walking back to work, I stopped in at another Auto Repair Shop, and they only charge $75 for the Diagnostic. The change of ownership has apparently (significantly) increased prices to cover the purchase.

I used to come to this tire repair shop many years ago, and back then I thought it was a very good…read moredeal. They could patch a tire for about $20 cash, and the service was quick and convenient. At that time, I felt it was a great option. This time, however, my experience was different. I am not sure whether it is because prices have gone up, but the tire looked repairable to me. Still, they told me it could not be patched and that I needed to buy a used tire instead. Since I was already there and the work needed to be done, I ended up paying $60 for a used tire. What disappointed me most was that I originally thought I would be able to keep my old tire and take it home, because I believed I could patch it myself and keep it as a spare. In the end, that was not how it worked. Their used tire replacement process meant they kept my original tire and gave me another used tire in exchange. So it did not really feel like I was simply buying a used tire for $60. It felt more like I was trading in my old tire, which did not even have a hole that obvious to me, and still paying $60 on top of that. The service was done quickly, but the overall experience left me feeling less satisfied than before. Next time, I would definitely compare prices and ask more questions at a few other shops before making a decision.on the car

Since my truck was out of warranty, I wasn't sure where to turn. I reached out through Yelp and heard back from Ed almost immediately. He had a good idea of what might be wrong and invited me to bring the truck in for an assessment. After inspecting it, he identified damage (caused by rats) to the transmission wiring harness, which had unfortunately caused internal damage. He walked me through everything clearly and provided a very reasonable estimate for a full rebuild. Throughout the entire process, Ed was easy to communicate with, always professional, and genuinely helpful with his advice. What really stood out was how he went above and beyond after the repair. I was told this type damage might be covered under my comprehensive auto insurance. Ed then took the time to work directly with my insurance company--providing detailed documentation and expert insight. Because of his effort and experience, the claim was approved and the repair ended up being fully covered. That level of service is rare these days. I truly appreciate Ed's honesty, professionalism, and follow-through. He did exactly what he said he would do and then some. I wouldn't hesitate to come back or recommend him to anyone in need of transmission work.

She was so worried that it was going to be expensive and she wouldn't be able to get it fixed right away. When I called I spoke with Larry and he was incredibly nice. He informed me that they do not charge for a tire patching service. I relayed this information to my mom crossing my fingers that when she arrived she wouldn't receive a different answer (like most places) and Larry took care of her for FREE just as he said. My mom said that Larry and Tyler were incredibly helpful and very polite and friendly. Larry GREATLY assisted my mom by notifying her about another tire that was very low tread and also FOR FREE moved the low tread tire to the back of her car "in case anything happens before she can replace it". TRIED SCAMMING ME FOR 5000$…read more brought my 2026 BMW M340i to this shop after damaging my suspension and wheel. They quoted me nearly $5,000 for the repair, including over $2,300 in labor. That immediately seemed excessive, so I decided to get a second opinion. Another reputable shop repaired my car for $1,100 total--$500 for the control arm, alignment, and labor, and $600 to repair my rims. The car drives great now. I left feeling like they saw an opportunity to overcharge me instead of giving me a fair estimate. Whether that was their intention or not, that's how the experience came across to me. A difference of almost 5.000$ for the same repair is hard to justify. Always get a second opinion before agreeing to major repairs here. It saved me thousands of dollars

They bring me oil colors so I can see the difference between my dirty colors and the new vibrant colors I should have. So of course I want my car to run great so im saying yes to every new filter and yes to every new fluid but Im not a mechanic so im trusting them like I've trusted my last oil change place. There is a good energy here and I hope they are doing everything they say they are doing because this is my only vehicle and Im a single mom with 2 teenagers. Between the 3 of us we are constantly going to and from everywhere. So far im happy with the service but I still have 3 guys under my hood. The real test will be how well we do until our next inspection. Based off my experience so far I will be back =). FYI: I was a committed customer to Valvoline Express off of Dyer and Main in Santa Ana but they did something I didnt like during my last oil change. So the last time I was there left a great review but before I drove off the guy brings me a list of all the things they did to my car and the only thing I recognized was Replaced windshield wiper. I knew for a fact they replaced them. They guy apologized and replaced them but now how do I know what else "they forgot" to do?

Update: Feb 17, 2026 - We realized today they also failed to fill the windshield wiper fluid. SMH…read more --- Been meaning to write this review for weeks, but the final straw came today when I found out yet again that the clowns working at this Oil Stop are either a.) incompetent or b.) did the equivalent of spitting in my food for an oil change establishment. 1. I sat through this oil change asking only for 1 thing upon pulling in- please check/fill the air in the tires because I have an alert on the dash that they're low. Literally was told I was all set and go to drive away, only to find the tires were still low and hadn't been touched. 2. The day after my oil change, I hear a grinding of sorts. Upon investigation, find that the plastic piece of the undercarriage was hanging down, not secured in place, and now torn up from the pavement from driving on it. (Mind you, they needed to remove this piece to change the oil.) My boyfriend takes it back, to be told it was "already like that" and when bf asks why they didn't mention it to me if it was already damaged, their response was "well, she's a woman". Unbelievable because shouldn't I be warned of a potential danger? 3. After they secured the damaged piece back, I am now getting an error on dash stating the front camera is blocked. Upon investigation, there is a clear finger print of OIL smeared over said camera. 4. I take the car for a minor repair to my normal place and they inform me the oil dipstick is BROKEN. Now, either these guys did this when they changed the oil, or again failed to tell me it was broken...in either case, they are trash. The funny thing is that the only thing they did to try and rectify anything was to give a 10% discount on my next oil change smh. DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. THEY'LL COST YOU MONEY AND ADD A HEADACHE ON TOP OF IT.
