Does not honor the coupon off their website. Current price for the smog check, all things considered, is about $61 for Credit Card, minor discount if you use cash. Parking lot has spots assigned per store. Just pull into the closest available spot and talk with the office. I had no wait and it took about 5-10 mins. This guy Danny is not to be trusted, I came there looking to get a smog and followed his instructions to make sure I could pass my smog. I went there in good faith, and when I came in he smogged me and before he gave me my results he made me pay even tho I followed his instructions on what I needed to do to pass he still failed me without being clear and finessed me and went into talking down to me after he took my money. First contact, a phone call nothing out of the ordinary. Was told on the phone when I asked to make a reservation, it's a first come first serve. To stop in and wait, they told me the hours. That's all responsible. Arrived the next morning a few minutes before they opened and waited for the door to open. I asked to get a smog test and they said at least 45 min to get the dyno up and running, computer booted and log into the system.???? For starters why open 30-45 min before you can work? I never saw them use a dyno, Ok besides the crappy service and lies. This company tries to up sell you too much with unasked quotes. They tried to sell everyone I saw there some sort of work when they only asked for a smog. They will lie and try to push work even when politely asking for the smog only. First off this guy had such a terrible attitude and proceeded to argue with me over what he believed to be a "modification" on my car. I explained to him that the airbox piping was indeed not a modification and instead a direct replacement for the original that had cracked. He fails to understand that multiple brands aka "OE suppliers" create identical parts which all meet oem standards and are direct replacements, not mods. Anyways he failed to pass me considering my car had actually passed the Smog test on his devices. What a dick move. I took the car to a shop down the street and immediately passed. This guy was unnecessarily bitter and arrogant. Take your car elsewhere, there are several shops within a mile with much better service. read more
