Went to shop at gateway and want to get some thing to eat for lunch. Saw Smashburger so decided to go in. One you go inside you have to wait and order your foods. You can eat in or takeout. So decided to eat in. There was a lot of tables but mostly they were occupied so had to look for a table. I order avocado bacon double burger with a special fries. So once we order had to grab a number and put it on the table so they serve the burger to the table. I heard they serve the hamburger to the table slower but it was faster about 25 minutes to get the table. The burger and the fries not bad. read more

In my opinion, the burgers were a bit small for the price. My sister and mother shared the double and I had the single bacon burger. I've been hearing nothing but good things so I decided to finally try the burgers here. This location is in the Gateway Shopping Center. It's towards the back and somewhat in the middle. Plenty of parking that is shared with all of the businesses here. I always find a spot not too far from the stores but it can get busy. So you order once you get in on the right. The burgers are organic and I had the spicy baja burger with the spicy fries, fried pickles and a peanut butter shake. The burger was good. There was guacamole on it as well. The fries were a bit salty but good. The pickles were good too. The shake was served with whatever they couldn't fit in the cup in a seperate cup with spoon. Nice touch. You get a number if you are staying and your food is bought out to you. They also take away once your done. They provide to go containers for leftovers. You can get your food to go or stay. They have a decent amount of seating. Some four tops and some counter swatting. There's some outdoor seating when the weather is appropriate. Staff was polite and just enough attention. Thank goodness for the coupons used to purchase the pulled pork sandwich and burger. This place has surprising amount of options/add ons for a burger place like gluten free bread, spinach, different cheeses, etc. Quality control may be an issue though. I once ordered avocado and was given a cheap/small piece of avocado. Another time, my burger was not cooked medium well as I like. The fries are the most disappointing part of the process. I placed my order, which was a brisket burger w/o the bacon and tater tots, a Colorado burger with tater tots, an order of buffalo wings with fries and a side order of fries. There were four of us.
