The food is good and high quality. Their fries are awesome you can get sweet potato or regular potato fries. The burgers are good and you can get different sizes or double up on the patties. Any place where I can get a Brooklyn lager and a burger is a place that I will repeatedly visit. I am more a fan of their grilled chicken than I am of their beef burgers because it's quite moist. Oh and those extra thin shoestring fries are quite addictive. I do enjoy the fancy fries but the plain ones will hit the spot. The real shining star here are the beverages. I always get my Brooklyn lager poured out into a frosted mug. On days when I'm really throwing caution to the wind, I opt for one of their milkshakes. My go-to shake is the Oreo shake which is great from the first sip through to the last one. I've dined in here twice now. It's relatively new, but really so are all of the locations I've frequented thus far. The staff is pleasant and helpful. The prices are a smidge better here than in Midtown Manhattan. My burger was tasty. I usually order the same thing. Create Your Own Burger and I add in an Udi's GF bun as a replacement for the regular bun. It's the same every time. The best part, it only costs me $8 to have this for lunch as opposed to my favorite burger from a GF restaurant which puts me out $20 every time. Give them a shot. I've had their fries and that's tasty. I haven't tried much else because again, my food options are relatively limited. But I'll update once I've tried some more of their food menu. read more

The Manager said I need to wait 30 mins or come back on a different day. Poor management and leadership: Elizabeth, the store manager, was screaming at all his employees showing me that she cannot control staff. This has shown me that she needs more leadership training because she cracked under pressure in front of me and a fully packed restaurant. Her frustration was shown to me when didn't deliver that customer experience in resolving my issue. Mistreatment of workers: all employees deserve a break from their shift. This employee has asked the manager more than once and she said no. In addition, she didn't provide a reason for the denied requests. Yes, have seen this in front of me real time. The order was delivered wrong for my girlfriend and me: I overpaid my order, but it because half of my order would have been redeemed. The manager didn't know how to resolve the issue of redeeming my points to cut my cost. Note: I am a system administrator for my company. It is common sense if the computer is not working correctly, head to the next workstation to process the order. She didn't take that course of action. She wanted me to wait 30 mins to troubleshoot a broken workstation. In addition, when I got home, I realized my entire order was wrong. All the workers there were disrespectful towards her, making it very difficult to do her job. I saw this in real time. My poor rating of this specific location is driven by the customer service or lack there of. Leadership in any organization begins at the top down. Any time I am faced with such overt bad customer service, I realize that is a behavior that is somewhat fostered by the leadership within. No one feels so free to be so obviously disrespectful to customer unless they have done it before and have been met with no reprimand or threat of job loss. Sadly, these behaviors are becoming more recurring (especially in minimum wage jobs). Perhaps management is doing little to change it , in anticipation of kiosk that will take most of their jobs away. The individuals who do this can't even see the long term impact to their futures. Where they should be proving their value (to not be replaced my machines) they are actually making a stronger case as to why they are no longer needed. Even though the long line goes quickly, it does NOT taste like a lot of care has gone into making their famous burgers, which are small and not very filling. I tried their Parmesan tater tots for the first time and they were more greasy than a teenagers face during acne-prone years! It was NOT tasty and didn't settle in my stomach too well. The prices are reasonable but too high for the quality of the food they serve. It looks like, from the outside, that this place wants to stand out as a top gourmet burger place, but it's definitely not worth making a stop unless you are so hungry you will eat ANYTHING! While waiting to order there was a pregnant woman waiting for her mobile order. She explained to the cashier that everyone who ordered already left and she was missing her non-dairy milkshake. First, when paying you're prompted to leave a tip. I left one, but then the cashier said they don't get the tips. Really? On the menu board it says they use Haagen Dazs for their shakes. I tried to speak with the staff and they were so preoccupied I decided to finish it because I was hungry.I finally got the shake maker's attention and he admitted that they ran out of Haagen Dazs and used another obviously inferior ice cream for which I payed $7. He got the "manager"and she admitted it wasn't Haagen Dazs and just shrugged her shoulders. She also wouldn't give me a refund because I drank it. I sent two emails to corporate and they never responded. According to their staff, they are not getting the tips we leave for them, and they are not using Haagen Dazs in their shakes. Ordered lunch for the whole office, $80 worth of food. What we got was disgraceful. Two crispy chicken sandwiches and one bean burger were just disgusting. They were obviously reheated burnt food from last night. We also got some french fries and a few burgers, and they were good as usual, but these three sandwiches have ruined three workers days.
