F'ing disgrace. Ordered over $100 of food for them to let someone come in and walk away with it because no one there is paying attention. Then my family had to wait another 40 minutes for them to get our order together again for them to completely forget my 3 large sides. We had already gotten home, when we noticed it. I told my husband to tell them to refund us for it. My husband, was too nice and went there (behind my back, since he knew I would get mad at him for him to drive all the way back there to get it). They should have refunded us for the money instead. They actually thought that giving us a tiny individual side would make up for their mistakes. One, for losing an order that was over $100, and two, having us having to trek out butt back to them to get items they left out of our order. Never again. Corporate should deal with these people, because they clearly don't know what they are doing and how to deal with customers they wrong read more

They need a lot of managerial help their. It was 6 people making orders and people were still waiting 10 min for orders. Between the online orders and in store orders they couldn't get it together and they were running out of chicken for the people in store not saying nothing. I placed a Grubhub order at 3:15 PM today that I received at 4:45 PM. Yes, you read that correctly. The estimated time for delivery was between 30-40 mins per he GrubHub app. I use the app frequently and have never waited so long for an order. Now while the chicken itself was fine. The attitude of the driver was not. I didn't receive a call until Grubhub contacted me that the driver was outside. I went to the door and he proceeded to sit in the car and wait. Again not typical of any Grubhub delivery. I walked to the curb and he finally got out of the car and stated that I needed to be more mindful of my phone. I told him I didn't receive any call and asked to which number. He stated whichever I used in the app. I said after waiting for almost two hours I had given up on ever even receiving the delivery. The driver stated he had to make another delivery first. The order was extremely late. Instead of apologizing for the delay I was berated for not answering my phone. Very unnecessary behavior when I am the customer and I was made to wait. At some point he mumbled a sorry to me. Never again with this KFC. read more

So. I have held out on leaving a review, because I felt this scrappy little crew could use a break. But no. There is a point when the camels back snaps. Today was that day. I'm super tired and hungry, being friendly (not even hangry). Order my stuff, pay....receipt is correct. There is very little change. I let the cashier know to take the cost of the second order from the change. Done. She was professional, attentive and speedy. Ball 1. I saw her sauce up the Nashville part of the order. Correct! Ball 2. The lady puts the order in the bag all weird (odd combo in two bags) and tosses a bunch of condiments in the bag with the driest, nonchalant looks ever. I give them back informing letting her know I don't want to waste them. I leave chewing on a potato wedge. Halfway to picking up the bf, I realize my water was not among the purchase. Strike 1. I open my box, my order has the wrong piece of chicken, dried up and cold. So i resign to the hunger and pick up the other piece, cool to the touch but correct. Strike 2. I dial the number on the receipt to alert the team of the issue only to find THE NUMBER IS OUT OF SEVICE!!!! Strike 3! Now I understand the wonderful ratings bestowed upon this "fine" establishment. Last night we purchased 2 fill up buckets of original chicken. We wanted one original and one extra crispy but would have to wait at least a half hour so we took them both original. We had to wait about 6 minutes for chicken to be done. We spent 40. plus tax plus an up charge for changing one mashed potatoes to kernel corn. For starters the corn was not fresh. The chicken was dripping with grease(I guess they felt it didn't need to be drained after coming out of the oil.) I didn't have a way back up there so I tried calling last night and today. Well, we are officially done with this place. As we waited for the order, the girl putting the chicken in the bucket dropped 3 pieces in a row and put them directly in our bucket!!!!! This is the absolute worst place to get food. Waited for 15 mins for my meal at 903pm. Everyone else came and went and I'm waiting. I go to ask, hey, is it ready? He asked for my number, then says, oh! As if he completely forgot (which he did). Once i got my my food, he forgot my side. Without a thank you, or anything he left to go into another room to answer a phone call. After that, i had to call out loudly to get his attention and when he did come out, he was on the phone the entire time. Again, no apology. No acknowledgement whatsoever. At this point, i was frustrated. So i asked for a refund. He started arguing with me. Thankfully, the manager was nicer than the other guy. She kindly gave me a refund, and offered to give me something free. So my meal was comp'd, and i got my money back. I will never go to that kfc again. I thought when they renovated it the service would get better but I was so wrong, there is always a line and not in a good way like they are always busy because food is good the line is always long because they work sooooo slow! I've been coming here for years!! A good 10 years plus! This one particular night we decided to make a stop for some late night food. What a disappointment. We placed an order for a bowl combo, drug and thigh combo, hot wings (bbq sauce), wedges, and a side of popcorn chicken! The girl who rang us up didn't not pay attention to what we ordered. She gave us the wrong order and missed a drink. She tried to tell us that we only get one when we specifically ordered a combo for that reason (along with a cookie she didn't give either!) the wings we received were plain chicken wings-no bbq sauce. All she did was take the same wings and toss them in sauce. The lemonade was extremely old tasting and the wedge tasted like chemicals! So sad to know that a place my family and I have been coming to for years has gone to crap! Definitely will NOT be coming back here! read more

I go to this place rarely, and I either get a good experience or a bad one. There's a occasion where the worker behind the counter is great: one girl even complimented my band shirt once, nice way to start off my order, and the food was hot and good and quick and you're out. Another occasion where you get some big rude lady or annoying guy who gives you attitude and gets extremely rude and pretty much yells your order and then it'll take forever. So you can get one or the other. Place isn't very clean and some of the customers are rude as well. read more

This has been consistently the worst KFC ever. For years. In a weak moment, I ordered a two-piece thigh and breast with with 2 sides (cole slaw and potato wedges). I arrived home, opened the box and saw a tiny little WING (not thigh) and a breast. I was going to roll with it, but the breast looked disgusting: gray in color with hardly any coating. I tasted it and it was extremely greasy and horrible. I tried to call them. It jumped to voicemail and I was promptly told that the mailbox was full. BTW, it answered with a generic message, with no mention of KFC. I double-checked the number and called back. Same thing. I bring the food back to the store. I told them I wanted my money back and didn't want a replacement. They gave me the refund, and the manager came out from the back I mentioned about the voicemail being full and he gave me a knowing smile and nod as if to indicate he knew. He tried to make amends by giving me more chicken. I said I didn't want it and left the store. At my car, I realized they didn't give me the refund credit receipt. I went back in. He came at me again with the bag. I told him I did not come back to get free chicken. He insisted. I took it, and the final blow is when I arrived home I discovered that he had given me my original bag back with the slop that I returned.
