We ordered here because of a BOGO free deal. Parmesan and Honey Garlic flavours boneless chicken. It comes in separated boxes but I combined them after a while. They came with a few pieces of thumb-size chicken and the rest were like scraps for a 40 piece. Parmesan tasted off, it was edible (as I did not get stomach bug) but did not taste like how parmesan should taste. Honey Garlic tasted like tangy BBQ, Very questionable if they gave us the correct sauce at all. Would not order from this location again.

Mango Habanero Boneless Wings - 10pc

I got the boneless mango habanero. 10 pieces for $11, not bad. Wings were good size; serving portion is good for one or even two people. It was pretty good, got it to go. Service was quick. Chicken tasted natural as they claimed, meaning there was nothing off about it. They had a selection of sauces you can choose from. I expected Mango Habanero to be more spicier though, was looking for that heat. Would go back and try out the other different flavors they got.

Never again. Literally got sick after eating here. We ordered it to go and dove right in as soon as we got home, my kids started eating right away so I didn't notice how raw the chicken was right away. I also ate a few pieces until I noticed the inside of one of them.. threw out everything right away.

First time here and checked in using app and pop up that I get a free drink, showed it to the cashier who said they don't honor it and that it's only for other locations?!?! Still waiting for my wings.... At this point I don't have any high expectations.

10 Boneless Wings with BBQ Chipotle sauce

I got the food delivered so I don't know how the actual establishment looks. The wings had the right amount of sauce ,though I wish with a name like BBQ Chipotle the sauce tasted spicier. The waffle fries could have been crispier but we're still tasty.

Not sure how this place stays open! Horrible service along with the food. Wings were undercooked.. Don't recommend coming here.

This past week, I had a proper brunch with another friend at The Smith and it was a great experience. I had made reservations (just in case), and I got there right on time but my friend was running late. I got seated towards the back by the friendly hostess but as I was waiting, I changed my mind and wanted to sit closer to the front where there was more light coming in from the front the windows. The hostess was very accommodating and moved the table without a problem. The food was delicious. As always, I try to keep it healthy and had the Sugar Snap Pea salad and my friend had the Burrata. The salad was fresh and crispy, with grilled chicken for extra protein. My friend said the Burrata could have been warmer in temperature, but it was still a good choice for her. The ambiance was also very pleasant, there weren't many people at the time we went and I think once the weather gets warmer, the front doors are able to be fully open and allow air in and provide a more al fresco dining experience.

The gorgeous, ancient building, Fillmores for close to 50 years now but home to a bar for many years prior to that, is perennially packed with a cross section of local regulars representing many eras of the neighborhoods varied history and populations, from old school working class joes in Union Jackets and hardhats to more recent immigrants from every corner of the world befitting it's location smack in the center of the worlds borough. They're all most definitely having a great time, soaking up the fantastic atmosphere and character and being served by seasoned pros with a level of old school care and camaraderie, and focus on loyalty to the regulars that is also sadly rapidly fading away (how many other places in this town still know the meaning of the words "buy back?") Where the place really sets itself apart from all the other local watering holes however charming they might be on their own right however, is the food. Its lives up to the original designation of a tavern as a place that places a priority on the cuisine, and indeed the offerings rise far far above the bar-food norm. This is the type of spot that not only serves one of the great, deeply satisfying under-the radar burgers, non nonsense but deeply meaty uniquely presented on a long hero-type roll, but also one of the best, and cheapest NY Strips in town and a killer prime rib special. Also has some of the most reliably crispy wings, even if the propriety house sauce is just a tad sweet for my tastes, and a rotating list of delicious house made soups (particularly a marvelous lobster bisque) that can be paired with said wings or most other options as part of the wonderful lunch specials. I've heard many other patrons praise the grilled chicken wrap but have never had the chance to give it a try as of yet. I'll have many more chances because I plan on continuing to visit the place often for years to come, and here's to hoping that this place remains a constant in the ever changing borough as it's miraculously been able to all these many many years.

It wasn't flashy or exciting, but it had the welcoming vibe of a restaurant that was meant for locals, and to serve the surrounding area. While I wish that they had a slightly larger selection of beers, they did have one (1) good IPA, and my food was pretty good as well. My chicken tenders and mozzarella sticks were solid, but my pub pretzel was amazing, and made to perfection! The staff, to include the bartender and waiters, were all very nice, welcoming, and attentive, and I loved chatting with the other patrons as well. I'd definitely recommend Filmore's to anybody passing through the neighborhood, and I'll assuredly be back in the future!

The dining room is anchored by an olive tree that rises improbably from the center of the floor, its branches catching the light from a constellation of milk-glass globes. Along the bar, bottles glow against whitewashed brick, and the marble counter is set with striped linen napkins. The effect is part farmhouse and part supper club, and it is more inviting than either would be on its own. The menu favors familiar dishes executed with care. A glazed salmon arrives lacquered and deeply caramelized at the edges, resting on wilted spinach and a bright hash of corn, peas, and shallot, all bound by a butter sauce worth chasing with a fork. The fish sandwich is a study in restraint: a well-seasoned, pan-crisped fillet, a soft brioche bun, and a tangle of slaw, with a plump pickle and coleslaw alongside, as tradition demands. Dessert is where The Shed allows itself some indulgence. A dense, fudgy brownie, dusted with powdered sugar and set beside a scoop of vanilla ice cream melting into chocolate sauce, recalls childhood without apology. Notably, the restaurant takes its non-alcoholic drinks seriously. The mocktail list is broad and thoughtful, a welcome gesture of hospitality toward diners who would rather skip the spirits without skipping the fun. Service, led on this evening by a warm and unhurried server, matched the room. Tables linger here, and no one seems to mind. The Shed isn't trying to reinvent anything. It simply does the familiar things well, in a room that makes you want to stay for another round of dessert and another hour of talk.

We started with the calamari, which was delicious, and even the bread they brought out was so fresh and warm. For dinner, I got the spicy rigatoni and added shrimp, and it was absolutely amazing. My date got the short rib pappardelle and loved his as well. We finished with the cheesecake, and this is where I have to give a huge shoutout to our waitress, Amanda. She was incredible from start to finish -- attentive, sweet, charismatic, funny, and just genuinely made the whole experience that much better. When we ordered dessert, she told us she was going to find us an awesome, big piece of cheesecake and asked which drizzle we wanted -- raspberry, chocolate, or caramel. Naturally, I said, "Give me all the drizzle," and she immediately said, "You got it." When she came back, she told us she didn't think she was able to find us a big enough piece, so she was taking the dessert off the bill. Meanwhile, we were looking at the cheesecake thinking the portions were completely fine! It was such a sweet and unnecessary gesture, and the cheesecake itself was delicious. The Harrison already has great food and such a nice vibe, but Amanda really made the experience memorable. She's the main reason I wanted to go out of my way to leave a review.
