Ordered delivery thanks to the "spend fifteen get ten dollar off" promotion. Got a full grilled cheese and a tomato soup bowl. Can't say the grilled cheese lived up to its name because it was far from grilled. Barely cooked on the exterior and was still smushy like any ol' white bread. American cheese smacked between some white bread is not the worth 7-9ish bucks (but I guess that's Panera for you). I don't know how, and why this Panera only has 3 stars. I came in today to grab a quick bite , and upon arrival this place is HUGE. There was so much seating to dine in (even though my order was for pickup). There was lots of traffic but it moved very fast . The store is broken down, 1 side is ordering and the other rapid pickup. The restaurant was also very clean, I saw a nice man sweeping up before my exit . I honestly waited no longer than 10 minutes over my pickup time for my food, and given it was busy that was no problem for me . I was even offered 2 cookies for the wait which I declined but really appreciated the kind gesture. I ordered the chipotle chicken and avocado sandwich which was amazinggggg, with the chipotle sauce on the side . I really enjoy getting the chicken panini, and I load it up with tons of good veggies and chipotle sauce :) My girlfriend gets the Southwest Chili Lime salad, and she thinks the avocado/lime combo really brings it together well. I love panera in general but this is the closest to my house and I've always found everything to be super fresh and all of the workers super friendly.
