The food at this McDonald's location is pretty good. I rarely ever have anything to complain about. Service is decent as I've never encountered a rude employee. I only have two complaints. First, the kids just hanging around the parking lot. I'm assuming this is the neighborhood kids hangout spot. Rude little suckers! They'll stand around in the parking lot and block the path to the drive through. If you honk at them, they'll gang up on you yell obscenities. It takes a lot to ignore them and not engage in their little childish behavior. My next complaint is the wait time. Whether you're dining in or using the drive-thru, expect a longer than usual wait time. They're kind enough to apologize for the wait but it's still annoying to go through. Especially after you've just honked at little Chandler, who was standing in the way of the drive-thru. read more

I've been waiting 25 minutes for a large fry and a ten piece. Ordered at the drive thru and was told to wait in the parking lot. A few others were asked to wait after the drive thru as well. After about 20 minutes we realized no one was coming and I sent my boyfriend inside to pick it up. Others who were parked after being told also went inside. This is the new building they put up here. Before they used have a huge parking lot for many cars. With the new building, there are less parking, not easy to get in. As much as it looks nice, you have to plan ahead or give some time to find parking if you want to sit down inside. read more

I've never been to this location since it remodeled since i don't live in the area, I was going to visit my grandma and said let me surprise her with some breakfast. I ordered on the app to pickup, the women was trying to ring it up again on the register not understanding I ordered on the app and it was already paid for. Then insisted they didn't have the order, and needed a code. I showed her it on my phone 3 times, then all of a sudden the order appeared magically. Of course out of 3 things I ordered I was missing 1 when my grandma took everything out of the bag, and I was so taken aback by the whole ordeal with noone in the store a mobile order with 3 items causes so much drama I didn't think to double check the bag which I should've before I left. The customer service has surpassed my expectations in this location. Before covid and the renovation, the service wasn't that great. You would go there and notice tables dirty, machines not working and bathrooms in bad condition. Now, I guess they got new management and they flipped this McDonald's to the right direction. The place is clean... all Kiosk machines work.... And the customer service inside and at the drive thru are way better. If you having an issue with the Kiosk, there's a manager near by to help you. I've read reviews about people missing food in their orders..... all fast food services have that, but if you notice something missing, go back inside and I guarantee you they hook you up and try to get your order right. read more

Vanessa is the vilest turd I ever saw. Outside of the fact that she looks like a turd, she is always rude, and never knows how to do her job. She is rude to the customers, sarcastic, the typical bitter type of person. She clearly never wants to be there. You also see her being rude to the employees, and she makes you no longer want to give your business to this McDonalds. What is wrong with this McDonalds? TWICE I ordered at the kiosk, and TWICE my order never came up. Note that they force you to use the kiosk. They don't accept orders at the counter. Haven't for years. They do accept cash at the counters, supposedly, but if you choose that option, you have to wait on yet another line, and your food is likely to never arrive anyway. I HATE this place. Their dining room is STILL closed. No one knows why. Their bathroom is STILL closed. If you walk in and use the kiosk, your order may never show up - especially if you dare to use cash. Its like they only want to do drive in. Seriously - if they only want to serve the drive through (which IS extremely popular) they should just be honest about it and close the place to walk-ins. I know a lot of people complain about the drive thru service, trust me - walk-in service is even worse. Its not a personnel problem. Its a store management problem. read more

Since the food is supposed to be the same along with the level of service, it makes writing reviews for various McDonalds are easy. That is, of course, unless there is something different about the location. This location was perfect, the fries and nuggets were hot... (clearly not sitting around for too long,) and the level of service was perfect. This is a big bright location and the greetings with smiles from the whole counter. It may be a small thing to ask but I find these fast-food establishments so much easier to be in when the staff looks like their really trying to help you have the best dining experience you can in a McDonalds.
