What an animal at the window. Her attitude is HORRENDOUS. She constantly rolls her eyes and even before you have to look at this miserable soul in the window, you can SMELL her fecal attitude through the speaker This is my second experience dealing with PRISCILLA. PRISCILLA always has her little air pods in her ear with her phone out texting whoever she's clearly upset with. I asked the second window girl for her name and she started to act like I was asking her for her date of birth and the last four digits to her social. I asked to speak with the manager at this point to where I was informed it's not the first time PRISCILLA's name has been brought up in complaints. She also said she's not sure what's wrong with her. I'm not sure why McDonald's who has so many eager candidates for hire keep people with dirty mouthes and stink attitudes. As many others have already stated, the service here is unbelievably slow for "fast food." Even late at night, when you would think the service would be a little faster since the lobby is closed, you're pretty much guaranteed to wait 10-15 minutes. They also stop serving shakes after 8 or 9 at night. I don't know what authority they have to do that, but any time you go there at night looking for a shake, they've already turned the machine off. While we're on the subject of beverages, let's talk about the soda. If you're going to do that little trick where you bump the cup against the machine to keep filling it when it fizzes over, you damn sure better wipe the cup before you hand it to me. My car's cup holders have had to be cleaned several times thanks to a sticky cup covered in spilled-over soda. Gross. The last issue here is the mystery prices at night. On more than one occasion, I've ordered through the Drive-Thru and been told to drive up without being given my total. Then, when I pay at the window, I don't get a receipt. I've been made to understand that this usually happens when employees are stealing money. They charge you the proper amount, or even a little less so it doesn't raise your suspicion, but then they pocket the money. I know for a fact that a few kids were fired from this location for stealing a few years back, but apparently the message wasn't received. All in all, it makes for a pretty awful experience, and given the variety of food in the area, you're better off taking your money elsewhere. read more

I had a decent experience the last time I was at this Mc D's location. My order was taken pretty quickly. We used coupons for a free sandwich and ordered fries and drink. The food was hot and the iced tea was cold and sweet. The tables are towards the side of the restaurant. We noticed they have a family night at this location. There was a spill on the floor w a sign to be careful. I thought the spill could have been cleaned up as there wasn't too much liquid but perhaps they were short staffed. Aside from a few unruly kids running around the experience was decent. Much better than the location close to me. Will be back! read more

Tried to stop here today just for an iced coffee since I've heard how they're suppose to be really good. Waited on the drive-thru line for about 20 minutes since it was wrapped around the block like usual. Kinda defeats the purpose of fast food. When I finally got to the speaker the attendant seemed annoyed when I asked what flavors they had. A few more minutes and I finally got my coffee. The coffee itself was pretty good. This is probably the worst McDonald's that I've ever been. Very slow service that you wait for 30 minutes just for a cheeseburger. That is ridiculous. Despite the fact that this McDonald's is brand new and clean their food is always freshly made. Customer service is excellent and wanted to note Suzanne specifically. The manager at this McDonald's is so nice. From my knowledge breakfast is usually over at 11am or 11:30am. We got here alittle before 11 and was told they stop serving breakfast at 10:30, which then I replied I've ordered breakfast at 11 before. They let me speak to the manager and he came out to the car took our order and brought the breakfast back out to the car for us. Amazing service , amazing manager ! Thank you!! read more

I've been here several times from the drive through to the inside, very short staffed for a busy place and some of the items are overpriced. An apple pie usually 99 cent or even 2 apple pies for like $1.25, they're charging $1.49. My belief was that all the mcdonalds followed the same pricing, not this place. Check your reciepts, they're charging more than usual for bad service and uncomfortable setting. Even the Mcdonalds at the airport is cheaper. read more

Was in there a few minutes ago, place was empty except for one customer and a few people on the drive through. Only one register open but this one customer who judging by the 10 small bags he already in front of him was a delivery driver was tying up the counter continuously placing a chicken strip order. the poor clerk had to call the supervisor over twice to cancel the sale because the fellow kept changing his mind. Finally asked the supervisor if there was anybody else who could take my order, (after all this is have it your way fast food, right). Barked at me NO There isn't anybody else who can take your order we have ONLY ONE register open. Meantime she's just standing there while the clerk taking this other guy's order keeps walking away in frustration cause they are starting to void the sale yet again and the guy's trying to negotiate with them. This isn't something you blame on a national emergency; this is just the same bad service I wrote about a year ago when I last came here. Seems nothing has really changed except McDonald's only customer they really value is anybody who'll deliver an order rather than the fellow that's made the trip in and standing right in front of them again. There seems to be a mindset with this staff that they have absolutely no sense of the value of their customers time, or goodwill. The only reason in my experience they even get the one star is that Yelp won't allow anything lower. This is literally the worst service I have experienced in any McDonalds on the planet, (I travel a lot in my business), and I am amazed given the complaints the corporation allows this to go on. Dirty dining area and foul mouthed, upset workers behind the counters. That's not all! I ordered a premium wrap and 20 minuets later a woman that ordered after me had to yell out how long I was waiting for my food. I'm shy and don't want to make a scene but she did it for me. So after 22 minuets of just chaos on both sides of the counter a soft spoken employee asked me if I had the wrap meal, I told him, no just the wrap and a diet coke. I guess the assistant manager in a blue shirt took the fries out of the bag that were hot, and I guess he was trying to upgrade the fries for my wait but he then put in a large cold fries. LOL I mean thanks but I threw them out and only had the chicken portion of the wrap, that looked like the whole wrap was balled up and stuffed into the long box wrapper. The rudest McDonalds employees!! I Pulled up with my sick child from doctors office thinking I would get her something quick to eat so she can take her Meds. It was 5 minutes until they were serving lunch and they told me no when I asked for chicken nuggets and proceeded to tell me it is only 1055 in the rudest tone possible . I asked if I should wait just the five minutes and then I could order and I was told No. I then asked for a manager and they said nothing, finally came back and said come to the window.... For the drivethru: During the day the service isn't too bad, but when it gets late you could be waiting forever. The daytime staff are good enough, but again, at night they simply don't care.
