Rude employee yelling at me and a new training employee who was making a mistake because he did not understand my order after she humiliated him and was rude to him. She then was rude to me. This employee needs to be retrained and should not be training anyone else another employee had to apologize for her behavior! She did not explain the menu correctly and got annoyed with me when I misunderstood her saying I'm not dealing with this today. This is your job. You have to deal with it or get a new job is what should've been said, but instead a manager who seem more fearful of her came over to assist. I swear to everything I would've smacked that lady. The way she spoke to my girl was literally insane. I wish I knew her name. Total waste of time. They have a ton of people waiting outside for nothing but late orders. I hate ordering online because the norm is getting a wrong order. If you order add another 15-20mins to the pick up time and that'll be the right time. I will start my saying I rarely give a 1 star rating. This is a 1 star establishment. I have ordered at last 4 times from this location from Uber Eats. Each time carefully deciding on my choices. Each time disappointed. The issue is perhaps if you aren't literally standing in front of the person taking your order giving directions, it's quite possible you're going to be upset with your order. It shouldn't be this way. I always order a salad. And in every order I have received the same teeny salad. Barely any meat. Lots of extraneous toppings like sour cream and cheese. But everything else from the barely there lettuce to the are you even in there tomatoes, to the sprinkling of peppers, it's always disappointing. I have ordered from other locations and noticed the stark difference in the portion and quality. Including actually having dressing available to send with the salad. Despite the door was locked after the opening time is stated on the door I waited for a bit and she sat there on her phone. I assume she was eating her breakfast and instead of saying sorry there's a delay or whatever she found it humorous. I would be embarrassed to feed my guests if my dining area looked like this restuarant. The waiters are sloppy servers; there is food scraps ALL OVER THE PLACE, and no one is concerned about having it cleaned up. The staff was not rude, they were actually quite nice. But they are very inconsistent with portion size. I frequent Chipotle in the Throggsneck shopping center and The Green Acres mall - these locations are consistent with portion size, even across locations.
