Delicious fresh quality food. I sometimes come for breakfast and lunch. Service is always excellent. Staff walks around to always maintain cleanliness and to ask customers if they need anything. I always get the $5 value meal. McChicken, 4 piece nuggets, small fries and a small drink. Not bad for $5 bucks. Breakfast I do the 2 for $6 Sausage, Egg and Cheese McGriddle and the $2 small mango pineapple smoothie. read more

Ordered only one thing, a Mocha frappe. They took almost 20 minutes to acknowledge our order and when they did, they completely ignored us and called out other orders. 20 more minutes of waiting and still didn't receive our ONE order. read more

Have not tried my coffee but one thing for sure customer service sucks. It's 7am and I'm the only one in the drive thru. How annoyed can you really be with my two questions do you have Splenda? The good news: It's big. There's two entrances/exits. They offer drive thru service. 24 Hours. There's a play place for parents with small children. Free Wi-Fi. The bad news: Staff is hit and miss. Wait times can be horrendously long - both with placing an order and then picking up your order. It gets really busy/crowded at certain points of the day. Also, on the last few occasions I happened to be walking past there were a few homeless people and some drunks outside stopping people for change. That's a bit uncomfortable if like me you have a small child in tow. They seem to also let school kids loiter around outside the restaurant without saying anything. That being said, I'd still rather come here then to the one on Lefferts. It's bigger and I can choose which entrance to leave out of depending upon whom is standing around outside of it. read more

One of the employees, try to scam me. I ordered 6 cookies. She gave me two cookies, But I stated I ordered 6. But she was acting dumb saying no you ordered two. But my bill was already high. She literally made me pay even more money to order more cookies. Even though My order receipt said 6 cookies which was like $6.00. Since one cookie costed $1.00. In my past life of childhood times, I would come here occassionally. Customer service is like any other ordinary typical McDonald's as it's non-existent and chaos when ordering and picking up. They always forget something and if you were hoping on Ice Cream in summer, dream on. The place has a major problem with beggars and people pestering customers for money. One of the worst we've been to in the area. If you're craving McD's, try the one on Metropolitan which is also cleaner and has a drive through as well. Staff are also kinda rude, always miserable and can't be bothered to give you a straw or those fries you ordered. Only known 1 employee who put the rest to shame, hopefully she is an example to the others. Can't count the number of times we've had to park up and wait for them to have something ready, either. This is one of the worst McDonalds that I've been to. The person who was giving out the food was very rude. She was black and chunky with a bad attitude possibly the manager or the person in charge. When she gave me my order, she gave me a medium fry with it, and I ordered a large meal, so when I went to her to let her know, she looked at me in a bad way and said "What" with a nasty attitude. I told her that my meal was large and not medium. She didn't ask to see the receipt, she just said that my order was a medium size, and I told her to look at the receipt, when she looked at the receipt and realized that it was actually a large size, she just went and exchange my fries for a large with her attitude and didn't even apologize. That person shouldn't be working there, because she has a nasty attitude and she's very unprofessional talking about personal issues in front of the customers.
