I came here today for my lunch. Use my coupons. The young man that helped me his name is Frankie and he was incredibly helpful as was the kitchen staff who helped me do some different things on my chicken sandwich so I could chew it and eat it.. I would highly recommend their food and their staff at this location in Aurora. ;-) read more

I was hungry and decided to come here and get smash burger since it's been a while since I've had it and always was a fan. A bit more expensive than what I was expecting but still pretty good. The staff were friendly and helpful! read more

Order the truffle mushroom Smashburger. The burger was dry and overcooked. Nothing like the picture which shows a nice juicy hamburger. Not sure if I'll go back. read more

I've been wanting to try Smashburger for a long time. There aren't many in LA so I was glad to find them here in Aurora. Smashburger, just the name makes you want to try one. It's a nice clean, open environment. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. There's also an app so you can order ahead and have them take the order out to your car. I went for the classic single smash and the regular smash fries. It was a substantial burger and I was plenty full after eating it along with the fries. I'd suggest eating there if you can or eat it in your car as soon as you get it because by the time we got home, only five minutes away, the fries were soggy and the burgers were barely still warm. That happens. It's not their fault. It's a really good burger and I'm sure the fries are awesome when they are hot and crispy. I went there with my dad. He's a picky eater and he loved his classic single Smashburger and the strawberry shake. It's a tad pricey, but not any more than any other premium burger establishment. For two classic single Smashburgers, one order of regular smash fries, and a strawberry shake, it was $24.69, not including the tip. I noticed when I got home, the price on the screen was not the same as the receipt (I took a picture of it for my Yelp review). The register display showed a total of $22.20. We were overcharged by $1.83. One star off for that. They have a nice variety of burgers, and you can substitute beef for chicken or turkey, even black bean. In addition to that, they have some salad options. I'll be going back for sure. Next time I'm going to try one of their specialty Smashburgers. The burgers we had really did taste as good as the name Smashburger sounds. read more

My friends and I used to love this place. Not anymore. Today I placed a Doordash order, and the burger wasn't even hot. They obviously pre-cooked it, then thru it son grills to warm. I knew they were going to do that, cause it was 4:45 when I ordered it. When I called female manager about it, she said to ask for a refund from Doordash. Great solution Smashburgers. No responsibility, just pass the buck. Why did I try them again? I don't go in person, cause seats are too hard and uncomfortable, in order to get you out the door fast. Too bad a good franchise became so "we don't give a s_hit". read more

Fast good tasty food and great service. The sweet potato fries are delicious. They have a smashburger dialed in.

I have been to other smash burger locations and they're great. This one is not. WAY too much of the condiments, place is always completely empty (this should have been my first sign) and the employees are not very kind. Meat was overcooked. read more

I used to come here before. But when they hired the new manger Gage, he made a big difference. The food and the service is away better. Ryley is awesome read more

The food is very flavorful and good portions, the service was fast and friendly, and the prices are agreeable. A classic is only about 90 cents more than a whopper from burger king but it's a little bigger, and way juicier and tastier. Definitely worth the value. The restaurant inside is pretty standard for a quick, sit down/take out place. This location has a small outdoor area on the side. The parking lot is nothing nice to look at though. read more

Terrible service. The smell inside the restaurant is unbearable. Smells like old feet.

With all the hoopla around the opening of In & Out Burger, located near the Mall at Aurora Town Center, we decided to skip the 2-3 hour line and try Smashburger. My husband had eaten there once and said it was good. Our desire was to do curb side pick up, so we did a phone in order and payment. I requested a specific pick up time, and was accommodated nicely. I was ordering for four people. Two Avocado Bacon Burgers, one BBQ bacon cheddar burger, and one classic burger. Sides were an assortment of regular fries, sweet potato fries, and Brussels sprouts, All of the burgers were tasty. The buns were whole grain and nice and puffy. The one disappointment were the Brussel sprouts. They were cooked nicely, but were so salty that we threw them away. All in all, we will return and try again. I do plan to stop in an give them a personal review on the Brussel Sprouts. It is a shame with food is over salted. read more

Went here on Christmas Eve 2023, hoping not to cook before the big day. Spent $20 on bad food. Overloaded condiments on the burger; cold fries; and a vanilla shake made with old, freezer-bitten ice cream. Never again! read more

I will NEVER visit this location again. I will go to the one 3 miles up the road or better yet, Freddy's half mile away or even ANY place else before I deal with this frustrating location again. I really like the food at Smashburger but when i order via doordash my order is always incorrect. I cannot eatbacon and when i ordered a regular cheeseburger with onion and bbq sauce, it arrived with bacon. Couldn't eat it at all!!! Really disappointing when I just paid $6.00. This was not the first time my orders have been i correct, just the most recent example. Hire people that give a crap!!! If your employees don't give a crap, your customers won't either. We can all get a decent burger almost anywhere, made correctly. When I emailed Smashburger about this last error (because I was over it), I got absolutely NO RESPONSE so I guess corporate doesn't really give a Sh__ either!!! Wow....Lost this customer. read more

This place is a joke, placed an order for a burger and wasn't aware it came with cheese. So I called within two minutes of placing my order online and was told the burger is already made and they cannot take the cheese off. I asked how this can be resolved, Mildred said that I'd have to order a new burger because they won't take the cheese off nor make a new burger. I owned up to my mistake and asked what we can do to resolve the issue because my coworker is allergic to cheese, she did not want to help at all. Was very rude throughout the whole conversation. Claimed she was management and still didn't help at all. I asked to just cancel the order, she said we can't cancel it but you can come in for a refund. I said okay I'll be there for a refund, then she says I can't go in for two hours because the system is down.. and they can't take any orders or refund anything. Customer service is very poor here, all I wanted was for the cheese to be taken off TWO minutes after placing an order. Mildred should look into a job with no customer contact, maybe a warehouse? I need a janitor if you see this Mildred. Best of luck if you make a mistake on your order here read more

Very good experience today at this Smashburger location. The manager was very active throughout the store and although the staff looked as a few are in training, where very nice! Smashburger is one of my favorite sit down burger chains and this one will be my new go-to location! read more

Ok, so I've been wanting to try Smashburger for quite some time because, as most from California (and from in AZ from where I moved), I'm spoiled by In-N-Out. I tried Goodtimes a couple of times, and if you must read about my experience about their sharp foil (see review), read away. So onto Smashburger. I want to say that Smashburger's "catch phrase" if you will- is contradictory and I'll explain that in a minute- but first onto ordering. I just order a classic Smashburger, with fries, and a drink. My order was over 9 bucks....liiiiiiiitle more than I wanted to spend on lunch. Anyway, I wait and get my burger and fries - and both are delicious, so don't get me wrong. Their fries tossed with rosemary, garlic, and olive oil are soooooo good. I was wondering what this mysterious sauce was on my burger and checked their menu- and apparently its called "smash sauce" (go frickin' figure), which, surprisingly, was the only thing I DIDN'T like about my burger. The meat was good and fresh veggies and such. So onto the contradiction, I was reading their cup and their "catch phrase" is "smash. sizzle. savor"....or something to that effect. So the Smash is apparently they "smash" the burger while cooking....doesn't everyone and their mom know that smashing a burger will dry it out while cooking? Well, they must not smash very well cause the burger was delicious and moist. Sizzle is something about their service I think??? And savor is something regarding being able to get a burger for a reasonable price. Well, let me tell you, just the burger alone was 5 bucks. Not cheap. So I might go back to smash burger ....but they need to rethink their burger prices. read more

Love this place, my order is always correct, the service is fast, and the employees are friendly.

Smashburger? Weird name, but great place to grab a burger . . . a really great burger. This is my second visit to a Smashburger and it was as good or better than the first time. (Some things are just better the second time around.) First time was at the Broadway location for a special event. I was hooked that very night. This Smashburger location is next to the Kinko's/ Fedex that I patronize on a fairly regular basis. When I first realized there was a Smashburger in this location I was coming out of Kinko's and they were replacing the front door & window. Apparently someone wanted a Smashburger so badly they drove right through the front of the store! I love their burgers, but I am leaving my car in the parking lot, thank you. read more

Not big on fast food but wanted to try the Brussels sprouts - they did not disappoint!! Cheeseburger was tasty as well.

The fries and hamburger were so greasy. It was like eating a big ball of grease.

This is one of my favorite burger places. The side dishes, especially the sweet potato smashfries, keep me coming back. The sweet potato fries are covered in olive oil, garlic, and rosemary. I have also enjoyed the Fried Pickles, veggie frites, and haystack onions, all of which were delicious. I still want to try the smash fries, which have the rosemary olive oil concoction. The Spicy Baja comes with a chipotle bun, chipotle mayo, and fresh jalapenos. I almost wish they had side of chipotle bun, it is so good by itself. The burgers have always been juicy, and go great with the beer or wine you can include with the meal. I also enjoy the create your own smashburger, where you can specify the bun, cheese, sauce, and toppings. They even have a card where you can check all your favorite options, and hand it to the person at the register. I have built several of my own smashburgers, but they have never been quite as good as their BBQ Bacon & Cheese or Spicy Baja. But it sure is fun to try. read more

A shoutout on great customer service from Michele! It's not often you walk into a place right before it's about to close and feel welcomed. Worst customer service ever. We ordered through Door Dash and we were missing 4 items from our order. I called and asked to be refunded. I was put on hold, the hung up on. Called back and requested the same thing. Hung up on. Then called back and they did not answer. I called 3 times. Then asked my husband to call and they answered right away. They were totally avoiding my number. Unprofessional and to be honest the food was not that good. I live close and will NEVER eat here again. read more

I've only eaten here 2x and it has been the worst experience. I actually dreaded coming back. First one was several years ago and the second one was just recent. Never coming back again. My fries was burnt and burger was over seasoned and cooked. The fact that I'm not a huge burger person, this makes me want to avoid the whole fast food burger joint at all cost. Such a bummer, if it wasn't for my kid that wanted to come here, i would have avoided it. Service was good though, this was the 3 stars for. read more

First Smashburger I ever went to 10 years ago and still the best. Love the Colorado Burger!

One of my favorite places. I started eating SB in Maryland but moving to Colorado and finding them here was great. This location is always great with delivery and pick up.. my food is always hot and exactly how i ordered it.. read more

I love Smashburger but the service here is continually awful. I once witnessed a counter person walk out before I could get my food. Since what looked like the manager chased after her-there was noone to give customers their orders when the cooks put them in the window. I saw my order come up, asked the clueless looking cook if I could take it since it was my order and was then harangued by the 2nd cook who appeared midway out of my exit. Another time we went and the place was closed before its posted hours. This last time the place is almost empty, there's noone at front counter to take orders. What looks like an employee appears and lets me know she'll take my order in a second, she reappears a solid 3 times without acknowledging me and looking like she'd rather not take my order at all and that's when I gave up on this place for the final time. It doesn't matter how good your food is if you can't offer dependable service. Find a way to keep staff! read more

the food wasn't fully cooked got food poisoning it was terrible I throw up seven times before the new year

This store is so far my favorite smash burger store. Service is good, the burgers are even better, and the speed is the best. I read some reviews saying that it took them like 25 mins to get their burgers, but coming here for several times, I think their burgers come out super fast. I personally recommend their new French Onion Burger and a coffee slush(even if it contains coffee it is a very mild flavor). Definitely recommend! read more

This location is sub par at best. I live down the street so I purchased the smash pass which gives you one free entree a day for 100 days. Needless to say, I visited this location frequently. The dining area is almost always dirty and the staff are always rude. They never speak to you, they look at the ground and mumble which is very strange. Also, out of all the times I've visited I'd say my order is wrong at least 75% of the time. When one particular young lady is working, this figure goes up to 100%. Even with the smash pass I've decided it's worth it to drive a little farther and go to the location on Hampden. read more

This location is nasty. Empty tables and booths but not one was clean. We had to clean our own table. Trash was all over the floor.I bought the special for four dollars and each patty was the size of a silverdollar and each was burnt. My burger came out by itself. I was done by the time my friend got his burger amd our fries. It wasn't until he was done that our shakes arrived. I ordered a chocolate and he ordered strawberry. Both were vanilla. Don't go to this location and waste your money. Go to the one on Parker and Arapahoe. Update... Couldn't get home fast enough. Major rush to the bathroom! read more
