When it comes to fast food hamburger places, most people would say that they are all alike. Both in service and selection. But I found that Carls Jr. tends to go outside the monotony of just regular burgers. In this particular visit I was able to treat myself to an interesting creation known as the Hangover Burger. A wild combination of breakfast and lunch consisting of not only a hamburger patty but also an fried egg. While an egg on a hamburger is not new, the way it was presented to me was, in the fact that there was also tater tots and various different sauces and other condiments included in this concoction resulting in an interesting and surprising taste outcome. I shall find myself visiting and trying other fascinating menu items more often. read more

My first and only time I will ever go here again. The worst food I have never been able to eat. McDonalds at least would have been edible. Ordered fish sandwich, gross, tastes awful, do not eat. Onion rings. Lol. Just round brown things overcooked, over seasoned overly greasy, this is not any sort of example of an onion ring. So gross, did not eat. Vanilla shake fine Except for the 'whipped cream' this wasn't whipped cream, this was some industrial ultra processed chemical compound made to look like whipped cream. Disgusting. It would be easier to just whip some cream, made with cream than to serve this chemical crap that tastes terrible. What do they serve that is keeping the bills paid there? read more

I mean not really a fan of fast foods, but this location and the guy Stephen is amazing. Excellent customer service. Just because of his polite nature I always wanna stop by and grab those burgers. Keep it up buddy! read more

Jimmy was very pleasant and very quick to give us the service that we needed. Would return to this restaurant just because of him. D G read more

This Carls is amazing the manager Alma is always so nice when I go into her restaurant. The place is always clean and all her employees are super nice. I eat here like twice a week. read more

Very very very very slow ordered my food was told to drive around front so there timer would stop which is a lie I've been waiting for close to 14 min for chicken tenders and stars and when they food finally came it was cold read more

this location is overcharging merchants, and pocketing the difference. I went to this location today and was overcharged. When I asked for a receipt to review what I ordered before I paid. rudely the lady working the drive-through refused to provide me a receipt to show what I have ordered and stated that she couldn't give me a receipt until I paid for my food. I went to the front and asked for a receipt and the manager in the front stated the same thing and then proceeded to re take my food in front of me. Once he rang up my food there was a $13 difference in what that lady was charging me. I do not feel like this is a common mistake because this happened at the same location before! There was a total disconnect of I'm caught between her and the young man! I will be taking this to corporate! read more

The woman at the drive thru was very rude. (Sunday 3/19/23 morning around 10:00am). She called my son names in Spanish using profanity. If you have a job that requires customer service you should be able to conduct yourself in a professional manner. People should be able to go to a restaurant and order without being cussed at. Very disappointed in Aurora read more

It's Carl's Jr. It's fast food, I get it. But come on... at least try and make your food look like the pictures. I got a double cheeseburger and it looks nothing like the picture. It's tiny and costs 3 bucks. Should be a dollar. It also came smooshed. read more

I have never been to a Carl's Jr. I know, how could this be?! well being born and raised in chicago, we simply don't have them so that's it.. My husband on the other hand is from the west coast so he loves him some CJ. We're actually pretty healthy folks so don't go for fast food often so when he said we should stop here before heading on a drive to Mt. Evans, I said sure. I really loved this place, the menu had so much more than a typical fast food joint, I mean fish tacos? and they were pretty damn good. I had the chicken tenders and unlike most places where they have that mystery meat feel, I really loved the seasoning of these. We split some fries and when our order was delivered to us (so fancy) the employee said "I put some fry sauce on your tray to try, let me know what you think" how nice and delish! if I ever see another CJ's I am stopping! read more

Ok so the beyond meat burger here beats Burger King's by a mile. It was juicy and thick. I also like that the burger it's self was wrapped in a paper so all the juiciness didn't slop all over me. You honestly can't tell the difference between a beyond meat and a cow burger. The waffle cut fries were thick and soft and well seasoned. This was my 1st time to Carl's Jr.'s and I will be back. The jalapeño poppers looked good so that will be next round! read more

Dayam, Carl's Jr. Really knocked it out of the park with those single, double and triple sliders added to your menu. Although every article I've seen only shows them sticking around until end of April '18? What happens then? Whatever the case, burger-loving friends, if you crave a tasty charbroiled snack but don't want to go the full $6-8 for a full-size gourmand burger, the sliders here are uh-maze-ing. O_O Single for $1, double for $1.50 and triple for $2. Hit them up during "Happy Hour" and get a triple for a double's price. These smaller burgers are flavorful, come with cheese and a pickle slice and soft buns, and are an amazing cheaper/"dollar menu"-zone alternative to ANY other chain out there. McD's. BK. Wendy's. The list goes on. Obviously, their full-size burgers are amazing too...but I'm kinda developing junkie-level fixation on the sliders. I've had drive-thru experiences only here, but the window staff is doing their job well.. So...great value and tasty burgs to satisfy your meat fixation. I hope the sliders aren't just a temporary thing. read more

Alondra has atrocious customer service skills. Our order was initially taken with a bad tone, then when receiving our order, it was wrong. We went back through the drive-through and she was rude about it, dumped our food into a bag... Not what I expect from a customer service worker. read more

I went here for lunch for the first time because I was in this part of town. My thoughts are: Lemons were out, when asked to restock them they did but they were very thin! Can't squeeze a thin lemon! The burger was a little dry, not the best. Fries were burned. Some tables were not clean. Friendly staff though. read more

I was in a hurry to get lunch and used Yelp to find the nearest Carl's Jr and found this one on South Havana. Ordered my food and went out to my car to eat. The burger was vary tasty and fresh. The Fries were hot and crisp and a large diet drink also. Great food. I will be back. read more

Eh... I've had better. The girl at the window was huffy with me over the special requests my co-workers made for lunch. However, it did taste OK. It wasn't the best Carl's Jr I've ever had though. All afternoon I felt really yucky... without going into detail, it wasn't pleasant. The Carl's Jr up on Alameda and Buckley has MUCH better quality sacks of greasy fries and messy burgers that have never made me sick. Anyway, just putting in my 2 cents. This place sucks. read more

I can't believe I spent money at this place. I ordered the chicken salad, menu picture looked sooooooo good!! Unfortunately the lettus was soft and flimsy, gross. The tomato was also soft as well as the 1 onion slice. The chicken was over cooked. I couldn't even eat it!! I wasn't expecting it to be super good but edible would have been great. Won't ever be going back. read more

Carl's Jr - Don't do it - Fast Food Near Me - Aurora, Colorado

They charge more money for their food than their menus advertise, but do not tell you! I checked the receipts of everyone in my group just to make sure they were getting the correct food and was surprised when I found the prices to be wrong. I asked a staff member, but all they did was say sorry and blamed it on their manager. Won't be returning. read more

Carl's Jr. burgers are guilty pleasures that I have enjoyed for quite some time, but not when they are made horribly. I even decided to try a burrito from the "green burrito" menu, and threw most of it away. The burger was tossed after a couple of bites as well. Maybe it was just a bad day for this spot, but next time I crave a Carls burger, I will venture to another part of town to find one. read more

I went in today, walked up to the counter. There were 3 women there, one breaking up a box, laughing and telling jokes. I stand there making eye contact from 5 feet away. They see me but it takes a good 2-3 minutes before getting helped. As I'm waiting for my order, I try to get ketchup but the dispenser is empty. I tell them. My food comes and I have to ask for ketchup. As I'm eating I realize there are no napkins. At this point the employees are all in the back and I am alone up front. There are no napkins at the counter, drink machine, or tables. Seriously? Fortunately I had sanitizer in the car. Burger was lukewarm. I was there 20-25 minutes total, and no one came out to fill the ketchup even after I told them. Avoid this place. read more

I am a long time customer of Carl's. I stopped by for lunch after not having been there for several months. I always used to order the Six Dollar Burger, so I decided to try it again on my return visit. The meat always used to be tasty and like a a homemade burger. Wow, what a surprize this time. The burger was flat, I mean squished like the frozen burger stacks. It looked like it was cooked was hours earlier. The staleness was not the problem they have changed the meat process. It was almost uneatable. Staff is very friendly especially Emma. read more

well its Carls Jr. so you know what to expect if you've been here. Not exactly the place to go if you're eating healthy but if you want get the Turkey Burger which is sponsored by Men's Health so its not all htat bad for you. So, Carl, Jr.: I hear you have a vegetarian sandwich! So I look you up and I'm thinking, hey, that's pretty neat, they offer some sort of veggie burger or somethin'. Hell, even Denny's is selling Annie's Vegan burgers these days (hell yeah). Imagine my dismay when I find out that your version of a veggie sandwich is lettuce, tomato, and some over-priced avocado on bread. Good job! Not. read more

I find them to be a little overpriced for not so awesome food. There were a lot of times when I came home, ate and then think I spent what?! Just spent $11 to get a bacon Swiss crispy chicken sandwich. I received a plain burger no cheese a lot of ketchup and pickles. Not even close to what I ordered and definitely not the same price. Never going back. I was only one of 2 orders in the lobby they weren't even busy. :( read more

Really slow and not worth the wait. Decent fried zucchini though.

No big issues, just bring back the fish sandwich. My dietary constraints will no longer allow me to eat beef.

Awful awful. It smelled like poop, foul sewage. The food sucked. It was the first time I had ever been to a Carl's Jr and I will never ever ever go back. The worst place to eat. The food was terrible, the meat patty was so flat and dry. Just disgusting. Do not come here!!! read more

I live close to this location and I have visited several times. Every time this guy named "Omar" serves me I have been cheated and he never gives me a receipt. The first time I presented my discount coupon and he said that's ok. I assumed that he gave me the discount and he charged me full price. This happened again today. So I decided never to come back to this location. I love Carl junior hamburgers but I will drive further next time to another location read more
