I went to the drive through today on a Monday afternoon and the cashier had a bad ass attitude, I didn't think of it but as soon as I told the cashier that I was missing a bag , the cashier rolled her eyes and even said f**k you I got mad because what the hell is this service, I'm never coming back F**k the cashier and f**k this service read more

Rude and they get hurt when you ask them for your food after waiting 40 minutes. While 20 of them are running the store

This location is disgusting. I went through their drive through on Sunday evening and was served cold food. I pulled away and went to take it inside to ask for it to be made fresh. But someone vomited all over the ground outside in front of their door, and I was not walking thru it so I went back through the drive thru. The man that gave me the cold food took the food and recooked it and gave it back to me, so it appeared hot and I left. Once I got home my food was rock hard, since it was just thrown back in the fryer. It was unedible! Still waiting for a refund because I don't pay for garbage. Wow, we are always amazed at just how awesome the staff is at our neighborhood Wendy's! Regardless of how busy they are, how rude the people before us were, these people really shine. They work hard to consistently make tasty, fresh, and hot food. Any time that an honest mistake has ever been made on our order, the staff corrects with a smile and an apology. Worst service I've ever had. I ordered online and we parked in one of the marked parking spots for online orders. I clicked the I'm here on the email confirmation and even went inside and told the guy at the counter and his manager that I had arrived and that I will be waiting in the car for them to bring the order when it's completed. I waited ten minutes in the car and went in again to remind them I was in the car. Then 15 minutes later I went in and asked where the order was. They acted like they didn't know who I was. They said I should've come in and stayed or gone through the drive through. The directions clearly say they are to bring it out. They didn't give me fresh food and the frosties were half melted. I asked for the manager and some lady claim to be the manager but then only provided a first name. Claudia was very rude and belligerent and took no responsibility for the error on Wendy's behalf. Then to top it off they got the order wrong and the food was gross. Last time I go to this gross Wendy's. It's a shame it's the closest one to me. read more

Worst and slowest Wendy's in Colorado. Not even the manager wants to take your order. Been here multiple times and they just let you stand there up to 20 min. Seen them even close the dining room before during lunch and it wasn't even busy and they seemed fully staffed. Most the workers just stare and don't seem to know what's going on. The one on Monaco near ChuzeFitness is much better. Also they are not wearing masks. read more

The food is really good but twice now I've placed a mobile order for curbside pickup only to wait for over 10 minutes without anyone coming out. The first time, I called the restaurant and they had someone bring me my food. The second time, I walked in and told them I had a mobile curbside order. Both times they gave me a free cookie as their way of saying sorry. Then tonight I went to place a mobile order for pickup at the drive-thru. When I pulled up to the speaker, they said their computer system was down so they couldn't process any orders at all. read more

Incredibly disappointing. I went there for the unique menu. I got some chili and also a salad with chicken. The cashier was very unfriendly, but more importantly he was using the same set of gloves on the cash register and presumably collecting cash and also was the guy who chopped up my chicken with the same gloves. As I was leaving he still had the gloves on and was going to unlock the bathroom for a patron. I threw out the salad after eating a couple bites but now I'm out eight dollars. While attemptIng to place my order and apply an offer from the Wendy's app the workers were inconsiderate and rushed me to the window just to rudely and continuously tell me to park and go inside to make and additions to my order. Consistently terrible. I've been to this location twice recently, the first time I waited 45 minutes in the drive thru and my order was still incorrect. Today I thought I'd opt for curbside pickup, an even bigger mistake than trying the drive thru. Waited 20 minutes after checking in (the app said my order would be out five minutes, for 20 minutes) I watched car after car in the drive thru pull in after me, and leave before I had gotten my order. the guy at the window was not friendly or seemed happy win any way! the customer service was a low 2/10, the food was very cold and the fries taste stale and cold, it seems like you have to customize it in some way just to get it fresh, this experience could have been better, just threw the food away after one bite of the fries and the chicken nuggets that were soggy! If zero stars was an option, that's what I'd leave. Out of the last 5 times I've been there and order a PLAIN chicken sandwich, adding a slice of cheese, 100% of the time it's come fully loaded with no cheese. I wish this allowed negative stars just to warn others. This is by far the worst service I have ever received. We pulled up and tried to get in the lobby at 7:45pm the doors are locked despite it being posted open till 10. We decided to go through drive-thru and I called the restaurant to see if I could use their restroom they answered on the 5th try and a girl answered with a "HELLO" and I asked if I had reached Wendy's she said yes and I proceeded to ask if I could use the restroom to a cold hard reply of "NO! Our lobby is closed due to being short staffed," I said "ok" and she said "besides they are for paying customers only!" This was especially rude and irritating at this point and I told her "I'm in the drive-thru right now! Can I have your name and speak your Manger" and she said "I am the manager on duty" and I said I need a number to the person above you." At this point I ask for corporates number and she tells me that I can look it up online. I told her that if she is the manager then she has the corporate number and she just started repeating for me to.look it up this repetition happened until I hung up the phone. We continued through the drive through where they closed the drive on us when we pulled up to the menu at 8:00. I would highly recommend that no one buy anything at this location until they restaff and learn to respect their customers because with out customers you don't have a job. We only use the drive thru here, but they are stellar at making what we like. So even if the line is long, we know that everyone is getting what they want. Plus if you are nice, they treat you nice also. (But isn't that how it works?!) read more

This is yet another good Wendy's location with excellent service and timing. I have been coming here since starting college and luckily haven't gotten the "Freshman 15," here. It's located in South Parker Rd, and it's usually located on the right side of the road when coming in from the highway and passing the light rail system. They clearly still carry their 4 for $4 deal like all other Wendy's and the burgers have always been fresh to me. They never forget the sauce and that's still fairly important to me too. This Wendy's is TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! We went through the drive thru and received no sandwiches with our order. We didn't discover this until we arrived home. We went back up there to get all of our food fresh. I received no apology, I got a "My bad." I waited over 15 minutes for the food and had to demand a refund in order to get it then. ordered chili for my son and I and when we went to eat it smelled and tasted like a porter potty. I will be notifying the health department as it is clear someone from there tampered with it. If my son or I get sick I'm absolutely taking legal action. I'm also keeping the chili and giving it to the owner as I cannot believe they are serving this. This is probably my least favorite Wendy's. I walked in and everyyyyy employee that I could see, from the register, was on their phone. Right after I fake coughed to get anyone's attention, the lady at the register asked me if I was ready, and then went right back to her phone. Just ordered one baconator at this location and although there were about 5 people making orders it took almost 15 minutes to receive mine. While waiting for my order to complete, the young men behind the counters were cursing and not paying attention to their customers. One of these young men, made someone's order without wearing any gloves, touching ALL of the toppings for sandwiches. He later walked out from the back room with no shoes on, his manager told him to get his god damn shoes on, when she noticed that I was watching in horRor she tried to laugh it off. I then mentioned to her that he made a sAndwich with no gloves on and her response was "Was it your sandwich" it should not matter whose sandwich it was. Completely disgusting and unprofessional. I drove through and used coupons. The cashier, a white woman who appeared to be a manager. She was polite and friendly, made eye contact, was even sweet to my dogs. Food was good and they welcomed a substitution of cheeses, which they prepared correctly. I will go back to this Wendy's, even drive out of my way to go there instead of the one at 18799 E Hampden Av. Ordered side ceasar salad but they insisted on giving me a disguting regulsar side salad the clerk told me this is it a cesar side salad costs more money not per your menu!
