Worst service I've ever had. I ordered online and we parked in one of the marked parking spots for online orders. I clicked the I'm here on the email confirmation and even went inside and told the guy at the counter and his manager that I had arrived and that I will be waiting in the car for them to bring the order when it's completed. I waited ten minutes in the car and went in again to remind them I was in the car. Then 15 minutes later I went in and asked where the order was. They acted like they didn't know who I was. They said I should've come in and stayed or gone through the drive through. The directions clearly say they are to bring it out. They didn't give me fresh food and the frosties were half melted. I asked for the manager and some lady claim to be the manager but then only provided a first name. Claudia was very rude and belligerent and took no responsibility for the error on Wendy's behalf. Then to top it off they got the order wrong and the food was gross. Last time I go to this gross Wendy's. It's a shame it's the closest one to me.

Zig Zag is one of my favorite go to places for lunch or dinner. I have never had something I didn't…read morelike and the service today (as usual) was excellent. Even though every table was full by 12:15, the staff was hustling. Our server checked on us multiple times and our Hoffens Burgers were excellent. There was plenty of goat cheese, avocado and roasted red pepper. Definitely crave worthy! I loved the curry crema dipping sauce and ate it with my fries and burger. It was very loud for about an hour and then the place began to empty out and the noise level was more tolerable. I noticed they had some specialty cocktails that were new so I'll be heading back soon to try those. Quick additional tip: We tried to go to dinner at 5pm tonight (granted it's a Saturday) and even though the restaurant looked almost empty we were told it would be an hour wait for our party of 6. I feel like we could have eaten and been out in that time but we weren't given a chance. The hostess didn't seem very sorry to see us leave so I'm rethinking coming back any time soon. First time not being welcomed there. So my tip is - even when you think a restaurant is casual - MAKE A RESERVATION. (I really didn't want to eat there twice in one week anyway ;)

After perusing the menu, I decided on the ZZ's…read moreCheesy Burger that comes with American cheese, pickles, lettuce, tomato, comeback sauce, and is served with fries (I asked for cheddar instead of American cheese and added some sliced onion since it doesn't come with this burger). The Hubs ordered the Smoked Pulled Pork Sandwich that comes with bourbon bbq sauce, creamy coleslaw and pickles, and is served with fries (although he swapped out the fries for more slaw). Everything was delicious! I had my burger cooked medium-well and it was perfect; it was still slightly pink inside and moist. While the burger was very tasty, one major plus was that it was also structurally sound (all the ingredients stayed inside the bun and the bun didn't fall apart)! The Hubs also enjoyed his pulled pork sandwich. I tasted the bbq sauce and the slaw that came with his lunch and both were amazing (I dipped more of my fries into the extra bbq sauce that came with his sandwich than I did into the comeback sauce). The fries that came with the burger were crispy, not greasy and not overly salted. While I only had an iced tea with lunch, I did peruse their specialty drinks menu. Wowza, is that a read! We'll be back sometime soon for dinner so we can check that out. BTW, their food menu is more than burgers and sandwiches and there are some nice sounding items that appeal to me more for dinner than lunch (two examples (1) Hoisin Ginger Tuna: Sashimi-grade tuna seared rare, parmesan risotto, arugula slaw, (2) Pesto Cream Salmon: Pan seared salmon crusted with parmesan breadcrumbs, penne pasta, pesto cream sauce, cherry tomatoes, roasted red pepper). Despite this restaurant's location next to a boarded up vacant restaurant and being right next to I25, the interior is surprisingly nice and welcoming. And our server was friendly and helpful. So no complaints here!

I got the Gunslinger burger and it was out of this planet! The juicy meat patty accompanied with their crunchy jalapenos and sweet BBQ sauce is a match made in heaven. To say I'm hooked after just one visit may sound like and exaggeration... But hear me out - it's totally true! The EATS: After browsing the menu I opted to nosh on the Senior spicy - caramelized onion, jalapeno, pepper jack cheese, mayo, and sriracha. Mmm... So freaking good! I happily devoured it for dinner when I got home from the beer festival. Did I mention they serve u their patty's with a mountain of fries? Because they do and they are delicious as well! The SERVICE: The friendly staff were more than accommodating when I expressed my interest in a burger to take home and eat later. They went above and beyond to ensure that my burger was packaged up securely to make the trek home. The LOCATIONS: You can find Burgercheif curbside at a TON of sites around Denver and the surrounding areas. Just check 'em out on Facebook to get all the deets on their next curbside location! Had a pretty bizarre experience here. We came in at 7:45pm on a Saturday (3 of us) and were told we…read morecould sit but the kitchen had to shut down for 45 minutes. Ok no big deal I guess - it didn't look very busy, but these things happen. We were sat and our server took our drink order right away. The cocktails were very good - I tried the Living on a Pear which was very refreshing and the rest of our party had the 1858 which they liked a lot. Once we got our drinks no one came by for 30 minutes and I had to flag someone down to bring us some water. At 30 minutes we asked if chips and guac was an option while the kitchen was "temporarily not serving food" but the server said all the fryers were full with fries so no they can't do that. Ok... so we continued to wait. It was around the 45 minute mark we were able to order so they were true to their word. This is what we ordered: - Pork Belly Bacon Scoops - these were just ok. The fries were nothing to write home about and there wasn't a lot of toppings. The pork belly bits were very small and kind of hard and chewy. The sauce was decent, but just not enough of it. - Li'l Wig - I'm sad to say this was one of the worst burgers I've ever had. I requested medium rare and I don't know what the patty is made out of it, but it resembled more like meatloaf than a burger. It was very dense and had a strong gamey taste, reminded me more of bison or venison. Idk, it was just not very good. I only took a few bites and left the rest. The brioche bun was tasty and so was the W sauce. The fries were really good and had a nice crunch. I wish the appetizer used those fries instead. The service was inconsistent. We were barely checked on until the very end when we had a few different people come by and refill waters / bring the check. We never saw our original server again. It is a nice vibe inside, great lighting and decor with both indoor and outdoor seating, but I don't think I'll be returning. The bill was $133 for 3 drinks, 1 app, and 3 burgers. Felt pretty let down leaving still hungry and over $150 in the hole (after tip). Hoping it was just a fluke and other people have better experiences there.

We stopped in recently on a Sunday evening and we were glad we did. They have an interesting wine and cocktail list and we took advantage of the 4.00 beer with entree. Service was laid back, friendly, and fast. Exactly what you want with teenagers. Portions were appropriate and prices are about what you'd expect for the area. Ambiance was light and breezy, with chill music playing overhead that wasn't too loud. I'll come back here for a happy hour with friends or to celebrate an occasion without hesitation!
