12/11/25: dropping my previous 5 star review to 1 star. First they messed up our order, which the manager had to fix. The they never told us that they were out of the Gremlins air freshener. When I picked up the order and asked where the air freshener was the manager said they had been out for a month. There were no signs letting customers know they were out. They had a month to put up a sign but hadn't bothered. He tried to blame both situations on the cashier being a new employee, but first it shows that they aren't training new employees very well and that they are trying to blame a new employee for their laziness of not wanting to make a sign. Horrible customer service and they don't care about your experience. I would also recommend not working here since the manager will throw you under a bus for their mistakes. 2021: I came here after going to another nearby fast food place that I had a horrible time at just trying to order food. My experience here was as smooth as ice. I placed my order, was charged the price listed on the food board (hard for other fast food place to get right), and got my food quickly. The food was very good and not greasy. The chocolate bites were the best part and I would go back to get those just as a snack. read more

Excellent service by the employee, Indira. I messed up and ordered through the app to the Parker location where I usually go. Indira was kind enough to call over to Parker and have the order redirected back to Aurora. The breakfest at Jack in the Box is aboved average when compared to other fast food restaurants. If you don't mind not being greeted, just kinda stared at by the person taking your order, and you don't mind eating next to a moth on the window then this place is ok. The sourdough Jack was hot and flavorful. The regular fries were actually close to the best. And the shakes are the real deal. I'd go back for the drive thru. read more

The food is Jack-in-the-Box is always great for fast food. You have a wide selection. It's a great price and Jack in the box is clean with a great drive-through.; however, they formally had people working there that were extremely rude and... it's almost like they hated the customers. It was very strange. But I went back recently and all the bad ones were gone. They had been wearing name tags and when I was there last they were wearing their name tags. Never eat at a place where they don't have name tags because they might do something bad which happened before it Jack-in-the-Box.... This is give you something that tastes fun or close the restaurant early and threaten you. When I went to Jack-in-the-Box this last time, everyone had their name tags on. The food was served quickly and it was hot. It's a major change. They needed that major change. I would definitely recommend this Jack-in-the-Box. read more

Being from CA, having a jack in the box close by made my day. I have only been in thr drive through and have not had a bad experience. The staff has been friendly and accommodating to some of our custom orders. If I've had to wait they have alway apologized and would even ask if I need any extra sauces or condiments. read more

The time I am writing this review is currently 10:42pm Mountain time. Here's the good stuff: I pull up to the drive through (aprox 10:21pm) and immediately, the guy states "we are currently closed unless you have an online order, Uber eats or Grubhub order." My reply was, "well that's perfect because I am picking up for Uber Eats!" I was instructed to pull around to the window. I then confirmed the 2 orders I was picking up for. It took 22 minutes for them to get the food made, and handed to me through the drive through window....the pic I have attached is posted on their drive through window. HOW ARE YOU CLOSED AT 10:21pm WHEN YOUR DRIVE THROUGH CLEARLY POSTS OPEN 24 HOURS?!?! Even the website ect states open 24 hours. Ugh...I then watched the guy mosey around making drinks, and not even adding caramel to the drinks that were ordered specifically with caramel. Management needs to get these guys under control. I ordered a chick-n-tater melt WITHOUT WHITE cheese SAUCE and when I got the sandwich, they had put the white cheese sauce on and took off the others cheeses, swiss and cheddar. I went in an told them, they had to ask ME what cheese comes on it. I go a new sandwich and when I got home I took a bite and tasted the white cheese sauce. They still didn't listen. Two words can describe the quality here: INSTANT DIARRHEA. It might be a coincidence when one person has bubble gut after a meal but when the whole family is on a toilet there's usually a clear culprit. Worse $20 I've ever spent on on a colon cleanse. So very slow. Slow slow slow and, also, slow. They should change their Yelp category from "fast food" to "someday, maybe, food". Also their drive-thru is very tight. I barely fit in my short bed F150, bigger vehicles will have problems making the turn to exit. You can see where many people hit the wall trying. One final issue, it was very slow. Took about ten minutes to get a couple of burgers and a breakfast burrito, AFTER I was finally able to order, which took quite a while by itself. I just went through the drive thru at approximately 11:40 am mst. She was trying to rush and seemed irritated when asked questions She was even rude to the car behind me when any inquires were made. Disclaimer: I lllooooovvvveee Jack in the Box. Some of my first return to the U.S. memories were shared with Jack in the Box so I will always be a fan and I will always be a customer* Jack in the Box locations in Denver Metro are few and far in between. For the five years I have been here, we've lived within or just on the outskirts of the DTC area so the closest location was Parker Rd & Mainstreet. It takes approximately 25 minutes to get there from my home but we would happily make that trip for tacos, fries, shakes & Jumbo Jacks. We were excited when they built the location at Jordan Rd & Lincoln Ave which would cut a few minutes off of our journey but they do not offer the same quality of products so we resumed passing them up to visit the Mainstreet location. I occasionally stop at the location near Federal & Evans but their service is much slower than I am used to so I would still drive to the Mainstreet location more often. In the past, I usually only headed east for two reasons- to visit my closest, local friend-girl off of Havana & 6th and to go to the airport. However, my 6th Ave friend-girl runs all of her errands in the area, her sister lives just a few blocks from this location & there is now a Torrid in Aurora Mall so, suffice it to say, I have spent a bit more time exploring the area between Iliff & 6th. Winding down to the story and the one star... I was delighted when I discovered this location off of Mississippi & Chambers. For me, it felt closer than the other locations. For the most part, I have been satisfied with my few visits (I would say I have been to this location approximately six times). I believe, on my second & fourth visits, the shake machine wasn't working which was the main reason for the fourth visit, with my son, so we ended up driving out to the Mainstreet location anyway (it was about 9p). My son had mentioned, during that trip, that it was the second time he had visited this location and their shake machine was not working so he was not going back. On my most recent visit (4/9), I was running errands (off of Iliff & Parker) and decided it would be a nice gesture to pick up some shakes from Jack in the Box for me and my son prior to him cooking dinner for us that evening. I battled the increasingly ridiculous traffic around 3p to get there. Once there, there were a couple of cars in front of me at the drive-thru but nothing crazy. While waiting, I catch a bit of the end of the statement the team member was saying to the woman in the car in front of me and it sounded like 'closed'. Hmm... She pulls off, allowing me to pull up to the speaker, where the team member proceeds to greet me and then inform me that they are closed due to a shortage in staff.* ............ I really did want to have a conniption but I held it together. I wanted to tell her that I have never worked with Jack in the Box but I was willing to come in and help out if only I could get some shakes & a few tacos.:/ Suffice it to say, I'm still craving Jack in the Crack and, now, I want more stuff from there. However, I will not return to this location for it. I just can't run the risk of not being able to get what I have traveled such a distance for. I will stick with the location that has always come through for me. I know...it shouldn't be that serious. Oh...but it is... :P read more

I haven't been to a Jack In The Box in over 20 years. We went to a Denver Cutthroats game last month where they scored 4 goals. On our way out of the Denver Coliseum, we were given a voucher for a free Jumbo Jack. We ordered our free Jumbo Jacks at the counter along with some fries. The cashier noticed that my husband had a military ID as he was putting away his credit card and offered him a military discount. The food was brought to our table. The Jumbo Jack had pieces of lettuce, sliced tomatoes, and chopped onions, and pickles. The fries were so-so. The decor was very modern and the restaurant was clean. read more

This restaurant has not disappointed! After not have access to a Jack in the Box since leaving Texas was disappointing. However, when we moved here and I saw that there was a Jack in the Box I was instantly excited. However, the reviews made me hesitant, but my cravings got the best of me and I decided to give them a try anyways. Well, I'm glad I did! The food is always fresh & hot! I've had one not so great experience, but it's been great every since. They definitely deserve 5 stars! Customer service is decent. I've seen some comments regarding wait times. In my experience, I haven't had a long wait time, but I do not mind waiting for hot food. Waiting for long periods of time for cold food is a different story. I do not mind the wait. Noelle the manager of this store is overboard, insensitive and selective to whom he wants to harass. This was only the second time in the restaurant, both times Noelle's behavior was strange and made me super uncomfortable. Last night, I drove there placed an order in the drive thru, my only special request was no salt on my fries. I was instructed to pull to the front and park to wait for order, the order was brought to me and it was not correct. The fries were salty as ever and 1 of the fries should have been curly, instead both orders of fries were salty & straight. Noelle (management) wanted to verbalize their protocol for their fries, like I was in training to work there on top of charing $.030 for curly fries which this was never mentioned until bringing the order inside to be corrected. Whe. I left out to get $.030 for curly fries and asked could he make the order fresh, because at this point our food is cold. Noelle "the amazing manager" denied me of Service and returned my money. Not sure why, but maybe I should of asked for an application & listened to the way they run the store then accepted my cold food for $0.30 more cents we at $12.00 and he refunded my money even though I needed to eat due to Medical condition. He still turned me away even with an on-set illness and money to pay, we just wanted no salt, the correct order, and hot, fresh food. Soo to Noelle maybe you are not ready for management because coming out of the corporate office for Einstein Bros./ Caribou it's facts we wouldn't want our customers to have these kinds of experiences. When i need my junk food craving, theres a jack in the box there waiting for me. I only really eat 3 things here- breakfast, asian bowl, or steak melt. we almost always use the kiosk as you can customize what you want your way. its fast and you usually skip that cashier interaction all together. It's kind of crazy to me that this place has so many bad reviews. Never once have I gone there and it's been bad. I love their burgers. They actually taste like real beef, and not that McDonald's ground whatever. Their chicken nuggets were probably the best fast food nuggets I've ever eaten. Super juicy and hot fresh out of the fryer. The only reason I have them a 4 star review is because they really don't make their fries really well. They're always cold and kind of soggy and I hate soggy fries. I really like how they have those soda machines where you can choose any flavor in the world (practically lol) because always like getting cherry vanilla doctor pepper. Their milkshakes are on point! & come on, who doesn't love a good milkshake. Also, my super guilty pleasure of all time is their mini churros! Holy cow those are so good. Better than most Mexican restaurants. Sooooo flipping good. Every time I've gone through the drive though the staffs been nice and always super fast. Love this place. read more
