I stopped by for a quick lunch and I've noticed that their customer service has improved a lot since the last time I was here. The place was clean and the tables were ready for customers. The food came very quickly and it was very tasty. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and it was warm and less greasy since the last time. Ok, I don't know what's going on with this branch of chick-fil-a. I ordered a chicken club meal for delivery and received the wrong sandwich. The receipt and the order sticker both had the correct order written on it, but the sandwich inside the bag was incorrect. I called the branch and they said they would give me a free meal if I drove there in person. I appreciated the gesture, but could not leave work at the time. I ate the wrong sandwich and considered the free one as a treat. I pass by that evening and received three meals instead of the single order I was to pick up. All was well. And yet, there were none of the sauces that come standard with the sandwiches. Worst absolute service this morning. Ordered 3 breakfast meals and an additional drink. When they handed me my bag of food it seemed small so I pulled away so the folks behind me would not have to wait. I opened to find only 2 meals. Also, 2 of the 4 drinks were wrong. I pulled back around into the drive thru (behind 8 cars) when I get to the speaker I share what was missing. Finally got up to the window, I'm asked 3 times what was missing. I also try to give them back two of the drinks as I can't drink them (sweet lemonade and it's for my diabetic son). They would t take them back (I got it - Covid). They make me the first drink correctly but the second is wrong again. Then a female manager asked if so could pull around and they would bring out my order. I just about lost my patience at this point. Luckily someone there handed them the bag. No apologies - No credit for anything. I get home with ALL these drinks and my food is cold!!!! read more

Love this location! It's located at the Gardens On Havana & parking is usually not too challenging. Plus it's an easy walk from the Sprouts and Office Depot parking lot too if you're going to eat there during peak dining hours. It's always crazy busy but don't let that discourage you at all! This management, ownership and staff are all on top of it. Quick, efficient & FRIENDLY! Even if there is a line out the door or long drive thru I swear I am usually in and out under 8-10 minutes. Plus at the drive thru if it is LONG. The staff is often there with an iPad taking orders to speed up the process. The food is always fresh! My waffle fries always taste as though they just made it! I usually order the spicy chicken deluxe or enjoy the nuggets! I really appreciate the FRESHNESS of the lettuce and tomato every time. Once a year if you dress like a cow you can get a free sandwich. Yesterday I received the most excellent service I have ever came across at any Chick Fil A or fast food restaurant in general. I walked in a for a pick up order and a young woman, Jorden, handed me my order. As I left the restaurant and while walking back to my car, I accidentally dropped my bag of food and it tore open spilling the contents including some waffle fries. Within seconds, Jorden ran outside to offer me a 1) a full refund or 2) to remake my meal. I thanked her but it said it wasn't necessary only a few fries touched the ground and everything else was in packaging. She said "at least let us give you a new order of fries, would you like that?" I obliged and in less than a minute they provided me with 2 free fries and a large plastic bag to ensure the same accident would not happen again. Truly amazing service. read more

I had an actual rock in my sandwich. The chicken was off center and the cheese was half melted on top and the other half raw and hanging off. I was hungry so I fixed the cheese and adjusted the chicken. I proceeded to eat my sandwich and about halfway through I almost broke my tooth on this rock or piece of tile... I asked for extra pickles and I guess this is what you get in return. My partner offered his extra nuggets but I completely lost my appetite after this. The cleanliness, service, speed, and staff were all excellent. They definitely matched the expectations and standards that other Chick-fil-As set. BUT, and it pains for me to say it, my food experiences here were just subpar. I've been here twice. On my first visit (ordered with my gf) I received two very off-tasting (almost completey bland) sodas, near room temperature fries, and I was missing an entire sandwich. On my second visit, again the fries were warm but NOT fresh at all (the only crispy pieces were the small bits). The sandwich (specifically the chicken) was also completely unsatisfactory; it wasn't a cooked well nor was it hot. On the plus side, their ice cream machine works well. I always find it weird to write reviews on big chain companies, but there has been a couple of times where the location is just so special it deserves a review. I went through the drive through during the work week, and thought that I had my wallet in my purse. BIG MISTAKE. I had left it in my office, and by the time I realized this, I had already ordered and was two cars away from the window. 'FUDGE,' I yelled! I had spare cash that I keep for emergencies but I realized it would not cover my order. When I made it to the window, I explained and apologized. As much as I love chik fil a, I really hate this one! As much as I spend on gift cards and calendars this year they treat me like I'm a criminal. I have seen them give kids in the dining room a couple times. But when I asked if they wanted to give them or the books they give in kids meals to the oncology department at Children's Hospital they said no and and wanted to charge me for the books. With that being said, the interior is large and clean, with different types of table at which to sit and enjoy your food: high tops, regular tables, and booths. The restaurant is clean, very clean. I enjoyed the fun art work on the walls, and the interior colors were cheerful and comfortable. Some places are loud with the color choices, this is subdued and nice. Plenty of seating, as well as an enclosed (small) children's area, which was nice to see. I thought it was an added touch, that there door handle on the children's area, had a handle at adult range, and one lower, for the child to open and close the door themselves. Clever idea! Plenty of parking, and it's free. The menu is the typical menu for this chain, so you should be able to find something to enjoy.
