We come to this Mcdonald's because of the play place but I hate this location. They charge more than surrounding locations. The staff is rude. I ordered through the app and the app glitched. I could see my order in the back but they refused to give it to me. I had to open my credit card and prove I paid for the order then they still gave me a hard time because it was "pending". Half the time they are missing items of the order and when you go in they deny that you ordered it. For a minute they had a new manager who was great but recently he hasn't been there and the hispanic ladies talk badly about customers, and about other staff to each other in spanish. Ok.. Some of these employees HAVE to be down right stupid. I have given up on asking for a half cut iced tea (half sweet/half unsweetened). It's not hard. I repeated myself nicely 5 times and it was still WRONG. I told her politely that this was just sweet tea and she told me it wasn't. I was in a rush to work so I let it be and dumped some out then added water. Another time I was doing grub hub on the side and I waited 30 MINUTES. Nobody was in line. While I waited all I saw was four people just talking and laughing. Doing NOTHING. When they finally handed me the order the fruit of a man looked at me as if I was bothering him. After he gave me a dirty look I snatched the bag from him and left. Every time I go these people look pissed off. I get it. I worked at Starbucks. Customers are mean. Days are tough. You're on your feet for hours. It gets busy. Food service jobs aren't for the weak. BUT. It isn't my fault. I'm too nice. I'll let them know if something is missing but I'm never mean or anything. I quit Starbucks because I hated it. So QUIT if you're so unhappy. Find another job. I did. Literally it isn't hard. And forget coming in the morning around after they open. I've said this many times before but I'm really done this time - I'm not going to this location anymore. There are 2 others that I regularly frequent and they never have the management issues this location has. Today they weren't accepting credit cards (down), when I got to the drive through the woman who severed me said loudly to someone behind her "what are they ganna do, call the news??!!" and then laughed. I saw several customers look over at her in disbelief. I can only assume she was commenting about the customers being upset about the wait time because they had to deal with cash only. People in the drive through behind me were leaving. I'm sure it was a bad day for them, but they always have bad days. There are two managers who have been here during the day shift for years that should go somewhere else, it's always slow customer service and food is sub par. The managers almost always act like they're barely keeping their heads above water. The other two locations I go to seem far busier and always are on top of everything and have sweet customer service to boot and PERFECT food always, never loosing their cool with employee's (seen frequently - totally unprofessional). You can't really expect much from McDonalds but the only two times I've come to this location my order has been wrong, or expired. The first time I came here I ordered 2 sausage burritos, an egg McMuffin and 3 hash browns and when I received my order I received 4 sausage burritos.. That was it. Today I went through and ordered a McDouble (it was cold) a medium fry (also cold) and a fruit, a fruit and yogurt parfait that said to use by last night and a sweet tea (but what I received was not sweet tea. If it was busy I might understand howeveri was the only car in the drive thru when I got here and then there was one person behind me when I was waiting for my food. I went through the drive-thru this morning and ordered a sausage/egg/cheese McGriddle combo. I get to work and there is NO SAUSAGE! I have tried to call them and have been trying for 40 minutes. I know they have phones and yet they DON'T pick up! Wow... Good thing there is a Burger King, Chick-fil-A, Carls Jr and a few other options close by. First time here last night (6/26/19 - night shift). Worst experience EVER really, anywhere. We needed a quick meal at 9 pm and stopped in. Stood at counter for 5 minutes and was ignored until someone helped us and someone in front of me. Fast forward, I LITERALLY WAITED for my food for 26 minutes!!!! I kept looking at the receipt time thinking is this real? So me and another gentleman stood at the counter waiting to get someone to speak to us and they all ignored us. I said "excuse me" to someone who was dressed like the manager - told her I had been waiting 20 minutes for my food. She doesn't respond and turns around and literally gets into a verbal argument with one of the little girls who was working the counter. I told her I can see most of my food sitting there on the table getting cold. She said one of my breakfast sandwiches won't have an egg in it. I'm like what? okay, I'm hungry - I have been waiting almost 25 minutes now this is ridiculous. She turned around and literally said something snotty to me about waiting, mocking me. lol I was really pretty shocked because I wasn't out of line or aggressive or name calling. I simply stated I had been waiting for 25 minutes and this was ridiculous for fast food service. So long story short - she hands me a "buy one get one free sandwich" for my trouble. Really? ABSOLUTELY THE WORST MCDONALDS IVE EVER BEEN TO (and I do enjoy McDonald's)! Every single time I go here, the staff is rude and the service is slow. The worst memory I have is how I asked the lady at the drive thru for two meals and specifically said they were regular sized and then ordered a large sweet tea. When I pulled up to the window, I noticed that she up charged everything because she made everything a large. Noticing I failed to correct her, I asked her politely to change the meals back to the regular size. She rudely yelled at me and said "well I can make it regular size but I'm still going to charge you a large!" I asked her why and she said "well I'm just going to so what?! You want it or not?" I was extremely frustrated because we argued for a few minutes (no one was behind us) about why she wouldn't just change it. I decided to just pay for the upsized meals and take the larger drinks which seemed silly to argue about but it was mostly at the fact that she continued to yell at me without giving me a reason as to why she won't or cannot change it. Afterwards, she ended up being the one to give me my food and when she handed me a normal sized drink for the meals, I corrected her right away and she began to yell at me again and eventually changed the drinks to the correct size. I can't believe how unprofessional she was and it just sucks that no matter who I get, I will always be greeted with a rude staff member to constantly have me question why I still go there. Theres been times in the morning were nobody answers in the drive thrue so I just have ended up leaving and when they do answer, order takes forever. Employees always look like they are in a bad mood and hate their job, hey I understand if u don't like your job but your in a customer service job, it's part of your description. So don't work there if u can't put a smile for your customers. I try not to go into any McDonalds. This is the slowest McDonalds I have ever been too by far. Maybe the slowest restaurant I have ever been in. I waited 20 minutes in line just to order...no kidding. People who ordered 10 minutes before me are STILL waiting for their coffee as I type this. So they have possibly been here for up to 45 minutes waiting for coffee. The drive thru is fairly busy, but there is only 25-30 customers inside of which none are actually eating. ALL OF THEM ARE WAITING FOR THEIR ORDERS. Wow. I have a friend who works with the McDonalds corporate office (I am in the restaurant business) and I am going to call him after I eat, if I don't starve to death first.....update guy next to me just got his coffee which is the only thing he ordered.
