We come to this Mcdonald's because of the play place but I hate this location. They charge more than surrounding locations. The staff is rude. I ordered through the app and the app glitched. I could see my order in the back but they refused to give it to me. I had to open my credit card and prove I paid for the order then they still gave me a hard time because it was "pending". Half the time they are missing items of the order and when you go in they deny that you ordered it. For a minute they had a new manager who was great but recently he hasn't been there and the hispanic ladies talk badly about customers, and about other staff to each other in spanish. I've heard them do this on many occasions. read more

Done with this fucking location. DONE!!!! Big Mac with mayo??? Either y'all are ALL out of Big Mac sauce or your workers are that incompetent. I don't know who's doing the hiring but yall need to do a reset or something. Yall are just that bad. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. read more

McDonald's - Big Mac with mayo. Not Big Mac sauce. - Fast Food Near Me - Aurora, Colorado

I came early this morning at 6 to get a sprite. I'm sick and that's literally all I wanted. The lady at drive thru said they don't do soda in the morning. Is this every McDonalds? That's so stupid all I wanted was to make myself feel better and she was just so rude about it. This location never gets the orders right anyways so really it's not a loss because it's already BEEN a loss. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! Don't waist your time, there is a location up Havana that deserves your money not here. They will have attitude and refuse to give you what you order! Once again DONT GO HERE! read more

Honestly, they need all new employees at this location. I ordered on the app and it told me to bring my phone to the front counter or drive-through and this lady was still complaining that I needed to complete my order even though everything was paid for the rude horrible customer service I highly recommend do not go to this McDonald's. If I could get the zero stars, I would. read more

This is the slowest McDonald's that I've ever been to. Ordered on the kiosk. Took 10 minutes for our order. The fountain machines were down.

third time ordering from here I have always had items missing from my order bad customer service

Geeezzzz I have never been to a slower McDonald's and the worst part is, I think the manager was the one on the drive through mic. The line was long. People were leaving. She said her name and then asked me to wait. 3 minutes later I'm saying, hello. She proceeds to say how can I help you. I drive to the window and the girls are there. She's servicing customers in the dining room. Very annoying. Worst wait ever. It would probably help if the manager didn't wear the mic and let other people help. Wowzers! read more

The McDonald's free internet here has been shut off for over 2 months with the odds of it ever returning not a chance. Over 10 wall sockets are down to 2 to plug in your device. The two soda machines are down for the count forever. The napkin dispenser is gone. You want to go to the bathroom?.....locked. I ordered a double quarter pounder and a diet coke and someone with me ordered a coffee and a cinnamon and we got charged 33$ and the total should've been 23$ and when we ordered the machine didn't print out a receipt so I asked the workers if they can reprint it they said they can't and every location is able to but these workers said they can't and started ignoring us and the food was salty and after an argument they printed it. Worst McDonald's out their they over charge you and when asked for recipe they can't give it to you they charged me 65 for a 35 order and thought I wouldn't notice and now their saying they can't do nothing about it but call my bank or talk to their manager and when I call their manager they don't help for nothing read more

Ok.. Some of these employees HAVE to be down right stupid. I have given up on asking for a half cut iced tea (half sweet/half unsweetened). It's not hard. I repeated myself nicely 5 times and it was still WRONG. I told her politely that this was just sweet tea and she told me it wasn't. I was in a rush to work so I let it be and dumped some out then added water. Another time I was doing grub hub on the side and I waited 30 MINUTES. Nobody was in line. While I waited all I saw was four people just talking and laughing. Doing NOTHING. When they finally handed me the order the fruit of a man looked at me as if I was bothering him. After he gave me a dirty look I snatched the bag from him and left. Every time I go these people look pissed off. I get it. I worked at Starbucks. Customers are mean. Days are tough. You're on your feet for hours. It gets busy. Food service jobs aren't for the weak. BUT. It isn't my fault. I'm too nice. I'll let them know if something is missing but I'm never mean or anything. I quit Starbucks because I hated it. So QUIT if you're so unhappy. Find another job. I did. Literally it isn't hard. And forget coming in the morning around after they open. They're especially horrid. However I do remember ONE or two nice lady's that are sweet and polite. Of course they aren't "natives" so they have manners and aren't stuck up liberals like the majority of the natives here. read more

Ordered an ice cream cone, a small milkshake, a mocha, and large fries. It took them SEVENTEEN minutes to make three of those things and let me know that here was no milk in the mocha machine. A guy working this evening gave me really great customer service. Food was also great! Good job ponytail Man!

I've said this many times before but I'm really done this time - I'm not going to this location anymore. There are 2 others that I regularly frequent and they never have the management issues this location has. Today they weren't accepting credit cards (down), when I got to the drive through the woman who severed me said loudly to someone behind her "what are they ganna do, call the news??!!" and then laughed. I saw several customers look over at her in disbelief. I can only assume she was commenting about the customers being upset about the wait time because they had to deal with cash only. People in the drive through behind me were leaving. I'm sure it was a bad day for them, but they always have bad days. There are two managers who have been here during the day shift for years that should go somewhere else, it's always slow customer service and food is sub par. The managers almost always act like they're barely keeping their heads above water. The other two locations I go to seem far busier and always are on top of everything and have sweet customer service to boot and PERFECT food always, never loosing their cool with employee's (seen frequently - totally unprofessional). This location needs a management redo from top to bottom. Sorry. read more

You can't really expect much from McDonalds but the only two times I've come to this location my order has been wrong, or expired. The first time I came here I ordered 2 sausage burritos, an egg McMuffin and 3 hash browns and when I received my order I received 4 sausage burritos.. That was it. Today I went through and ordered a McDouble (it was cold) a medium fry (also cold) and a fruit, a fruit and yogurt parfait that said to use by last night and a sweet tea (but what I received was not sweet tea. If it was busy I might understand howeveri was the only car in the drive thru when I got here and then there was one person behind me when I was waiting for my food. TERRIBLE customer service and the wait is so long for no reason you should probably consider hiring a new staff.

I went through the drive-thru this morning and ordered a sausage/egg/cheese McGriddle combo. I get to work and there is NO SAUSAGE! I have tried to call them and have been trying for 40 minutes. I know they have phones and yet they DON'T pick up! Wow... Good thing there is a Burger King, Chick-fil-A, Carls Jr and a few other options close by. If I could give a negative star rating, I certainly would. ***It's now 12:05pm and I have been trying to reach someone since 8am and NO ANSWER! Talk about HORRIBLE service! read more

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST MCDONALDS IVE EVER BEEN TO (and I do enjoy McDonald's)! Every single time I go here, the staff is rude and the service is slow. The worst memory I have is how I asked the lady at the drive thru for two meals and specifically said they were regular sized and then ordered a large sweet tea. When I pulled up to the window, I noticed that she up charged everything because she made everything a large. Noticing I failed to correct her, I asked her politely to change the meals back to the regular size. She rudely yelled at me and said "well I can make it regular size but I'm still going to charge you a large!" I asked her why and she said "well I'm just going to so what?! You want it or not?" I was extremely frustrated because we argued for a few minutes (no one was behind us) about why she wouldn't just change it. I decided to just pay for the upsized meals and take the larger drinks which seemed silly to argue about but it was mostly at the fact that she continued to yell at me without giving me a reason as to why she won't or cannot change it. Afterwards, she ended up being the one to give me my food and when she handed me a normal sized drink for the meals, I corrected her right away and she began to yell at me again and eventually changed the drinks to the correct size. I can't believe how unprofessional she was and it just sucks that no matter who I get, I will always be greeted with a rude staff member to constantly have me question why I still go there. I highly recommend you don't go to this McDonald's. read more

People are right about this McDonalds, the worst service ever!!! 36 minutes in the drive thru last week and there wasn't many cars in front of me, it barely moved, and going inside isn't much better, unfortunately its the closest to my house but I refuse to go there any more, I'll drive a extra mile or two to avoid this place! read more

Slowest, worst McDonald's Ever, they never have enough people or are very slow. Theres been times in the morning were nobody answers in the drive thrue so I just have ended up leaving and when they do answer, order takes forever. Employees always look like they are in a bad mood and hate their job, hey I understand if u don't like your job but your in a customer service job, it's part of your description. First time here last night (6/26/19 - night shift). Worst experience EVER really, anywhere. We needed a quick meal at 9 pm and stopped in. Stood at counter for 5 minutes and was ignored until someone helped us and someone in front of me. Fast forward, I LITERALLY WAITED for my food for 26 minutes!!!! I kept looking at the receipt time thinking is this real? So me and another gentleman stood at the counter waiting to get someone to speak to us and they all ignored us. I said "excuse me" to someone who was dressed like the manager - told her I had been waiting 20 minutes for my food. She doesn't respond and turns around and literally gets into a verbal argument with one of the little girls who was working the counter. I told her I can see most of my food sitting there on the table getting cold. She said one of my breakfast sandwiches won't have an egg in it. I'm like what? okay, I'm hungry - I have been waiting almost 25 minutes now this is ridiculous. She turned around and literally said something snotty to me about waiting, mocking me. lol I was really pretty shocked because I wasn't out of line or aggressive or name calling. I simply stated I had been waiting for 25 minutes and this was ridiculous for fast food service. So long story short - she hands me a "buy one get one free sandwich" for my trouble. Really? I should have just received my $16 back and went home. If you want McDonalds, there are MANY MANY more that will not treat you like this. Keep Driving. read more
