They then handed me the salad, but it had no chicken on it, so I inquired about this to the same lady who took my order. She then proceeded to tell me that I ordered it that way. I apologized for the possible miscommunication, and then explained that I would like chicken on it, just breaded how the salad normally comes. After that, I was then handed an uncut chicken patty in a small bag. I attempted to communicate once again, that I would just like a new salad with the breaded nuggets, how the salad usually comes. After recent renovations, the drive-thru window area is more of a walk-out area so service is very fast and the lane is much more spacious. They had an offer for a free sandwich so I headed over since it was only me for lunch. I forgot my wallet and only had some change in my car so I limited myself to the free sandwich and water. I really wanted fries and a milkshake but oh well. Didn't have enough money. The service was excellent and they brought my sandwich to my table as I chose to dine in. Delish as usual. And it was nice and cheery inside so I didn't feel lonely dining alone. Well usually Chick Fil A is pretty good at what they do. Ordered online and showed up at the site. The dinning room was closed and said online orders only which was great. Stood around for a minute or 2 and then was out the door. Yay, going to have my frosted lemonade when I get home. Have my dinner and then start on the dessert. And I get about 1/5th of the way down and found a red hair. It wasn't the first one though. The first one, I thought was mine and threw it away, but then the second one, that was longer and red, kind of caught my attention. I wish the picture was a bit better. Got to throw this one in the sink, because red hair isn't on the normal menu for me. Will have to go a different time, but not sure how to check out for hair. read more

I ordered chick fil a breakfast on the app to pick up, 15 minutes before the kitchen would close for breakfast. When I arrived, no one even helped me untill after 5 minutes when I finally got asked for my order. Waited another 15 minutes for only one of the workers to tell me my order couldn't be made due to the kitchen closing and already "cleaned up" breakfast. If I ordered before and they saw my ticket why didn't I get my food, especially since people that ordered after me still getting breakfast lol. But I let it go even though I should've been more firm. Chick-fil-A as a rule is exceptional in the world of fast-casual dining both in terms of food and service quality. This is my favorite CFA to visit because it is right on my way to/from work and while often busy, never seems to be SLAMMED like some of the other locations around town when it comes to lunch and dinner hours. This location lives up CFA's reputation. The food is always good, my orders have always been accurate, and the service is super friendly. As other yelper's have mentioned, this location also does a great job with the social media outreach. They've made me a habitual CFA eater with their frequent promos and give-away offers. The mobile app is quite user friendly and is a great way to get around meal time rushes. It actually makes it easier to customize your order than using the drive through an calculates the calorie count for anything that you add or subtract from your meal. SO COOL! read more

I placed an order on the app picked up up proceeded to drive 20 minutes from the restaurant before realizing they did not put one of our chicken sandwiches in the bag. They refused to refund the order and offered no solutions to make up for the mistake that they made leaving the sandwich out. Same issue with this specific location as others who have posted on Yelp - customer service here is really bad as they do not take responsibility for quality control issues. I had ordered fries that were overly salty and usually they would apologize and simply give me a new one. But instead this guy Stphn (don't want to embarrass him in public) simply says, "there's nothing on our end that we did wrong so there's nothing we can do for you." As I proceed to tell him that the fries are doubly salty and ask him to try it himself, he says "We only salt the fries once...maybe the one you got had all the salt go on your batch. Went here for the very last time yesterday. The 5 people that worked the drive thru were not wearing masks due to Colorado no longer requiring masks outdoors. I don't agree that a person 18" from an open car window constitutes being outdoors. Had to interact with 3 different people in the drive thru in order to get food. First, as a matter of full disclosure, I have only been to their drive-thru (never inside), and only for the past 10 or so months. However, I have been VERY impressed by the speed of service (many times there were 12+ cars in front of me, and I never spent more than 7 minutes there. Not only have I always gotten through quickly, my order (which has customizations for goth the sandwich and drink) has never been wrong. I don't even know the last time I could say that about any drive-thru. The crew is so efficient and polite that I wish the higher-ups at Chick-Fil-A corporate would train OTHER restaurants' workers! We come to this chick-fil-a every so often for breakfast play dates with my mother's group. The staff are always friendly here and food is as it should be. The floor in the play room doesn't seem to get cleaned often, and the equipment too. My son is a crawler and I notice it because I don't want him to pick up and eat plastic or paper off the floor.
