At first, I was a bit nervous, but Kayla took a cautious approach and trimmed it gradually. She'd take a couple inches off and asked how I felt, until we reached the desired length. I loved the results! The way she layered it is beautiful and makes it really easy to style. Then, it was time to fix the patchy multicolor mess that resulted from too many at-home coloring sessions due to COVID. Now it didn't hurt super bad at the time, until I left and started to sweat then the real burn came. When I went to the mirror I could clearly see where the lady burnt me with her trimmers. It felt like I have a super bad sun burn on my neck and above my eye (see photos). Now I am not sure if this place hires people that are not very good at their job, or just buy junk tools for them to work with. Either way, this should never happen to anyone.
