Such a great experience here. Scheduling my appointment was easy. The receptionist was very kind and accommodating. The salon is so cute and clean. The best part- my stylist, Jozee took care of my hair needs and made my hair look amazing! She also gave my daughter a haircut, and honestly it's the best haircut she's ever had. I am an older lady who has red hair. I needed not only to have my hair color refreshed, changed, I also am going from a long hair and wanted bangs. Elle was wonderful. She walked me through everything, chose that perfect color for me. And made sure that I was happy with my bangs before I left. Not only the bangs, but she helped feather in the face frame. This is one of the only cuts that I've ever really been happy with when I walked out of the salon, but even more happy when I took a shower and had to do it myself and it looked great. She's fabulous! This is a beautiful salon. Very friendly people. I would recommend anyone except mean people. I came across this survey while I am trying to book an appointment with L. I set up an appointment with Jill, owner, for Monday at 10:30am with Tiffany. I verified Monday? and Jill's response was Monday at 10:30 Tiffany has an opening. I did not question the owner's confirmation for Monday. However, Monday came and the salon was closed. Recording and website stated salon closed. I made an appointment with another salon. read more

I forgot to leave a rating but I LOVED the job they did. I am usually scared to get my hair cut because most places just do a alright job but it doesn't look like a high quality hair cut. 2 Big Thumbs Up! I'm very happy with both my cut and color. I had Liza and I'm hooked. She listened and discussed my cut and color in detail before she started. I wear my hair with a specific short cut and it can be difficult finding someone who does a good job with it. I live part time in Las Vegas and have paid a lot of money for bad haircuts in the past. From looking at the other reviews, I am certain this is a very great place for gals to have their hair styled, cut, colored, etc. My daughters experience, was not so much a good thing. She was moving in three weeks to bend Oregon, so she made an appointment with Madison. Over those three weeks, her appointment was either rescheduled, postponed, or out right canceled. There were many apologies for the cancellations, and even perks to come. Such as, half price, Facebook model for the establishment (Madison), or outright free. None of these came to fruition. My daughter wanted nothing more than to get her hair done before she moved in with her boyfriend many miles away from here...she would have gladly paid full price any where, but apparently she was too trusting. The excuses were outlandish and very descriptive, such as being overbooked, wisdom teeth issues, overwhelmed by other issues, and even the grandfather dying in his sleep. If these occurrences were real, my condolences, but why could she not schedule my daughter with somebody else instead of stringing her along for three weeks? Even this morning, on her last day here, Madison called once again to cancel but said whenever she is in town again, she will do her hair for free. My daughter will not hold her breath for that, neither will I. Madison should take some work ethic classes or find another line of work. If anyone doubts the situation, I have all the texts. read more

I was new to town and a bit nervous about finding someone as good as my old stylist. I decided to try this place due to the positive reviews. I got a cut and partial highlights with Aubrey, and I am thrilled with the results! In fact, the color of my new highlights is a better match to the natural color I had most of my life, than what my former stylist was doing, so Aubrey exceeded my expectations. I have been going to Brandi who has a station at JN Couture for probably 8 months now. She is by far the best stylist I have ever had in my 15 plus years of seeing a professional. She is ALWAYS super sweet and full of positive energy! She knows hair and what looks good with your skin tone and face shape. At this point I just tell her to do what she thinks will look good because I trust her. I get compliments on my hair all the time and owe all the credit to her skills. All the other stylist in the salon seem very sweet and professional as well. I definitely recommend JN Couture for all your hair needs. read more

This Salon is amazing, I stumbled upon it by meeting a person who works there at an airport. She was so sweet. Went to get my hair done there after my trip and the service is amazing, they always try to work around your schedule if possible. The prices are very reasonable. This place is the best. My fiance has been getting her hair done there for about 2 years and I have been going for my cuts for abotu 3 years. They are the nicest place in town to get a hair cut. They always seem to be looking for little things to be constantly improving. Do not be surprised to go in there one time, and then 2 months later have it be rearranged and be even better!
