11.12.24: My friend and I both needed haircuts and visited this Great Clips as it had little to no wait in line according to the website online check in process. So we'll begin there, the online check in website was easy to use ; and you were given store locations closest to you to choose from. It also gave estimated wait times for each location. Our wait time was 10 minutes and took 10 minutes to get there from the point I checked in online. As we walked in, we were greeted and I told them we checked in online. The vibe was pretty chill on this Tuesday. I was up first and had no wait. My friend waited about 5 minutes before it was his turn. MJ was my stylist and she was friendly and did a great job trimming 6 inches off my hair. My friend's stylist was Tiffany and he said she was nice and talkative and that he felt he got a quality haircut. I saw their Facebook post about saving $5 bucks off a haircut and the sign up was easy. The coupon code was emailed to me almost immediately and had no problem using it at the end when we finished our haircuts. read more

Easy online check in. 5 minute wait after I arrived. Check in put me 2nd in line when I got there. San was delightful. We had a great conversation. She followed my instructions and did a great job. Happy with my haircut and beard trim. Reasonably priced and quick service. read more

Negative 10 stars if I could. This place needs to be shut down. My daughter needed a simple trim straight across, no bangs or layers and a guy who was shaking the whole time butchered her hair. I should have known, it wasn't much cheaper than taking her to an actual salon. read more

I've never had a problem going to these types of places for my hair because I just get a simple straight across haircut and then I go and give myself face framing, but this just turned out so bad. I took my 13 year old daughter in for a minimal "trim". My daughter specifically asked to only have the dead ends cut off, and to not have any layers added because she does ballet and needs it to all properly fit in a tight bun (layers make the ends stick out). Unfortunately the hairdresser did not listen to her request and instead cut several inches off and gave her lots of chunky, boxy layers. My daughter is not typically dramatic, and honestly, I have never left a bad review for any establishment (having owned several businesses I understand that mistakes happen and I do not wish to dampen a business' reputation because my experience was poor). However, the hairdresser did not listen to her request and she is in tears. I now need to pay to have her hair re-cut by a more professional salon (we need to make sure it is fixed properly). We will not return to Great Clips. Not worth the risk. read more

Well taking away rights by making it required to wear a mask turns an expensive haircut into a very expensive haircut. Your employees have rights to wear one and you shouldn't make customers. I wont ever use this place again. As a local business owner for 20 yrs I wouldnt make my customers wear one I would simply give them an option. I had a horrible experience here. My hair is longer on the left side now! I have long hairs that was missed! The stylist complained the whole time about people moving here from other places. I will find some place else to get my hair trimmed up. I wished I could take my 1 star away. read more

My husband went to this great clips location yesterday to get a haircut. He explained to the stylist what he wanted her to do. She informed him that if she did it the way he described it the top and back of his hair would not blend in. He told her he has it cut that way all the time, and that is what he wanted her to do. He wanted short sides, 1 1/2 on the top, and then the back length left. When it was done, she not only cut it crooked, but she cut the length in the back off, leaving just a rat tail of length at the bottom. Mind you he has had the length in the back for 15 years And she just cut it off! He went from asking for a faux hawk style to getting a rat tail! He is disgusted. read more

Absolutely the worst haircut I've ever received. The stylist didn't listen to what I wanted, didn't pay any attention to the picture I brought in and was too busy talking to her co-worker during my cut to pay attention to what she was doing. Before I knew what was happening she had taken a huge chunk of length off the back. She kept chopping away and I ended up with haircut that was way too short with chunky layered chunks of hair sticking out at odd places. The right side was a least a half inch longer than the left side. It was awful and I do believe I would have received a better cut at the dog groomers. Two weeks later I found myself seeking a "hair rescue" in a professional stylists chair who needed to take another 2 to 3 inches of length just to straighten up what was done at Great Clips. It will take me 2 or 3 years to grow back what was taken off my length but my hair doesn't stick out at weird places now. I would steer clear of this place at all cost and if you can afford it, go to a professional salon. This place is not that. read more

I've had my hair cut several times here and last time I went it turned out really cute, but I went again today and my hair looks HORRIBLE. I don't know how short they think shoulder length is, but they cut mine WAY above my shoulders which is NOT AT ALL what I wanted!! I can't even put in a ponytail without using several bobby pins anymore. My hair looks ridiculous and I don't recommend this place. Also, half of the employees seem grumpy. read more

I mean, it's great clips guys not a fancy salon so the negative reviews need to be considered. You can't go to McDonalds then be surprised when you don't get filet mignon ha ha. As for my experience, I have an autistic son who requires a scissors only hair cut because the clippers are too intense for his sensory issues. Everyone I've seen has been very accommodating and patient with him. So we go back because they are fast and we can get in and out since haircuts are huge stress triggers for him. read more
