A really sweet woman named Cynthia cut my hair and it is definitely the BEST haircut I've ever gotten from great clips. She cut, layered, and styled it exactly like the reference photo I gave her, and overall listened to what I wanted very well and executed it amazingly. If I could give 10 stars, I would. read more

Updated 6.11.26: It was perfect timing to get a coupon, via email, for $5 bucks off a haircut since I was in need of a trim pretty bad. I did my usual routine of hopping online to get on the waiting list--I was in town running an errand and was about 5 minutes away. When I arrived, I was greeted and ended up not having to wait at all and was taken to the chair immediately. Alex was my stylist and told him I wanted to trim off 3 inches. He wasn't rushed and gently brushed my hair, which I appreciated. Even though I wasn't there very long, he took his time and actually sectioned out parts of my hair for an even cut. Alex did a great job and there were no issues using the coupon, which all said and done, was $20 bucks not including tip. To me, that's a great deal! read more

Easy online check in. 5 minute wait after I arrived. Check in put me 2nd in line when I got there. San was delightful. We had a great conversation. She followed my instructions and did a great job. Happy with my haircut and beard trim. Reasonably priced and quick service. read more

Very very unfriendly staff when you call up to ask a question about getting a haircut. I was so irritated when I called over there and they were so rude. I just cut my own hair lol. read more

I had my haircut at Great Clips by Target this Saturday I usually have MJ cut my hair but unfortunately she is moving and a girl named Nicole cut my hair and she did a fabulous job I love my new hairdo I will be asking for her every time read more

For the first time, a couple weeks ago I had my hair cut there. Since, EVERY one of my friends has complimented me on how good I look. I look/feel 40 years younger.!!!!!!! Dennis Maxon read more

This review is Cynthia, the stylist who cut my hair. She gave me one of the best haircuts that I've had in recent history. She was very professional and helped me with a somewhat new cut. The salon was clean and had a great environment. I love booking my appointment on line. Keep up the good work. Will read more

Negative 10 stars if I could. This place needs to be shut down. My daughter needed a simple trim straight across, no bangs or layers and a guy who was shaking the whole time butchered her hair. I should have known, it wasn't much cheaper than taking her to an actual salon. read more

Please don't waste your time at this place. They send trolls after you when you post honest reviews. Also, I only gave it one star because I am not able to give them zero stars. read more

I've never had a problem going to these types of places for my hair because I just get a simple straight across haircut and then I go and give myself face framing, but this just turned out so bad. WAYY shorter than I wanted and I know it'll grow back in a month or 2 to even out but the quality of the cut just looks so bad read more

Zero stars, I went in asking for a hair cut the same as I had, when she was done it was not even the same style and the cuts are awful. Don't waste your time, spend a bit more. Never again read more

I got an all time bad haircut here. Not only is my hair now incredibly uneven I also didn't get the length I requested. I didn't dare go back to have in corrected. I was in here 9/5/2022 read more

Worst haircut I've had in my 79 years, I will never go back (to not so great) greatclips ever again I just wasted $16. plus tip had to have my son fix it with his dog clippers read more

Hit or Miss I have been here a few times to get my son's hair cut and twice for myself, (just for a trim). Half the time they do a great job, other half not so much. Totally hit or miss read more

I took my 13 year old daughter in for a minimal "trim". My daughter specifically asked to only have the dead ends cut off, and to not have any layers added because she does ballet and needs it to all properly fit in a tight bun (layers make the ends stick out). Unfortunately the hairdresser did not listen to her request and instead cut several inches off and gave her lots of chunky, boxy layers. My daughter is not typically dramatic, and honestly, I have never left a bad review for any establishment (having owned several businesses I understand that mistakes happen and I do not wish to dampen a business' reputation because my experience was poor). However, the hairdresser did not listen to her request and she is in tears. I now need to pay to have her hair re-cut by a more professional salon (we need to make sure it is fixed properly). We will not return to Great Clips. Not worth the risk. read more

Well taking away rights by making it required to wear a mask turns an expensive haircut into a very expensive haircut. Your employees have rights to wear one and you shouldn't make customers. I wont ever use this place again. As a local business owner for 20 yrs I wouldnt make my customers wear one I would simply give them an option. If your going to require then give them out dont make me spend $6 buying one next door at target. read more

I had a horrible experience here. My hair is longer on the left side now! I have long hairs that was missed! The stylist complained the whole time about people moving here from other places. I will find some place else to get my hair trimmed up. I wished I could take my 1 star away. read more

My husband went to this great clips location yesterday to get a haircut. He explained to the stylist what he wanted her to do. She informed him that if she did it the way he described it the top and back of his hair would not blend in. He told her he has it cut that way all the time, and that is what he wanted her to do. He wanted short sides, 1 1/2 on the top, and then the back length left. When it was done, she not only cut it crooked, but she cut the length in the back off, leaving just a rat tail of length at the bottom. Mind you he has had the length in the back for 15 years And she just cut it off! He went from asking for a faux hawk style to getting a rat tail! He is disgusted. read more

Absolutely the worst haircut I've ever received. The stylist didn't listen to what I wanted, didn't pay any attention to the picture I brought in and was too busy talking to her co-worker during my cut to pay attention to what she was doing. Before I knew what was happening she had taken a huge chunk of length off the back. She kept chopping away and I ended up with haircut that was way too short with chunky layered chunks of hair sticking out at odd places. The right side was a least a half inch longer than the left side. It was awful and I do believe I would have received a better cut at the dog groomers. Two weeks later I found myself seeking a "hair rescue" in a professional stylists chair who needed to take another 2 to 3 inches of length just to straighten up what was done at Great Clips. It will take me 2 or 3 years to grow back what was taken off my length but my hair doesn't stick out at weird places now. I would steer clear of this place at all cost and if you can afford it, go to a professional salon. This place is not that. read more

This place always cuts my hair too short, no matter what i tell them they always do the same as before. The employees act like they'd rather be anywhere else. Would not recommend. read more

Nope. I've been here a few times. It's ok, not great. They are fast, in and out but my hair is never cut straight. They want to charge to dry my hair? I found a salon that actually cares and I'll never go back to great(?) Clips! read more

I've had my hair cut several times here and last time I went it turned out really cute, but I went again today and my hair looks HORRIBLE. I don't know how short they think shoulder length is, but they cut mine WAY above my shoulders which is NOT AT ALL what I wanted!! I can't even put in a ponytail without using several bobby pins anymore. My hair looks ridiculous and I don't recommend this place. Also, half of the employees seem grumpy. read more

I mean, it's great clips guys not a fancy salon so the negative reviews need to be considered. You can't go to McDonalds then be surprised when you don't get filet mignon ha ha. As for my experience, I have an autistic son who requires a scissors only hair cut because the clippers are too intense for his sensory issues. Everyone I've seen has been very accommodating and patient with him. So we go back because they are fast and we can get in and out since haircuts are huge stress triggers for him. read more

The wait time was great, didn't have time to even sit down before being called up. Then the trouble started. I asked the girl if she had a barbers zero; she either didn't know or calls them something else. Nevertheless, the girl next to her let her borrow hers. This was a little concerning but hey I'm not expert. Her hands started shaking while cutting my hair, I could only assume she was nervous or the clippers your vibrating her hand enough for me to notice. The haircut I would give a 6 out of ten. The conversation or lack there of i could only blame on her sheer focus to not completely bomb my fade. I wasn't offered a clean up or a wash. Felt rushed to be pushed out the door so she could move on to the next poor fool. Anyways, take from this what you will. Hopefully you don't end up needing a fade and landing her. I tipped a buck, hopefully that gave a big enough hint to get in some practice. read more
