Great communication, excellent work, and a very reasonable price. I definitely recommend him and will be recommending him to my friends.

My electronic key for my car broke so I wasn't able to get inside. I messaged Smartkeys who was able to get to my home that same evening, open my locked car, and was able to program two new electronic keys for me for a great price. They were convenient and could "do it all" for me unlocking/opening the car as well as making the keys for me. They also were easy to get in touch with answering my messages promptly. I highly recommend them. read more

Thank you, thank you! Our local dealer was charging over $800 to make a smart key fob for our 2024 Ram Promaster. We received the best deal and with the most friendliest customer service and quality work! And now I have the comfort of a spare smart key fob. Thank you!! read more

Difficult to adequately express how terrific Ivan is. I had lost my key to our 2019 Audi eTron and needed a replacement. We had only 1 key for the car. Ivan gave me a firm price online and kept to this quote even though it turned out to be a very challenging key to make. He was extremely diligent. He ended up making multiple trips to our house to get the key working. He is pleasant to work with, shows up on time or if there will be a delay notified me well in advance of the appointment. Hard to find someone with his work ethic. Honestly he deserves 10 stars. Highly, highly recommend. read more

He was on time, nice young man! Very professional & was quick ! If I ever need another fob or locksmith I definitely would use him!!

Guy was great showed up on time replicated a Chevy 2025 equinox ev key and was friendly. Did great.

He answered my phone and was able to come out within 15 minutes . We appreciate the help!!

Needed a replacement key and programming done quickly, and he delivered. Fast response, professional service, and very fair pricing. Everything worked perfectly the same day. Smooth process from start to finish - highly recommend! read more

My brother's key for his Chevy Volt was broken. Chevy had quoted me $400 for a replacement key, which was way out of my budget. I tried calling other shops, but they were either too expensive, didn't answer, or couldn't even service the car. I called Smart Keys, and got a response right away. Marvin came to my house within a few hours. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. His prices were so reasonable ($150/key) . He even took the chip from my key, installed in brand new original housing, and delivered it 4 days later. I had some trouble with the car not turning on (not his fault - the car battery had died) and he was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I honestly cannot say enough nice things about Marvin! Truth be told, I was really hesitant when I first called him because his page has no reviews, but he's a really trustworthy guy and I'd recommend him for all your car key needs! He accepts Zelle, which made payment very easy. Thank you so much for everything, Marvin!! read more

Requested photos, that I sent. Never responded after. What's the point of requesting information, to never respond

I contacted this business for a 2022 Volkswagen push-to-start key programming after my fob failed. I was quoted $450-$550, which is far above the normal market rate for this service. When I explained that immobilizer programming for VW keys is a standard OBD job and typically runs $150-$250, the response I got was dismissive: "If someone can do it for $150 go for it." That told me everything I needed to know. This felt like price gouging a stranded customer rather than an honest quote. No transparency, no willingness to discuss, just pressure. I took my business elsewhere and got the same job done for a fair price. I wouldn't recommend this company if you value honesty and reasonable pricing. read more

I've been needing to get a new key fob for a while. I called Mazda and they quoted me $1000 and I had to get two....Enter Smartkeys Locksmith. We called Ivan on a Sunday evening to see if he was available to help us with a problem with the key fob and the Toyota RAV4. He responded immediately and was at my house within the hour. He diagnosed that there was a signal error between the battery, the electrical security system, and the ignition and the key. He had the entire problem, diagnosed and resolved very quickly, I think I took maybe 40 minutes? Ivan was very pleasant and extremely communicative and very reasonably priced as well. I am saving his contact information for our next EMERGENCY. Ivan, thank you so much for your professionalism and prompt and accurate service. I highly recommend this business to anyone who needs assistance with this type of locksmith! read more

Ivan was absolutely wonderful! Saved me hundreds on a replacement key for my BMW x5! He came by the first day and my car was more complicated than we thought (my fault, I had a shotty aftermarket key) anyway he made me a physical key that day and then came back a couple days later and figured out the issue! I have waited a LONG time for keyless entry, because price was an issue but Ivan made it possible for not only one key but TWO! He was very friendly, communicative, and not to mention had better prices than anyone else! I Would recommend to anyone in need of a new key! I love my car again read more

Ivan responded to me right away and gave me a quote which I couldn't get from another locksmith I tried. Yet another locksmith had just failed to rekey my car, and told me I would have to replace my immobilizer for $1,000. I saw Ivan's reviews, and he drove an hour and a half to me in rush hour traffic in the heat as soon as I called him. He then figured it out for a fraction of the cost!! He is such a hard worker, so polite and smart, and saved me hundreds of dollars. A gem of a person read more

Ivan came to my house within an hour of chatting to discuss the issue with my keys I was having and providing the quote. Ivan was extremely nice and very professional. The buttons on my car keys were not connecting to the car and due to the recent heavy rains and cold, the manual lock on my door was stiff, so I couldn't lock my car or else I wouldn't be able to get in with both the key fob buttons or the manual metal key. Ivan reconfigured the lock on my door and reconnected my key buttons to my car, all in 30 minutes! The key lock is ten times smoother than it ever was and all the buttons work. I'm so happy and relieved! I wish I had reached out to him sooner, I had been compensating for the buttons not working by using the key for at least 3 months, lol. I highly recommend working with Ivan. Stellar service! And to boot he was very patient and kind with my 3 year old who was hovering while he was fixing my keys and door lock. Thanks Ivan! read more

I explored getting a smart key to replace a car key (that I lost) for over a month. Ivan had good reviews, a Yelp guarantee, and the best price. Eventually i contacted him and his response was almost immediate. He arrived on time and took care of duplicating the key. When I used it, the onboard computer said, "A new key was registered with your dealer." That suggests to me that he got it right! He charged one third of the COSTCO recommendation, and one third of the dealer price. read more

Ivan did an awesome job on my 2008 Lexus GX470! Many businesses I reached out to flat out refused to do work on stuck ignition cylinders. Ivan gave me a good quote for 2 keys, and repairing my ignition cylinder, and making sure the key works in my door. Overall good service read more
