I've requested their services professionally for work and personally for home. My latest visit really sealed it for me: I had a snapped key stuck in my motorcycle's gas tank. Not only were they able to extract the broken key without causing any damage, but they also copied the key on the spot. That's no small task, and very few shops even have the capability to do it and they're honest with their pricing! They're also mobile, which is a huge plus if you can't get to the shop or need help on-site. This is one of the only places around that seems to have nearly every type of key and every specialty you can imagine. On top of that, everyone there is friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable--you can tell they genuinely know their craft. Ubiquiti had a solid reputation for quality and reliability, so I went about finding someone who handled their products. Yelp was a great resource and I narrowed down my choices to LA Wifi Guys, as their information gave me the most confidence. Made an appointment and David came out. Really liked his approach. Honest and transparent and not hustling me for upsells. He described my options clearly and it was easy to decide what I wanted. Not cheap, but very fair considering the higher quality solution and more experienced installation. It actually cost notably less than my original set up, which was done 6 years ago and had less features and most of all turned out crappy. David gave me an estimate for parts delivery, which turned out to be exact, and we made the install appointment for the day after. He came in and was very polite, careful and steadfast. He also was great at explaining how to operate my new system. But most of all, weeks after the install, I am sooo happy with it! Really great setup with excellent user interface and excellent camera resolution. Once I decided to move forward with the project, I was able to schedule it the same day, and they even came to my job. Shout out to Paul the technician who came to do my project. He was pleasant, respectful, and knowledgeable. He explained the process to me and a job that was initially quoted as requiring 30 minutes only took 15 to complete. I choose Keymaster LA, not only because of their customer service but because their price for: -an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) replacement key FOB -programming -1 year warranty was much cheaper than the dealer wanted to charge.
