As she was loading up her groceries in Puente Hills, apparently a very large woman was waiting to snatch my aunt's purse... which had $800 gifted from her brothers from Chinese New Year, and her key fob to the car. I immediately rushed over to her to help her move her car, and called AAA. Except AAA couldn't tow the car right away... for the Lexus LS460, it's an electronic hand brake.. and you need the key to turn it off, regardless of whether the car is set to neutral. I sent out a Yelp request for mobile keyfob replacement, and Keymasters was the 2nd to answer, with a very competitive (okay, the best pricing out of all the offers that came in), and a hard timeline of when they would arrive, and when the job would be done. 30 minutes to arrive. 20 minutes to sync and reprogram the new keyfob while locking out all old and stolen keyfobs. No joke, Paul really came within 30 minutes. And he was done in less than 20 minutes. I had a great experience with Keymasters LA. I am a landlord and called them out because tenants thought there might be an issue with a front door lock.
