Wasted my time. Texted last minute expecting a reply, then double booked wrong customer.

I only write reviews when someone rips you off or if they do a phenomenal job. This is the latter. From the get go, the communication was top notch. Very quick to respond, answered every question with patience and clarity. I was initially drawn to their pricing which was lower than everyone else. There were others that were close but ultimately these guys were easily the best to deal with, no need for coupons if you write a review. I also have a non-black phone and they were willing to order the screen without asking for a deposit and had it ready the next day, unlike other people. Still I was busy at work and couldn't meet until the weekend and they were totally accommodating. Ultimately, I texted Saturday morning and Andy showed up on time at 3pm, texting me when he was on his way so I knew when to expect him. I watched him fix the phone in his van in my driveway. Super convenient and he clearly knows what he's doing and was done in 15 mins. I asked him how much a battery was, he was honest and told me that I should use OEM and it was $100 and didn't think it was worth it since I'm planning on trading it in soon. For people with an S22 Ultra, I agonized over whether to go aftermarket or not. Andy was very clear on what the differences were and you can google to see how the screen has slightly larger black borders. I choose the aftermarket and honestly, if I had never googled it, I probably wouldn't have even noticed the difference. I initially used this service for an affordable iPhone mobile screen replacement, but unfortunately, the screen developed issues after a couple of months. Thankfully, Bashir honored his warranty (even though it covers only parts, not labor or travel.) This time I had to travel to his location an hour away. When there are cell phone problems, it can ruin your day. I dropped my phone yesterday at 6pm and cracked the screen.
