I thought the cucumber and lemon flavors were perfect! The lemonade was a little sweeter than I would have liked and I could've used a little more tart flavor from the lemon. However, I really like the addition of immunity vitamins that you can purchase for an extra dollar. That's fun! - The stand was well decorated and I appreciated your welcoming staff. if y'all ever hear that i moved to paso robles it's literally for slow rush (and its fearless leader, the ever iconic nick.) slow rush is the best thing since lorde hopped on sympathy is a knife. my group basically sampled everything on the menu (blueberry matcha, black sugar hojicha, and turtle mocha) and they all hit the respective spots of people who ordered them. nick effectively personalizes every drink during the ordering process, and his vibe checking is immaculate. i'm not sure how he got to know us so well in the ~5 minutes we were there. also, we weren't charged extra for oat milk, which we were SO SO GRATEFUL FOR. all hot girls have tummy issues with regular milk, amiright ?? ofc, i have issues with more than just regular milk (the anaphylaxis of it all), and nick assured me that all of the equipment would be washed before he made my drink. the absolute SQUEAL i SQUEALT !! the great people of paso robles probably filed a noise complaint. i can't put into words how excited we were just vibing with nick as he told us all of the great things he was doing in the local-art-and-frog-adorned kiosk of his, but i can put it into actions! our fourth friend had already been drinking another latte from somewhere else (nick said that place is good too bc he's just a good sport like that). after sampling the other three slow rush drinks, she decided to chug her current latte and order a drink from nick too. her yuzu mango green tea came out so quickly and tasted like it was condensed and rained down from the clouds of heaven. here's to the epic success of slow rush :) ps - one side is a drive thru read more

I came to Slow Rush twice while staying in Paso Robles and it was such a good spot! It's a little kiosk where you can walk up and order or drive thru. There are plenty of tables to sit and enjoy your coffee and pastry. The barista was super sweet and gave us our drinks pretty quick considering it was only him. We ordered the Vietnamese coffee, iced chai latte with oat milk, iced rose matcha latte with oat milk and an americano. Alternative milk was not an extra charge which was greatly appreciated. The Vietnamese coffee was so good easily a 9/10 as well as the chai latte and matcha latte. My mom loved her americano. If we're ever back in Paso Robles we'll definitely be coming back to Slow Rush! read more

I really like trying coffee shops while traveling and was pleasantly surprised by the gentleman working at the time. I came mid rush and he was still super bubbly and very kind. Even though I came mid rush I got my drinks within only a minute or two. He made the best Mexican mocha I've ever had, and I'd also recommend the caramel banana nut mocha which has real banana puree. I really enjoyed my Caramel Banana Nut Latte with oat milk - not overly sugary, and could taste all the flavors. My parents got the Hibiscus Pineapple Pomegranate Tea, and Cherry Almond Mocha, which they both really enjoyed. We sat out on the patio underneath the covering, with such cute decorations. The best coffee in Paso Robles. We were on a three day weekend here and we tried many coffee places but this one was exceptional. A very cute drive thru coffee shop with some outdoor patio seating (there is a walk thru window as well). The service was great so was the coffee. I got a plain cold brew with a splash of milk and my cousin ordered an iced banana nut latte that she loved. Very unique drinks are made here. There's options to pick from and if don't know what to order the lovely gentleman there will give some recommendations. We stopped twice in a week, first visit we ordered the hibiscus tea with a wild berry mix flavor and peach lychee, both were refreshing and delicious. 2nd visit I ordered the caramel banana nut latte iced and the gentleman offered to make some accommodations due to me not being able to handle too much coffee and it was very tasteful. Also ordered a hibiscus tea with peach lychee and nectarine (recommended) flavors, it was flavorful and refreshing. The rose wasn't too overpowering like I feel most other places are which was so nice I could actually still taste the matcha. My husband and I love Paso Robles, and this little gem just proved how beautiful the town and its people are. The owner was super friendly. He made sure to ask more than once if the drink was to our liking, and if it was not, he would happily modify it. I originally asked for an Iced Pistachio Latte, and the owner recommended I add Mocha. I did not regret my decision one bit. Neither did my husband; he ordered the coconut cold brew (not pictured here), and he highly recommends it as the coffee was smooth and not too sweet.
