I'm a sucker for a good multi-roaster cafe, and Revolver is a fantastic one. They serve up beans from all over, and they do it right, thanks to staff with eyes (and noses) for detail. Barista Soho and I chatted about NYC[1], and he told me La Cabra has a bakery there[2]. Savored a lovely pourover from Toronto[3], served hot. That very same day, I returned and had a decaf espresso that slapped[4]. Ample seating. A fair bit of natural light somehow makes it into the shop. Good for a date, coworking (especially in their next door "Archive" space), catching up with friends AND discovering coffee from around the world. The bulletproof coffee was good , sadly, the first time I had it, it wasn't too distinguishable in tasting the silky butter, ( it could had been my palate). And it was so cold in there, I could see a lot of people kept their winter jackets on, I don't think it's a heating issue but the constant windy seems to suggest the AC is on rather than the heater, oh wells Im out of there now.
