    Latte and chive/cheese scone which
    Stevi B.

Cute coffee shop in Yaletown that I could totally see myself sitting at to do work if I lived in town. I'm not a huge coffee drinker, but I enjoyed my latte quite a bit, and my brother said his cortado was one of the best he's had. I also had the chive and cheese scone which was very tasty! Everyone in the family had a different pastry and each enjoyed their breakfast bites for the morning. They had a steady flow of customer traffic throughout this Sunday morning, with quick and friendly service.

After searching on Yelp for a nearby coffee shop where I could get some work done, I was able to find Analog Coffee in Yaletown. Love the vibes here! They've got lots of seating indoors, though, it was pretty packed when I got there around 9 AM on a weekday. All the seats were taken by folks fully immersed in their work already. Luckily, they also have their own patio of outdoor seats and tables annnnd there's even more picnic tables on the closed off street they're on. The decor is beautiful too - simple and clean with wooden / industrial accents. Even during this high busy time, they moved quickly to get orders and food out as fast as possible. I got a sausage sandwich and latte to enjoy "for here". Both were solid - not a bad start to the day. They even put out samples of pastries that are a day-old. They have reliable wifi here so it's a great place to get work done for awhile. It's also not super quiet and there's lots of people talking, so it feels more comfortable to take a call if you need to.

Great matcha and I loved the pastry selection. Best part was the samples of day-old goodies!

Winter special drink at Analog. #Yaletown #winter #justdoit! I live about four blocks away and love the atmosphere. The coffee and espresso are the best, but I do like an occasional specialty drink. This winterberry did not disappoint.

Analog Coffee is a coffee brand based in Calgary. It's located next to the umbrella street in Yaletown, Vancouver. Both indoor and outdoor seating areas are cozy, with speedy wifi and a clean restroom. Their coffee stood out to me with its nutty espresso base ans creamy milk foam. There was latte art on every cup which I really appreciated. We visited on St. Patrick's Day so they had a BOGO matcha latte deal. Though I found their matcha latte milkier and weaker for my liking. They also serve a bunch of pastries with egan and gluten friendly options.

Cozy interior, super packed on a very cold Sunday. The Matcha Latte ($5.25 for 12 oz) was lovely.

Banana Rum-ble. Hot chocolate fest 2024. Dark hot chocolate with banana and buttered rum sauce, with pocky stick and carrot cake. $9.50.

We came here for the hot chocolate featured in the hot chocolate festival 2024. It was very crowded inside but we managed to get a table. There were more open tables outside but with the rain and cold, indoors was better. It was also very warm inside so it was hard to be comfortable here. Maybe it was intentional so that people would not want to linger for too long. I like the presentation of the drinks here. My friends liked the coffee. I had the hot chocolate which was ok. The carrot cake which came with it was good. Description from website: #7 - BANANA RUM-ble Available January 13 - February 14, 2024 Inspired by a classic tropical cocktail, this decadent drink combines rich dark chocolate with banana and hot buttered rum sauce, topped with whipped cream, cocoa powder and a pocky biscuit stick. Served with carrot cake with miso cream cheese icing. As with any other coffee shops, you can also get baked goods. I saw the cinnamon rolls were of different sizes, check or request for the one you want if you are fussy about the sizes. I'll only come by again if I'm in the area. Not a place to travel specially to.

I always wanted to visit here since they opened. Finally I came here in an evening on a weeknight. I didn't have coffee in the morning so decided to have a cup of hot latte and a ham and cheese scroll. When I walked into the coffee shop, the space at foyer and entrance was huge. It's good that more people could walk into the coffee shop and line up for food. Usually it's packed blocking the entrance at other coffee shops. The interior design and decor were very on par. Loved the ambience here. There were tables and chairs inside and outside. The latte and scroll were excellent. I loved the texture and flavour of the latte. It was nice and smooth and the flavour of the coffee was about right. I asked the barista to heat up the ham and cheese scroll. It was perfect. The only one thing I would hope to see would be smiles on the barista's face. He was kind of meet and greet the customers but it might be at the end of the day. He was tired? I didn't feel as friendly as baristas at other coffee shops. This coffee shop is in Yaletown. Hopefully it will expand and have more in other locations in Lower Mainland. Their coffee has great quality of coffee and coffee beans as well as savory food and sweets. It is definitely better Starbucks quality.

Super cute cafe, nice place to sit and relax for a bit. However, it's pricey, staff was not friendly, and my drink was disappointing (flavor profile was off).

$6 croissant. Enough said. I draw the line at $5.25...and that better be one damn good croissant. End of September and they didn't have Pumpkin Spicy Latte, so I ordered just a black coffee, which was luke warm. I personally don't like sour coffee, I like my coffee smooth, full of body and strong. Their coffee had more sour notes and medium in strength. The Almond Croissant was ok. Since they don't have an in-house bakery their pastries are not fresh. With their prices I expect fresh pastries. I think what I took away from this place having it been my first time was this: We have two types of coffee shops with two very different DNA's. One is entirely committed to upholding the intrinsic value of the pleasure of walking into a coffee shop, because I mean really....you could make your own coffee at home...right? This type of coffee shop has the service, the vibe and the kickass beans and pastries that their morning regulars line up for and can't go without, before heading to work. You know.....that morning allure. The other type of coffee shop is one in which the focus is on the decor, the design, the sofa and the branding...taking away from what really matters....ultimately when you sit there and reflect on the space....you feel that it's empty.....and You who are a Coffee Shop Lover are still left craving what you didn't get. That pretty much sums it up for me with Analog.

outdoor patio seating overlooking suspended pink umbrellas

needing an afternoon caffeine fix, i dropped by analog before 3:00 pm on a sunday. this cozy and inviting coffee shop in yaletown was busy, almost every other seat was taken. with its faux brick counter, concrete floors, and exposed piping, it exudes an industrial chic vibe. the plants add a touch of greenery and freshness, while the natural light streaming in through the large windows creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. this calgary based cafe has taken over the location once occupied by blenz on 338 helmcken in yaletown. there's a colourful muted mural, creating a visual interest and adds personality to this scandinavian minimalist design. the comfortable-looking sofa and wooden furniture provide plenty of seating options for patrons looking to meet up over coffee, relax, study or work. they also have outdoor patio seating available overlooking the suspended pink umbrellas. i opted for an iced latte to go.

The coffee is amazing. My favorite would be the match latte. We tried their butter croissant as well as croffin, both of which I would highly recommend. They usually get very busy around 8.30 so I would suggest to go maybe around 9.30 in the morning to avoid the rush. They plenty of space to sit and work. Love their indoor as well outdoor sitting.

Great coffee place, in a great location. Tried their simple vanilla latte & it was so creamy. I had to buy the beans too! Def would come back & probably get lost working in the shop! Perfect cup to start my morning!

We ordered the following: Tiramisu Latte Caprese Bite London Fog Apple Cookie Cherry Matcha Tonic Tiramisu Sea Salt Caramel Gelato The Cherry Matcha Tonic was pretty but wasn't too crazy about the flavor. I should have just gone with my original gut instinct and chosen a hot beverage like Hojicha Latte or something like that. I was sort of thirsting for something cooler for a change though, and the Cherry Matcha Tonic was the first "cool" drink that caught my eye so I decided to go for it. Won't do that again. Everything else was good though. The Sea Salt Caramel Gelato was the star of the show! In the store there's a sign beneath their gelato section that says "Canadian Gelato Champion". I believe it after tasting the Sea Salt Caramel! They had Nama Chocolates too. I was tempted to get some but...only so much a person's wallet and waistline can handle at one time. Will try the Nama Chocolate some other time. You can order in person here, or you can place an "Express" order at the Kiosk. We tried both ways of ordering. Ordered at the counter first and then after finished my Cherry Matcha Tonic decided I wanted to try the Sea Salt Gelato so then tried ordering that from the Kiosk. Most of the parking in this area is paid but I lucked out and got a free spot right around the corner from this place!

It wasn't too busy when we got there, though most of the tables were taken. We ordered a mix of sweet and savory: the chestnut brûlée donut, a salted caramel old fashioned, and a couple of breakfast sandwiches--the Doug and the Cascadia--both served on soft, buttery brioche buns. My other half also grabbed an Americano to go with it all. The chestnut brûlée donut was my fav of the bunch. The chestnut flavor was perfectly balanced--nice and light.
