On the last project we did together the court ruled in her favor, largely because we were the ones who drafted the contract (rookies) that's exactly what the judge said. However, there is plenty of evidence showing that the terms of the contract were not fully completed. Many of the children lost interest quickly because there was no excitement, guidance, or effort to keep them engaged. What was most disappointing was that, despite booking a two-hour party, the actual clay activity lasted only around 40 minutes. After that, there was very little for the kids to do, leaving them bored and restless for most of the remaining time. As a parent spending money to create a memorable milestone birthday for my daughter, I expected a much better-planned and professionally hosted experience.
