Had planned to have a special poster framed for my Wife's birthday. Unfortunately it was not done in time. But Sawsan the owner was very upfront about why that was the case and even provided a substantial discount for the disappointment of not having it ready on time. When it was done it was done right. Old fashioned service. Things can go wrong but people can make it right. read more

What a warm, welcoming woman owned business; the owner, Sawsan, is a delightful, lovely woman. Many framing options in the shop plus a variety of beautiful, creative and unique artwork: paintings and various other mediums. I went in looking for a specific oil painting by J.Huber, another bird to add to and compliment my other two paintings. I was directed to where Huber's works were on display. I was immediately drawn to this painting, a California Scrub Jay I believe, and put it aside to purchase. I can't wait to see this piece e with my other two, a hummingbird and crow, gifts I received from my mother who purchased them from Sawsan's shop. Great experience, fun to see the owner's personal collections, favorites, framed art and her personal works she has painted or drawn. So many paintings displayed but also in art drawers ready to be framed. My heart is full from this visit. Thank you Sawsan. There are so many artists works on display throughout the shop. Prices are super reasonable for unique one of a kind pieces. read more

Delightful owner. Competent and professional. Willing and able to take on a repair request. Will certainly use The Frame Company for any future artwork and framing needs. read more

My husband had this print of an Australian Cattledog looking at the view of lake that he had gotten from Etsy. He had the print for over 2 years and was "working" on getting it framed. I decided to have it frame for Father's Day. The owner was so warm and friendly. She took the time to show us different color and textures of frames and she included my daughter in the decision making process. We ended up choosing a turquoise frame and the finished project looked amazing. My husband was so happy with the picture that he immediately hung it up in our living room. I would definitely recommend this place for all your framing needs. read more

"Artistic Geniuses encountered on way to Biergarten!" On my way to the Beer Parlor nextdoor, I happened to notice they were having an art festival, so I popped into this delightful store. Many artists were on hand for the "Tri-Valley Artist Studio Tour." Each artist was super friendly, and explained their various works to me. They had everything from sculpture to watercolor to photography to acrylics to henna tattoos. I happened to mention my wife had lots of tattoos. At that point the tattoo artist grabbed me, and before I knew it I had a henna tattoo on my hand. Wonderful! Now I can tell my wife I also have a tattoo. She will love me! My friends at the beer garden next door noticed my tattoo immediately and were suitably impressed. I had a chance to talk to the nice owner, Sawsan, who gave me a little bit of history of this location. They have been in this location for decades! What a delightful set of people who work here, as well as the creative people displaying their works. Thank you for setting up this wonderful artistic tour, and adding such a wonderful resource to our little town of Dublin. And thanks especially for that free henna tattoo. read more

I'm an Estate Sale Collector - so much needs to be reframed and updated with acid free matting. Sawsan has been helping me with framing for several years. Warm, creative and fun - her suggestions always seem to improve upon what I may have suggested. I'm always so excited to see finished products and add them to my gallery walls at home. read more

I highly recommend The Frame Company when you want to create special pieces of art or collectibles worthy of display in your home or business. Sawsan is an incredibly talented artisan who can transform your idea into reality. I can attest to her artistry from two projects and more to come. She is the best of the best! read more

The Frame Company - My incredible Rose Bowl collage designed, matted and framed perfectly by Sawsan Jari, owner of The Frame Company. - Framing Near Me - Dublin, California

Wow! What a delightful lady Sawsan is! She assisted me with my poster-mounting endeavor and couldn't be more lovely! I will definitely return with my other framing projects in the future. read more

I took some documents over to The Frame Company at the last minute hoping they could somehow help me to get them framed within a few hours. Didn't have high hopes but the owner, Sawsan Wolski found a frame that worked perfectly and had it beautifully completed within hours. I highly recommend this great little shop for all your framing needs! Sawsan is a delight and oh so talented! read more

We found this business through Yelp and we are very thankful! Came in on a quiet Saturday morning with an oil painting we bought from our trip to Southeast Asia... Sawsun helped us find a beautiful frame that fit our budget. She was very helpful and easily understood the "look" we wanted. There were many options and choices to choose from but she helped guide us with narrowing them down to a few key options to help us make a decision we won't regret. She definitely carries high-quality frame options, some hand-polished and made in Rome! She is very knowledgable with art and helped me and my hubby decide (we are newbies and not art connoisseurs). We decided on a modern looking frame for our oil/canvas painting, and it will take about 2 weeks to finish... including the stretching time for the canvas. We are really excited and are sure that Sawsun will do a great job! read more

This is a stellar shop for all your picture framing needs. The owner is an artist with an eye for color so she will coordinate the frame, pic and border perfectly. It's head and shoulders above the large multi- craft stores that have a framing dept on the side! All my framed wall art looks supurb! read more

I finally got around to having my engagement photo, wedding photo and signed photo mat framed. Only now, I regret not doing it sooner! Sawsan (the owner) helped me pick out the frames that would compliment the photos and even gave me some helpful advice on how to display them in my home. While Sawsan's knowledge of all things frame-related is evident, it is also quite clear that she has an undeniable artistic flair. This matched with her impeccable customer service made for a very enjoyable experience and STUNNING results. read more

Sawsan does great work, wonderful attention to detail and gets the projects completed on time. After working with various framers in the past it, Sawsan is one of the few who truly knows the art of framing. Yes Micheal's and Aaron Brothers can put your print behind glass, but the art of framing is still alive and well at The Frame Company. read more

They did a great job reframing a lithograph that I originally purchased in the 80's. I brought it in and told the owner that we would like give this a more modern look without investing a ton of money. So she took a look at it with us and suggested changing the colors of the matting, clean up the existing glass and frame, then reseal it. So glad we went with her suggestion, it has breathed new life into old art which is about 35 years old now. Just this slight change gave it a modern look that now matches the modern design of our home. read more

So I stumbled upon this place after a nearby shop owner sent me here because they had unique clocks displayed in their window... that's what I was looking for... a clock (not a frame). I mean, why go to a specialty frame store instead of a cheaper place like Michaels, or the like... well... So, the clocks that they had were unique, but they were made out of car parts and I was hoping for a different theme for a "fishing" room I was working on... but the owner, Sawsan, was so helpful and interested in my project that I felt like I was talking with another creative brain! It's difficult to find people who are interested in a project that has nothing to do with what they're selling. I did have something that needed to be framed, but I was heading to Michaels later that week to have them price it. After dealing with someone there who couldn't have cared less with my framing project, I turned back and went to the Frame Company. Yes, she was more expensive, but I truly feel like I received a superior product than I would have at Michaels. I also feel like she was able to work with me on matting color selection, and even better, she worked with me on a time schedule. She knew when my project was "due" (I had a limited amount of time to finish the room to surprise my son before he came home) and she worked to pick another matting color that would fit the frame measurements I had given her so that the project could be done on time. (I was having the frame made from vintage boards and I had given her the wrong measurements... whoops) The increase in cost was "paid for" by the increase in confidence I had in her choices and creativity. I would definitely, definitely use her again! read more

Life saver! After being denied at Michaels and Joann's due to the Christmas rush, they were able to do a custom cut mat for me in 5 minutes. I have no idea why the other stores couldn't do that for me. Another reason to support local businesses! read more

Framing amazing artwork, drawings, or personal items you treasure for your home or office is very important. Yes, you can go to retailers like Michaels or Arron Brothers for cheap frames, but if you want these items to truly stand out, I highly recommend you go to The Frame Company in Dublin, CA. There you can meet Ms. Sawsan Wolski, the owner, who is a professional and a true artist who can turn even the simplest item you want to display, into something very special. For she offers an innumerable selection of custom frames to create the exact look you want to create. Moreover, if you already have a frame you like, Sawsan can show you how to make your picture or item very distinguished with the proper matting. For example, last week I went to see her with a small, plain, but very sentimental item for my wife, which needed to be reframed and matted. I wanted to give this to my wife as a Christmas gift, but things got busy for me and I didn't get around to going to The Frame Company until 2 days before Christmas. I wasn't sure Sawsan could turn it around quickly, but she did and came through by developing a beautiful, double, custom matting to create a magnificent, rich looking picture I gave my wife on Christmas morning, and this is now proudly displayed in our home. So if you have anything you want to display on the walls of your home or office, I highly recommend go see Sawsan Wolski of the Frame Company on Village Parkway in Dublin. For she's the best!!! read more

I was looking to get trophies for work and came across this company. We decided to give it a try. This place has a great customer service and were able to deliver on time. You do get a discount if you pay cash. They don't have a private parking so it does get a little difficult to find parking on the street. I will certainly return to do business with them again. read more

The Frame Company is THE best place to get custom framing done in the Tri-Valley area. Sawsan, owner of The Frame Company is very knowledgeable and very approachable. She listens to what you're looking for, is full of great and different ideas, and she works with the budget you give her. You can't get her caliber of expertise and service somewhere else. Since she is a small business owner, she understands the value of servicing her clients. She builds her client relationships on their intelligence instead of trying to make a buck off of their ignorance unlike chain stores. I have had many pieces of art framed by Sawsan over the last four years-some of which I've kept and some of which have been given as gifts. Either way, people are always complimentary on the framework. I highly recommend Sawsan and The Frame Company for all your artwork. Here's her website: http://theframeco.com/home read more

This is an excellent frame shop! We took a charcoal drawing in to be framed under glass. Sawsan was very helpful in picking out different combinations of frames and matting, all of which worked great with the drawing. From the time we dropped it off to when it was ready to pick up, it took about 2 weeks (special order frame, matting, special glass). The framed drawing was beautiful. We were very happy with the quality of her work. We have had artwork framed at other frame shops, but Sawsan's craftsmanship has been the best. Sawsan is highly recommended - and my husband is a very picky artist! read more

I came here with high hopes to get a custom shadow box made for my brothers wedding gift. I was ready to pay top dollar for quality work. What I received was horrible customer service. Did not complete job when she had promised so I was unable to give him his gift on his wedding day. She did not even return my calls when I was asking if it was completed. For the price, the work done was just mediocre, $300 for mediocre work is not a good deal. The worst and most disappointing thing was not once did I ever get an apology. You will never have my business again. read more

I have worked with the Frame Company on numerous occasions and I have always been pleased with Sawsans work and her attention to detail. She always has great ideas and isn't hesitant to tell you if she has an idea to make your project look even better! Sawsan is extremely pleasant to work with. She makes it feel like you're just chatting with a friend. She is not the cheapest in the bay area, but you get what you pay for and with Sawsan you get amazing work. read more

Not many of these around anymore. The Frame company has been around forever (we have lived here 20 years) Sawsan is a graduate of the Chicago school of art and has an eye for color and design, she is professional, takes great care of her clients, and goes above and beyond, she really takes the time to make sure you are happy. She does all the work in house so quality is right where it needs to be. Support small business, support women owned business. read more

I am very happy with the service and price here. I framed 2 oil paintings. The frame owner picked for me worked great, especially for my grandfather's portrait. In addition, price to have decent frame here is actually a lot cheaper than chain store. I used to spend 20% more else where. read more

I've been using this frame company since Sawsan became the owner (16 years) and have always been extremely satisfied! This is my first on line review to share the superb service I experienced with this frame company. As a frequent traveller, I often search for unique artwork on the trip. Last summer, I brought home a large silk artwork, a Xu style Embroidery from Szechuan, China. A beautiful and one of its kind collection. I brought it to Sawsan for reframing and found out that the delicate silk work was actually mounted on a plywood backing. With the warping nature of the plywood, it took Sawsan two weeks to press the plywood to make it straight enough to be famed. Not to mentioned that the warping of the plywood broke a museum acrylic during the framing process. At the end, It was framed with a museum glass due to its rigidity. I would say this framing work is a framer's nightmare. However, I'm so blessed that I had Sawsan handled the job. There was no one broken silk and she did not charge me for the expensive museum arcrylic. With her attention to detail and great patience, this beautiful framed portrait is now hanging in the foyer of my home. I would highly recommend Sawsan to take care of your artwork for she is a person who is capable to attend the client's needs and produce excellent work. read more

Sawsan is a true artist in every sense of the word and I've never been disappointed by any framing she's done for me. I also enjoy visiting her gallery, which she curates with a rotating array of art by local, affordable artists, because she believes in encouraging not just those who have a following, but up and comers, too. I own several of her pieces as well. It's a mixed media gallery, so you'll find pottery, jewelry and gift items, too. Visit and let Sawsan help you pick a frame or art that fits your taste and budget. You'll be glad you did. read more

My husband and I got our professional maternity photos framed by Sawsan at her shop and it made all the difference! She carefully crafted each frame and made them look very unique. We trusted her artistic sense so much that we gave her the freedom to design and frame our photos as she saw fit and we absolutely love them. In fact, everyone who sees them on our wall compliments the framing! We look forward to working with her again in the future. read more

This place has been around forever. I have had three shadow boxes framed for graduations and they were beautiful. I was first referred to the Frame Company in Dublin by Aaron Brothers. We had a favorite art piece that needed to be resized to hang in a new location and loved the frame it was in so didn't want to reframe. When I picked up the piece, I was amazed as you couldn't tell it was reframed. I returned with a custom framed mirror request. Sawsan suggested a frame I would not have selected myself and the result was stunning. I will take all my special framing projects to Frame Company and look forward to the new gallery and specialty items - in time for Holiday shopping! read more

Love the Frame Company. I call the owner "the frame lady" because of her wonderful work.
