Just got back from Diablo Frame Design & couldn't be happier!…read more Got this picture made out of grass strands while in Mexico City & Cholula - no lie, this guy takes dead grass off of the lands of the Great Pyramid Of Tipanipa & formulates these fantastic, colorful, pictures ***************Quick History Lesson************ The Pyramid of Tipanipa is the largest single structure in Mexico. Towering 181 feet high and covering an area of some 25 acres - the largest base for any pyramid structure in the world! The Spaniards conquered the Mayans & tore down the Pyramid & built their Church on top of the hill - Seen from a distance today, you'll just see a large hill surrounded by a city, with a Colonial church resting at its summit ********************************************* So after a whopping $15 for my Objet d'Art , Diablo Frame set me up right. The lady who works there spent a lot of time to talk about the art piece & her vision for its rustic housing & I totally agreed w/ everything she suggested Being a small shop, there was a bit of back-log & it took about 2 weeks to get my Masterpiece back - but it was no big deal to me b/c I was out of town & besides, quality takes time! What I can say about it......... well worth the wait An absolute perfect setting for my grassy remembrance of the Mayan Pyramid & my exploration of Cholula - cost was about what I'd expect from a custom frame shop as well.... $160 Diablo frame also had some super-cool-looking jewelry & I'm definitely going back to check out these original pieces - b/c I'm a sucka for sparklies Dress my wall, dress myself - great combo!

THIS MAN IS A TRUE ARTIST…read more My grandfather was a picture framer. I know a lot about picture framing. I am elderly and have many pieces of fine art. I have been to many, many wonderful picture framers in my life. They have really done fine work. However, in my long life I have never seen such wonderful work as Rodolfo does. He has the eye of a true artist. His attention to detail is incredible. I brought him a painting that was 100 years old. The job he did is just beautiful. From the frame, the mat, and the glass look really wonderful. I could write much more about how gorgeous is store is, but suffice it to say that anyone who comes here will really be impressed. His prices are surprising affordable. I urge you to bring your framing needs to him. In addition, he is one of the nicest, kindest people I have met in my long life. A true gentleman.

I had 7 pieces of art that I wanted to update the matting for, some with multiple openings in one frame. He assisted with the color choices but was never pushy in an attempt to needlessly make me pay more than a fair price. Moreover, I have been to 3 framers for a very special custom piece and never went through with the order because of poor designs and awful customer service. Devondre did what they couldn't due in 15 minutes and I gladly paid $600 for this one special piece. From selling me a few quick ready mades, redesigning mats for pieces I already have, to custom work, I got 8 pieces completed in an hour. Thank you Devondre, you have a new regular customer in me.

She came into my home with dozens of options, hanging canvas's up on my wall where I was able to study them, take a picture and feel the art in the space - then - all of a sudden, I turn around after she has put another two pieces up and WOW that's it. I would have never picked what I picked in any store - but seeing on my wall in MY living room - I knew - it spoke to me, and that was it. The framer came shortly after, framed it perfectly and it's now hanging on my wall. Do you know how many pictures and how much time I would have had to lug in my car and put up each piece only to probably return it and start all over again? Too many hours to count - too many holes in my wall - too many trips to countless stores. Noa is awesome, talented, warm, friendly and honest about what works and what doesn't AND there is no pressure. It's free for her to come and take a test drive of art in your home! Highly recommend!
