Our instructor Will was very helpful, super charismatic & outgoing personality! Our bartender Laney was amazing, shout out to her for all the drinks! The mini bar menu has many options you will definitely find something up your ally. You can drink as much as you want or not drink at all. You are also welcomed to bring snacks with you to eat if needed. My cousins & I really enjoyed the step by step paint and sip night. He gave clear instructions, played great music and kept those mimosas flowing. We want to go back to take more of his classes. My husband LOVES Pinot's Palette. If it's any consolation, he is the definition of a "manly man" and *loves* date night here.... So much so, that it's always his idea when we go! The art teachers have always been wonderful. My husband has ADHD, and he struggles to quickly follow and understand the artistic directions. He tends to need to stand up in the front and watch the teacher paint-- and ask a few questions in order to replicate. The teachers have always been very patient and kind and gently balance the class need and speed with what he needs as a more complicated student. Our art pieces have always come out well enough to hang on the wall. Overall, it's just a super fun date experience if your love language is quality time (like mine!). read more

We had such an amazing time at the sip and paint class with Will as our instructor! He made the whole experience so fun, relaxed, and enjoyable. Will has the perfect balance of being encouraging, patient, and incredibly talented. he explained everything clearly and made sure everyone felt comfortable no matter their skill level. We came here today for an 8 year old's birthday party. We didn't realize that this place hosted birthday parties for kids! The art studio is spacious, with painting in half the shop and seating in the other half. The instructor did an amazing job guiding the kids and keeping them busy painting, while the adults were able to catch up. It was such a fun time, and the location was perfect. It's inside Danville Livery, so there was ample parking, and you felt safe having the kids run around outside! Highly recommended!!! read more

I was so looking forward to my first experience at a Paint Nite! While I am happy with the painting I did at Pinot's Palette, I feel that the instructor who was assigned to us was a bit abrupt, did not walk around and give us suggestions, nor did she repeat instructions; we had to ask. The later the session wore on, she seemed annoyed when painters asked for more paint as we were needing to blend our colors. I would return, but will request a different instructor. read more

I was here for a work/team building event. We weren't sure what we thought of this, but not a bad idea! Our event included two drink tickets and we brought dessert since we were celebrating a birthday. With that being said, for the average person that came in here. You would sign up for a paint class. The beer/wine/soda/snacks are a separate cost. You place your personal belongings in a cubby, grab and apron and a spot. Our class was follow the instructor. This was probably a good idea since everyone's interpretation is different. There are classes where you paint something specific. Would I go back and do this on my own? No, because I suck at this. We had a blast! Pure fun and much needed giggles. Haven't laughed this much in years. Highly recommend. The teacher guided us through painting a serene landscape of a colorful lake at dusk. We were 10 people in the session, each one with a different interpretation of the same painting. The teacher spent a few minutes with each of us and shared our individual paintings with the group. Upbeat, light pop music played in the background. We were served snacks and drinks while painting.. What a treat! 2 hour session: $41 Drinks and snacks: $20 Time: Showed up at 6:35pm and left around 9:30pm Looks like the space can comfortably accommodate 24 painters. We celebrated best friends birthday with a group of six couples. We were all assigned seats near one another so it was nice we could chat while painting. We participated in a dual painting night where two canvases line up to make one picture. The painting: The instructor was thorough and provided the room with confidence in each step of the painting process. I believe the specific painting we did was pretty simple which was a good starting class for most of our first time. We are excited about the outcome of our paintings and did not feel rushed through the process. They had ample breaks for people to admire one another's work, get drinks at the bar, snack on the food they brought, and use the restroom. The one issue I had with the set up was our table was very crowded. This might have just been because the canvases had to be set up so close to one another for the dual painting but we had no real room to mix our paint but to place the plate on our laps. Food and Drinks: They do not offer food but allow you to bring in your own. We brought some charcuterie that we could set up on a back table. We wish we had the seats next to it since there was literally no room to place a small snack plate at our work space. They have a bar with wine and beer. It was $6 for a beer and we purchased a bottle of red for $22. Overall: I would definitely come back and enjoy another paint night. I would probably eat dinner before and possibly bring just some small dessert since there wasn't space to really enough space to eat while working. All of the staff was very friendly and accommodating providing us with any supplies we needed and cleaning up our space and the night progressed. read more

We had a company event with 34 people, and everyone loved it. Anna, the owner is simply amazing from start to finish. We ordered pizza and it showed up without plates and napkins. Anna had us covered and supplied both. Too many times customer service is not up to par these days, so it was very refreshing to receive such wonderful customer service. It was how it should be. Annie, the art instructor was enjoyable to paint with...very entertaining and engaged with the group. Loved her music selection as well. Sharon, our personal bartender was wonderful. She worked nonstop to make sure no one went thirsty (wine, beer, soda's, water and coffee). She was a joy to work with. She also assisted me with a table set up with awards. Cybelle was the instructor, and her sister Chelsea was the host. They were both outstanding! Cybelle made painting easy and was engaging and entertaining. Chelsea was friendly and energetic. This was my first but certainly not my last time to do this! What can I say, this place is just so much fun. I booked this spot for my birthday with 2 other friends on a whim and it turned out to be great. If you're thinking of a cool birthday place, date night, out of towners, small company get together, or just something different to do..this is it. What's great is that you can go to their website and location and see what you will paint for that class. When you get there you have your paints on the plate ready, a nice blank canvas, the brushes, and of course the wine. The studio was bright and had all the great paintings on the wall. It's a nice way to mingle and get to see others paintings and also talk with them. The teaches is really good at walking you through the steps and goes around to help you with your piece of art. For $49 it is worth the experience and piece that you take home in the end. Will be going again for sure! My daughter was supposed to join a friend for their kids' camp today but the friend wasn't able to come. She was a little nervous about going by herself, and when I dropped her off at nine I was a little nervous too. However, when I came back at 1 pm she was all smiles and clearly had a great day. She made a beautiful painting, got to pick another painting out to take home, made a tie-dye T-shirt, made a little booklet, and had a snack and lunch. She talked about how beautiful and kind the teachers are, "including the lady who has seven cats." She had an absolutely magnificent day, something she hasn't had frequently in the last year and a half. I'm bummed the rest of the kid camps are sold out because I would have turned around and put her in another one. I will keep looking for kids activities here because they do a marvelous job and my child had a great time. My girlfriend arranged this evening which ended up being a lot of fun. This class allows you to relax, channel your inner "Matisse" onto canvas while drinking wine and hanging with friends. Instructor teaches you step-by-step how to paint the subject so no need to be intimidated by this class. Most classes are over 2-3 hour period but flies by because you're listening to music, painting, drinking, laughing or admiring other's artwork. I made a reservation for me and my daughters about a week before but they didn't have our seats together as I requested so they had to put me at the end crowding the table and making it hard to have enough space for my paint brushes etc. they in general were disorganized and even dumped a bottle of paint on a guest. I the instructor talked about being a drag king in her other job which was just kinda odd especially around my young daughter. We started this Christmas tradition last year but went to Livermore e.
