They have a variety of menu food along with a lot of pre made pizza slices to choose from. Between the two, our entire group was pleased. My fiancé and I were having trouble finding places to eat in Nags Head, but we came across this little joint. We come from a beach town ourselves, so we try to avoid all touristy restaurants. However, this felt so genuine and laid back. The service was prompt, and the pizza was amazing! Between the two of us, we got three pizza slices and a salad. It was all well-worth the value! The only complaint I have is the little amount of seating space available. However, they still try to accommodate this by providing seating outside. Pizza was ready when they said it would be for carry out. 1 medium cheese and 1 medium pepperoni. Both had slightly burned crust :(. Went to pay and they didn't accept American Express as a form of payment. Had to dig through my wallet and find my business check card that luckily I had with me. Pizza wasn't that bad. Apparently we came on a bad day for the staff. We were greeting at the door by a loud "shut the door" as our family of 7 worked their way in. The 2 employees seemed overwhelmed by our family along with another group of 10 that walked in at the same time. Came in tonight 1/16/20 around 6:30. Havent even gotten to the cottage to eat the food but I'm LIVID that my boyfriend and I were just accused of stealing a freaking 2 liter sprite. My boyfriend and I ordered out food and after we realized that we didnt have drinks in our airbnb so he got back in the line and ordered a second order, only a 2 liter sprite. When our food came out my boyfriend went to the register to get our sprite we had ordered. The same boy who rang my boyfriend up BOTH TIMES swore we didnt order the sprite and they werent going to give it to us because they supposedly couldnt find the receipt on the register. I asked the kid if he remembered talking to my boyfriend the second time and he said yeah but he didnt remember the sprite. The lady obviously running the shift just gave us the sprite. The guy didnt even charge my boyfriend the right menu price for the sprite, on the menu its 2.50, change wouldve been 2.50. My boyfriend only got charged for 2.00 so 3 dollars change. When he came up to the register to get the sprite the boy told him the total would be 2.70 so he gave him the menu price. LOL I work in restaurant management and if i didnt know any better about slick employees Id say he pocketed an easy 5 dollar from a cash order and gave us our change. Someone needs to check the cameras because it was also very embarrassing being called a liar when I watched my boyfriend buy the drink. Dont know how the food will be but just ask for a receipt if you ever order food. read more

Still searching for great pizza delivery in the OBX! We just hate to order chain pizza while vacationing, so we tried Slice Pizzeria because of it's yelp rating. This pizza was just okay. It wasn't the worst I've ever had, but certainly not the best and definitely not traditional New York style pizza. The flavors were good, but the crust was too chewy...sort of like cardboard. The delivery was timely, although the driver was clearly in a huge hurry as he peeled out of our driveway and squealed his tires down the road. We'll keep looking for our favorite beach pizza. read more

Visiting OBX with the family and decided on pizza for dinner. They have a nice variety and the taste is great. Being used to NY pizza, we are always nervous about what we might get while traveling. We were pleasantly surprised. Additionally, service was very good, everyone was friendly and helpful. The pizza was ready fast and the price was reasonable for a tourist area. Pros: good crust and sauce Cons: $7 ceaser salad was more of a personal side salad. Would it hurt them to add some extra lettuce? Based on the price i expected it to be an entree salad (especially since a ceaser doesnt really have any toppings), but it wasnt even shareable among two as a side. Pizza toppings are not fresh - frozen spinach, canned mushrooms, large unripe tomatoes Garlic knots are more like airy dinner rolls topped with garlic. They tasted decent, but doesnt match the description. Most of these reviews are saying the food is overpriced. I wouldnt have thought so if the ingredients were actually fresh, but given the quality - I would definitely agree. Overall, i was so disappointed with my experience here that wish i could get a refund. read more

This is not the all-time best pizza I've ever had, but it was very good. Has a good selection of specialty pies with some I hadn't heard of before. Baked ziti or baked spaghetti pizza were two of those. Stone oven, too. They also have a deep dish pizza, but we only tried the regular. Has all the traditional toppings and a few less-typical ones. I was surprised to find that broccoli and eggplant were standard toppings. They have some premium toppings like fresh basil, too. I wouldn't hesitate to go back. read more

Got carry out right after Hermine hit. Put order in and had to wait 45 minutes for the pizza due to the crowd. The staff was overwhelmed but were working hard. My only complaint was not the pizza, it was good. The feedback is the pizzas could have been delivered if the staff had been more organized with a good system. Orders seemed to be getting mixed up and the system to clear the order queue looked messy. Pizzas we got were the pepperoni and the marguerite. Both really good. Would go back. read more

Not just your ordinary pizzeria! You can get pizza by the slice or a whole pie. You choose. If you're not in the mood for pizza, there are sandwiches and pasta which are excellent too! The pizza is fabulous. Chicken Parmesan and Philadelphia CheeseSteak sandwiches are 10" subs of flavorful deliciousness. It's a must stop for us weekly. read more

Good pizza! Skimpy salads. Delivery takes a very very long time. Ours arrived cold. We prefer warm pizza! As we ordered delivery to a hotel, one would hope that restaurant management or delivery professional would be thoughtful enough to provide plastic forks for the salad we ordered or paper plates for pizza, or even napkins. Best pizza in the OBX! And they deliver! I'd recommend the Natural Gourmet pizza - fresh mozzarella, fresh basil, and a perfect crust - simple, but so good! Very much enjoyed the margherita pizza slices that I had there, and the grape Fanta (having good drinks is the sign of a quality establishment). Marked down to 4 stars because it is so very small, and because one of the wait-staff was a little slow on the up-take and seemed confused by me wanting to sit at their counter and have two slices of pizza. Is it real NY style? Eh, who cares? I imagine people say it is because it has pre-made pizzas sitting there that they rewarm for you on request. But the crust didn't seem NY-ish to this Pittsburgher. Lots of choices and if you have the picky eater with you, They should be able to find something that they like too. If not its their own fault. I got the stuffed meat pie, and it was full of every type of meat you can think of. The downfall I wasn't expecting onion (not a fan) and this had its share. Still enjoyed the pie, just would have been better without the O's. The other pizza was cheese and supreme which both of the others with me had no problem eating. Small area to eat inside and a slightly larger area outside. 2 of us wanted to eat in, and 1 out, however no tables on the inside so we ate outside. Them temp was close to 95 so not exactly the best setting, but food was enjoyable. Normal temps in a OBX evening, and it would be a lot of fun to sit outside and enjoy the food. Prices were fair, staff was polite. Will return and maybe consider takeout. read more
