We ordered well ahead of time online, that way it would be ready for pick up as we passed by. After ordering, you will get an estimated time of when it will be ready. We were given a time and then made a stop before coming here. However, they are quicker than the estimated time. Which is a great thing, less waiting when you pull up, but not good if you get stuck elsewhere beforehand. Pulled in, right up to the window, let them know I had an order. Within seconds, my order was in my hands. The hardest part about this was the enticing smell in your vehicle back to your house. Totally takes over and your stomach starts grumbling. When we got back, we immediately opened up those boxes so the aroma filtered through the house. Each pizza was amazing. The garlic bread was amazing. The right amount of garlic that doesn't overpower. Then the pizza itself blows you away. Perfect crust, perfect amount of sauce, perfect amount of toppings. Made you go back for a slice over and over again. Then it doesn't hurt that there are personal touches to each box with a message. Each box has a message when you open. A nice touch from such an amazing place to grab a slice.

It somehow captures all the flavors of a really good smash burger, complete with the tangy "special sauce" flavor, pickles, beef, cheese, and onions, but on a wood-fired pizza crust. It sounds a little ridiculous on paper. It works. I also accidentally ordered one of their cannabis-infused cocktails because I apparently skipped over an important word on the menu. It did exactly what it promised without sending me into another dimension, which was appreciated. The only downside was that I spent the rest of the evening happily eating leftover Smash Burger Pizza and wondering why anyone would order anything else. The atmosphere was laid back, the service was friendly, and we'll always say anything positive about anyone who helps take care of our sweet little one. My daughter who is extremely gluten sensitive has to cut off a piece of her pizza because the waitress bumped it against mine when she put it on the table. In her defense, we had no room for it. When the waitress brought back my youngest daughters Smash Burger (because they didn't put cheese or mayo on it) she could only fit half the plate on the table. So my 8 year old ate off a plate with half the plate dangling off the side...bizarre. I'm giving 2 stars because I believe the meal could've been better. Living in a family with gluten allergies and having none...I get how it can be frustrating (apologies to those gluten free...I get that it's way more frustrating for you). I'd probably stick with a pretzel, order a standard smash burger & do the beer sampler. If you're driving over 15 minutes to get here, probably safest to try somewhere else.
