Figured I would start with the lowest on the OBX totem pole. The pizza was average at best. Thankfully I have other pizza places in the area to recommend, bc this ain't it. The pizza felt low quality. High bread density, cheap sauce, and overall bland. If you live there and never venture out to any pizza beyond this block I understand the reviews. We went here today for lunch. It was still good prices per slice. The pizza was good. Crunchy bottom and delicious on top. It was nice and hot when it was served. I have no issues with the service. This was my first experience with this establishment based on a recommendation. I will not be going there again. We ordered two pizzas, and both had very doughy crust that was difficult to chew. The vegetables on top of the Supreme were raw. The flavor of the sauce was bland. A side order of garlic knots were most disappointing. It was simply dinner rolls connected together with a brush of garlic butter on top, 90 percent bread. The marinara with them was flavorless. Sadly, nothing positive to report. read more

Proper NY Pizza! By far the BEST pizza in the OBX. We got the slices of cheese, margarita, deep dish, and a couple specialties. Prices are about normal for what the pizza economy is. The restaurant is fun and great outdoor seating! Highly recommend if you're in search of good pizza. It's a kind of pizza you'd be happy with eating once a week. I haven't been to this place in almost a decade. That being said when I came home to visit my best friend's birthday this was the number one on our food list. Did not disappoint. The service is quick and he even helped me with ordering as I didn't remember what things could be ordered or how they could be ordered for just slices. best pizza in town! We go there every year the night we get into town! We normally just buy slices but have also ordered pizzas to go!

Good pizza at a reasonable beach price. Major issue we had is that they do not answer their phone and make you either order on-line or in person. It is impossible to make changes or special requests from the on-line menu. For example we ordered a pasta dish, along with a salad and several pizzas, and we wanted the sauce on the side. That can not be requested when ordering over the internet. Even when ordering inside the restaurant they are very rigid with the menu. A person in our party wanted grilled chicken on their pasta and they would not do it. However another member of our party ordered a salad and they were able to get grilled chicken on the salad. We then asked to get the grilled chicken on the side and gave it to the person who wanted it on their pasta. There really was no reason to go through all of that. read more

Looking for really good NY style pizza that tastes great. Here you go. You will have to take it outside to eat if you want to sit, or a little counter can fit a couple people to stand and eat. This is an order and go place for pizza and salads. I have only tried their pizza, regular and thick crust pizza several times and then eat it in the car in the parking lot. I asked some locals where to get the best pizza in Nags Head/Kitty Hawk and this place was on everybody's list, so I gave it a go. Ordered the Margherita and was exceedingly pleased. The chewy crust, fresh ruby-red plum tomatoes, and fresh basil were excellent, but to me the stars of this pie-show were the fresh garlic, which was very liberally applied and immensely satisfying, and the fresh mozzarella. You know how real, fresh moz feels pillowy when you bite it? And how it has that mild but distinctive and unmistakable, beautiful flavor? BAM. This moz was as good as any I've had in NYC or anywhere else. Delicious food! I love their homemade, thick, and super garlicky Garlic Knots. I highly recommend to try the pizza and cheesesteak! If you like huge slices of pizza and foods with lots of ooey gooey cheese, this is the place to try. Parking was easy, they only have an outdoor eating area. Some employees were friendly. I am impressed by how well they handle the long line. I don't think I've every been here when it is not crowded, so definitely patience is key! I'd recommend this place for a tasty bite to eat!
