Good price. But low quality tires. Missing parts on the trailer. Side door when open has nothing to secure it open, missing rubber on door handle ends, no pin for ball hitch. Not all all wood panels where screwed off. The trailer was spose to be delivered around 6pm. About 7:30 PM got a call with a excuse and should be there soon. For the next 2 hours I would get a call with a excuse and there on there way. Trailer showed up at 2am. But I was a sleep by then. Next morning at 8am. Given excuses. Would be ZERO STARS! I ordered a custom built enclosed trailer from Sky-Sky Trailers. They gave inaccurate completion dates and I made multiple trips down there because they said it was ready only to find out that it wasn't. After I received the trailer I noticed a number of deficiencies: the main door had 8 random holes drilled into it and was not plum; the wrong exhaust fan was installed and the one I ordered was missing; the underside of the trailer was plywood that was not coated ( it was bare wood); holes in the frame for the electrical wires had sharp edges that would cut the wires over time; they put the wrong wheels on the trailer; the roof was to be 1 piece of metal but what I got was multiple pieces; etc. The workmanship was very poor. I have photographic proof of these and many more defects, copies of which I have sent to them. I tried calling them to fix these and other issues but they ignored me (so much for the warranty). I also tried to have them compensate me for my time to fix their problems but they once again ignored me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. read more

This was a great buying experience! I had been in contact with BJ for several weeks about a 20' enclosed trailer. We decided to buy on a Saturday afternoon around 4pm. BJ said no problem, and we had our trailer delivered 100+ miles to our home in perfect condition later that evening. BJ took a lot of photos of the trailer prior to sending it out for delivery and sent me the photos. Once it arrived I was able to detail inspect the trailer prior to any paper work. The trailer arrived as advertised and in perfect condition. I paid the driver and signed the dmv paperwork and done deal. Can't say enough about BJ staying in touch via text which is easier for me. Wow!! Worst customer service! Purchased trailer and received delivery January 20,2020. Have called several times only to be given the run around by the manager/finance. I to this date July 14, 2020 have not received my license plates or registration. After several calls with no return call i finally got a hold of the dmv person who said she found my sales file had been filed away and DMV was never processed! Ok, so she went to DMV and had registration issued and sent me info that she had both registration and plates and would mail to me. That was almost 3 weeks ago and i looked at a picture i was sent via text and see they put incorrect zip code on registration! It has a zip code of 95195 which i see no such postal code in the US. So where did they go? To postal zip code 95195 in Germany? WTF is wrong with these people? No one cares or wants to follow up on their jobs, for sure i would not recommend anyone i know to suffer this poor business. read more

Do not trust this company, ADAM is nice at first like everyone says. But he is not a man of his word and just wants your money, after that they could care less about you. I spent $8k with sky trailers direct and received the product late. The trailer is poor quality and has poor craftsmanship. Don't believe in the warranty cause I guarantee they won't stick to it. Received the trailer with a saw cut in the floor and the door didn't fit the frame, it had nearly an inch gap where water could leak in. I drove the trailer back to him 3 hours round trip. Adam said he was gonna fix the door and tried sending it back the way it was saying the door was " just fine", after he told me he would change it in person. He has poor standards and doesn't inspect the trailers before they leave the lot. He ended up changing the door after I had to fight for it, and acted like he was doing me a favor (really dude, I spent 8 thousand dollars with your company, you're welcome). I bought an extra interior LED light from them for $100 dollars and it broke within a month. The "good ride" tires they put on were cheap and fell apart within 4K miles (Had to spend another $600 on new ones). The trim around the wheel well fell off and he was supposed to send me a new one and never did. The frame on the trailer isn't put together right and not welded properly, looks they grabbed a bunch of scraps and put them together. The sheet metal started to warp after I started to put weight in the trailer, which was the first trip with it. Very unhappy with the product I received and recommend spending a little more with a company that puts pride in there work. read more

My father in law ordered a 24' enclosed trailer over the phone. The trailer was supposed to be ready June 18th. Called, texted, email to see if it was ready. NO RESPONSE. This went on tell a text was sent to cancel the order then the phone rang. They couldn't find the paperwork, we don't have your number. (How did you text and call back) July 2nd next date and that was missed. Trailer now going to be ready weekend of July 10th and you guessed it, still not ready. Going to get deposit back and go with another company. This company run by flakes. I found one out of Georgia that will do the same trailer and ship for less money. They lie, lie, lie. I started looking for a 20 foot enclosed car trailer about 5 months ago. I looked at many different makes during that time. Some of the places I went didn't really take an interest in showing me what I needed. I found SKY TRAILERS on Craig's list. Called and spoke to Adam. He answered all of my questions and invited me to their factory. I went there and was happy to see how they built their trailers. Although he didn't have one in stock for me, he said they could have one ready by the end of the following week. I told Adam I would pick the trailer when it was ready. I purchased a trailer here a few months ago. Two axles, electric ram, dumping trailer. It was a long drive for me, but they hooked me up with the correct hitch, spare tire and pigtailed in a four flat connector for the lights. I don't know where to start I was promised 10 days for the 20 foot enclosed trailer to be built and delivered, on day 26 I still didn't have the trailer, finally got the trailer they delivered it to the wrong place when it got to my work the plywood on the inside of the trailer looked like they used some scraps that they had laying in back it looks horrible I was moving and Adam was so late on the delivery I had no option but to take it! Adam was suppose to have the plates and title sent to my new address he sent it to my old address and I still haven't received it and now Adam will not return my phone call so I gave him over $6000 and I can't even prove this trailer is mine! About 2 weeks ago I decided to buy a two axle dump trailer. I had owned trailers from another company for many years and decided to buy yet another of that brand. I first tried Craigslist to see if I could find a fairly newer used one at a good price. That is where I ran across SKY Trailers. The price for their new trailer, identical to the one I planned to buy from another brand/dealer, was considerably less for basically the same trailer. After a conversation with Adam, I decided I would buy from SKY Trailer. I made my decision for several reasons: 1. Same trailer/better price...dump trailer + tarp + spare tire mounted altogether was less cost than just the trailer from the other company I was going to buy from. 2. Same incredible quality (possibly better!). 3. Adam promised I could have my trailer in 2 days after ordering vs. 2 weeks from the other company. 4. Very low deposit to secure the order. 5. Incredible service and attention to detail throughout the entire transaction. 6. They would deliver the trailer to me when ready. 7. Advised me on how to price my old trailer to sell. So today...only 3 days after placing my order (completely sight unseen) and giving them my deposit (would have been 2 days but one of those days was a Sunday...everyone deserves a day off!),,,they promptly delivered my trailer. They DELIVERED...TO MY HOUSE! I DID NOT HAVE TO PICK IT UP!!! This trailer is exactly what I was hoping for and more. It arrived in flawless, spectacular condition with all the accessories...spare tire, tarp, dump control, etc. The driver, Danny, spent some time with me going over absolutely everything and making sure everything worked as expected. They took care of all the paperwork, DMV, government garbage required when buying a vehicle, etc. A few simple signatures and final payment over the phone and we were done. ZERO hassle! I am so happy with this trailer...it is awesome. From just a few simple, quick phone calls Adam/SKY Trailer understood exactly what I wanted and delivered it exactly perfect! I went there knowing they didn't have in stock and I needed it within a couple days. He was able to build a trailer to by specs with all the upgrades and everything I wanted, and delivered it ON TIME!!! About a week later I noticed a few more thing I wish I could have added and I gave them a call and he said bring it by. Within a couple hours he added all the fixings with no hassle!! bought a 24' enclosed trailer for hauling my toys to the desert. adam was who i worked with. trailer was over a month late of the date they told me but thats not my issue. on the 3rd trip the bolts fell out of the of the trailer suspension the leaf springs slammed to the frame and thankfully the trailer didnt flip. i was able to get it home. i contacted adam asking to purchase the proper nuts bolts and vinyl sieves. told him i have no problem doing the work myself. told him id pay for parts, shipping what ever. he said he would handle it. months went by never got parts. several phone calls and texts were exchanged of me re sending the photos and list of parts i needed. every time he said "he would take care of it." i never got my parts. after 6 months he quit responding. the trailers are made very quickly without much attention to detail (like tightening leaf spring bolts) turns out several of the suspension bolts were not tightened properly. there were also other things i had to finish myself seems they are more interested in new customers then taking care of the ones that already purchased trailers. read more

I bought a 12 foot dump trailer with 4 foot sides about eight months ago. It has dual axle brakes and I upgraded to 6000 pound axles. Trailer is awesome! It has worked perfectly every time even with 7000 pounds of cargo in it. The single piston ram works every time to dump the load. My only critical observation is some of the paint is peeling off the exterior of the trailer less than a-year-old. So I want to sand that down, prime and repaint it. Otherwise it has been perfect. The structural integrity of the unit is very good and rivals the competition. Best bang for the buck on the market. Highly recommend this company. I was worried a little when I found Sky Trailers. I had not heard of them, so my spidey senses were up a little. When I talked to Adam, I felt much more comfortable but I still wanted to make sure everything was on the up and up. Ultimately, I felt good enough to order a 20 ft tandem axle enclosed with a ramp gate and side door. I was stunned when the trailer was delivered. It is better quality than some of the "brand name" trailers I was looking at from Norco or other guys. POOR QUALITY!!! ONE STAR RATING IS TOO MUCH. Customer service is terrible. Brought my trailer in for warranty work and they tried to charge money for fixing mistakes from a hastily built trailer. Paint was still wet when received, missing picket pockets, missing keys. While in for warranty work found out that bolts for pivot point were falling out and one bolt was missing. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE...Not a reputable company, make sure you read all reviews. Trailers are priced cheap for a reason...no quality control!!! Took 3 days to get warranty repairs that owner tried to bill for. Owner told me that salesman ADAM that sold trailer to me at the SKY facility did not work for them...very convenient. I CAN'T express enough that if you looking for good dump trailer search ELSEWHERE. There is a 3 day wait for repairs for a reason. Again read all reviews so you can eliminate the phony 4 star ratings. I'm a real unsatisfied customer. read more

Sky Trailers doesn't keep their word at all. On March 31st of this year I bought a trailer which was 3300$ and then went up to 4400$ which I payed them right away in cash for a trailer that they delivered at night time. the next day I checked the trailer and it was poorly welded everywhere. I sent them pictures and they took it back and build me a new one which I'm not able to use because they didn't give me the registration, plates, or title. So I basically only have a receipt with really really bad handwriting that is barely noticeable. I got pulled over by a highway patrol he told me the next time they see me with the trailer they will tow it because of the fact that Sky Trailers gave me no registration, license plates, or title which I already paid Sky for. Three weeks ago they told me they have my plates in their office and that they will send them to me today is July 10 of 2017 I called 909-549-1635 and he told me to piss off I don't know if this is how he treats all of his customers but I'm sure that this is the wrong way. I will certainly never buy another trailer from them and overall I've had a really bad experience with Sky. Now I don't know what to do to get my paperwork. read more
