My wife and I purchased a brand new 2025 Apex Nano 221 RLS from Laguna RV on August 2. Before signing, I negotiated with Steve, the finance manager, who clearly agreed that an extra solar panel and second battery would be included at no additional cost ( see attached pic) . After I signed and paid in full, I later discovered they added a $400 charge for the solar panel anyway, even though I have proof it was agreed to be free. They also charged me a $995 dealer prep fee for a full inspection and setup, which clearly was not performed. Immediately after bringing the RV home, I discovered multiple defects: the entrance door would not close properly, there was a loud mechanical noise from under the refrigerator, and the battery was draining down while not in use. I contacted Laguna RV and on August 12 I drove two hours to return the RV for repairs and to install the solar panel they failed to include the first time. I picked up the RV on August 16 and was told everything was resolved. However, the very next day, while preparing for our trip, I discovered two holes in the brand new floor, additional damage under the recliners, and that all the tank sensors (black, gray, and fresh water) were not working at all. With only days before my departure and no time to drive back again, I had to hire a mobile RV technician, who confirmed the issues were not quick fixes. When we finally went on our trip, the water pump failed approximately 80 percent of the time. We could not properly shower, flush the toilet, or wash hands, and the tanks overflowed because the sensors did not work. This completely ruined our trip and was unacceptable for a brand new RV. On top of that in few occasions the shower drain water got flooded so did the toilet since again the tanks sensors didn't work and we couldn't tell the tanks levels... On our way back from the trip, the situation became dangerous. About 30 minutes into the drive home, one of the weight distribution hitch bars that Laguna RV had installed fell off while driving, and we were unable to locate it. We had no choice but to continue driving with only one bar, which is not safe. Two hours later, when we arrived at a gas station, I heard a loud boom. The second bar had also fallen off. I retrieved it and disconnected the hitch entirely, and had to drive the rest of the way without any distribution bars, which defeated the entire purpose of having a distribution hitch and put us in a dangerous situation. After the trip, I brought the RV back again on September 13. Bob, the service manager, told me he submitted a warranty claim with Forest River to have the damaged floor repaired. For five weeks, every time I followed up, he told me he was still waiting for approval from the manufacturer. I eventually contacted Forest River directly and was informed that no claim had ever been submitted. Only when I confronted Bob with that information did he actually send the claim. At this point, the RV has spent more time in Laguna RV's possession than mine. I am making monthly payments on a brand new RV that was delivered with defects, unsafe conditions, and items that were never properly inspected despite a $995 prep charge. I am now filing a formal Consumer Affairs complaint and pursuing legal action through my attorney to recover the unauthorized $400 solar panel charge, the $995 dealer prep fee, the $550 I paid for the hitch installation that was done improperly, and compensation for loss of use, safety risks, and the time and stress this caused my family. I have full documentation of all communication, photos, videos, and agreements. On more point - when I texted Steve ,the finance guy, in regards to the $400 unauthorized solar panel charge he texted back " who is this?".... we basically texted 20 times prior on the same text thread... Based on my experience, Laguna RV acted deceptively, failed to meet contractual obligations, and jeopardized my safety. I strongly warn others not to do business with this dealership. read more

If I could give negative reviews i would. These people ARE SCAMMERS. I was told a week to two weeks to fix damaged metal, new propane leak alarm, fix awning that came out a little... EIGHT WEEKS!! Two weeks into it Bob texted that he lost my list. They hadnt even started or ordered my parts!!! Then i go to get it and the new metal was DENTED, The fridge was MOLDED and everything ruined after PROMISING it would be plugged in. Propane all gone etc. so i left it there to have the NEW METAL fixed.. what a MISTAKE because now its EVEN WORSE. The metal is bubbled and not attached, they fixed the dent but used different color paint and it's OBVIOUS. They went through my things, ruined my wall paper by the door, put in the UGLIEST propane leak alarm that doesnt even fit my wall. I trusted these people with my beautiful 2020 camper and now I have a piece of crap that I have lost thousands of dollars on and I have to go spend another 1200 on new metal AGAIN someplace else because they lied, robbed and didnt even fix the metal properly as it is bubbled and not attached.. im HEARTBROKEN DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE FOR ANYTHING. Scam scam scam do not trust these people they they stole my rv and did not pay me what I was owed they never paid for the rv I consigned there. I had to file on thier surety bond. My wife and I bought a used 2007 Motorhome here and with any used vehicle there are things that needed to be fixed. We were told the hydraulic system would be. It was not there people have worked on it several times and have yet to fix the leaking problem in fact it is the same if not somewhat worse. The cleaning crew did not clean the unit before we took delivery and when they finally did some of our stuff was removed and never placed back in the unit. I am glad it was not anything of high value! When we went to pick the unit up the first time the other things that were suppose to be fixed were not even addressed IE: the headlight that did not work on low beam. There was a propane leak that was never checked or addressed. The repair was not expensive nor hard but it should have been checked by there so called service crew. Bottom line I have taken the RV to another dealership for repairs and will not be back here for anything! read more

I would recommend you DO NOT SHOP HERE. Try mike Thompson or giant rv. This company is extremely unprofessional, unorganized, and out to try to screw you over. I filled out a credit app 4 hours prior to arriving at Laguna rv. When I got there they had no idea what I was talking about. Then one of the guys looked at his phone and said "oh ya here it is". Seriously unorganized. Then during the buying process I said I wanted the gap and not the extended warranty because I'm a mechanic and fix it myself. The finance guy then got a serious attitude and started talking to me like I was an idiot because I wouldn't buy their bs. I then gave them 2 weeks to get the trailer ready for me to pick up. On the day of pickup they tried to scare me from coming down by saying there was 60mph wind and a "hurricane" coming. I looked at the forecast and that was a lie. Then the service manager calls me and tells me the same thing to which I say I'm still coming. He then says oh by the way the slide doesn't work. When we got there you can tell they didn't touch the trailer until the day before. The trailer looked horrible. I said I wanted out of the deal. They then sent 3 sales men to convince me otherwise. Finally they said they would "Zelle" me in 3-5 business days. After 3 business days I called and they said you'll have it tonight. At 5 business days I called and they said there is no way I can get my refund and the owner said I'm not getting my refund until he sells the trailer all of which is illegal. They then found out I had bought elsewhere and laughed and said now you own 2 and that I needed to pick up theirs. After many arguments on the phone I opened up a case with the better business bureau. They then lied to the bbb saying they had already sent a check. I received a check 2 weeks after initially asking for my refund. The check was post marked after the bbb had already been opened and they lied and said they sent it when I asked. This is a joke of a dealership and doesn't even deserve the one start that I have to put. This is the same scammy dealer that was here prior and should be shut down. read more

I went to Laguna RV to possibly purchase a fifth wheel. I ended up purchasing from Laguna RV the same day. This was the first RV I have purchased. The service from beginning to end was terrific! I met all three owners who are brothers, and each of them were so helpful and accommodating. We negotiated on a price, and I got the price I wanted; which I was very happy about. I was given an item I asked for, and they are allowing me to keep my fifth wheel there until my RV lot opens up in a few weeks and they are delivering it there for me. I went back a week later and one of their staff very kindly took the time to go over all the systems and show me how everything worked and being new to RV's this was particularly very valuable for me.
