We had dinner at Sizzler's tonight food was great service was outstanding server Vanessa Perez was quick and great attitude

We had a party of 22 and the service was great. The manager Jimmy went above and beyond to help and make sure everything was fine for us. Will be back again. read more

Visited this location due to being in the area (usually visit Modesto Location). Food was good however halfway through my meal we lost our server due to a staff meeting that took place in the dining room. I was able to over hear the manager (short heavy set male) talking to his staff. He was very unprofessional using aggressive style language and talking down to his staff. I heard him addressing time off. It was clear to me that he needs management training as well as training in professional communication and appropriate ways to handle conflict resolution. I felt bad for the staff for it should not be their responsibility to shoulder the burden of poorly trained management! read more

My wife and I went their for Thanksgiving and it was outstanding. The turkey was excellent. Not sure what their secret is but it was wonderfully cooked. All the sides were great too! Too bad they don't have it every night! Oh well, now I'll have to wait till next year!! read more

This was one of the better sizzlers I have been too. Food was kept fresh at all times and the staff was awesome. Very kept up as well.

Great place to eat the menu has a great selection from steak to seafood, we enjoy the salad bar it has a lots to offer and great deserts, the waitresses are courteous and helpful. Our server today was Maribel read more

I go here several times a month and I love the staff and managers here! We usually go with a large group and everyone there is always friendly and welcoming. The servers comes around often to ask if we need anything. The very few times I've ever needed something fixed, they take care of it immediately. My favorite servers are Myra, Yesenia, Vanessa, Andres and Jessica. The managers are always friendly and welcoming too. I this place and will continue going. read more

As long as your ordering the all you can eat salad bar you'll be very pleased! The steaks at this steak house are insulting. I don't know why they would even sell cuts this small! read more

This location never disappoints me! I got a to go order for my family last week and everything was amazing! Food stayed hot and crispy with the way they line their box's with foil! My order was right and everything tasted absolutely perfect! They definitely have some good workers right now! Keep up the good work everyone! read more

This location is offering outdoor dining. We were served by Yvette and she was awesome! She took our order inside and sent us outside to have a seat. She brought us our drinks right away. She was super attentive the whole time we were there. Even filling our drinks several times as it was super hot. The food came out very fast and was delicious. Great experience in these not so great times. Thank you Yvette! :) read more

Went to Sizzler today and the trip was worth it because of Yadira's excellent customer service! She was always anticipating our needs and was constantly checking on us to make sure we have everything we wanted. And the service always came with a smile on Yadira's face. Thank you Yadira! read more

Good typical Sizzler food and excellent customer service. I'm from SD and have been here twice this year (in the area visiting my sister) and both times encountered the same great service. The staff are exceptional and have gone out of their way to ensure my family and I have a great experience. At the last visit, we made sure to let the manager know his staff was wonderful. I will recommend this place definitely return. read more

Love the food, especially the French Dip sandwich!! Waitress Yadira was super sweet and gave us fresh cheese bread. I enjoy coming here on my way home from Stan State!! Definitely coming back soon. For the sandwich and the strawberry lemonade. 10/10 would recommend! Super refreshing!! read more

Again, the music is LOUD. WHY? This time, the Food was terrible, I mean really terrible. O.K., it was very busy at lunch this time, but aren't you suppose to be prepared for a busy lunch? It was like they were rushed and tried to make up time for anything that was deep fried by turning up the heat on their deep fryer to the highest setting possible. ALL the fried foods were so burned, almost black, but the inside was not cooked. They took everything out as soon as they saw the outside was dark. WORST DINNING experience here, ever. WRITE ME OFF OF COMING BACK HERE. read more

Good food little over cooked for the riblets but other than that was good, love the salad bar. Excellent customer service . kid friendly.

Prepare to be underwhelmed. You can tell they fry everything in the same oil because fried chicken tastes like old onion rings. Not sure when the last time it was cleaned but it tasted awful. The wait staff wasn't bad but the food was abysmal. My stomach felt terrible all night and it didn't feel great the next day either. If you're looking for a place that will stop your appetite, this is it. read more

Every time we've been to Sizzzler it's all been good! I'm pretty picky with food and smell everything that goes into my mouth. I was traumatized as a child, So that's why I smell my food first:) I will continue to eat there. read more

Ugh... what do you do when an establishment that specializes in steak can't make a decent steak???? I didn't think a steak cooked medium was that difficult, but considering the dry, tough, flavorless, MISERABLE pieces of meat that my boyfriend and I both had at Sizzler, maybe I'm wrong. Don't bother with this Sizzler. read more

The food and service were very good. We had 2 small children and the servers and manager, David, really made them feel welcome. A great place to come with the family for a steak dinner. read more

Husband wanted steak and all you can eat shrimp. I wanted their hamburger. First hamburger was yummy. Was also surprised how great the steak was also got allot of shrimp. Never thought I would like the take out. Was wrong. Stop by and get your favorites read more

The salid was good but for the price the rest of the food at the salad bar was horrible. Over cooked or cold. Had no taste to it. If you come here make sure you don't get the salid bar if you do just get the salid. read more

This establishment stays on the cleanliness issue; there was definitely a high level of management involvement in the operation here. The salad bar items seemed very fresh, including the salad toppings, fresh fruit, and in house made salads. It was a disappointment to see chicken wings as opposed to strips of grilled or broiled chicken, which is what the location in Reno/Sparks carries. I have never understood why a restaurant that so emphasizes their salad bar does not put low fat or non fat salad dressing on display...??? Desert was OK. read more

I ate here for my uncle's birthday with my family and were disappointed by how salty many of the dishes were. It was actually the first time I've ever tried Sizzler. My sister had had Sizzler before and said it was good so we just went with it. Big mistake. My uncle and I both ordered the lemon chicken and agreed that our chicken were burnt and the sauce was too salty. We were so bloated from the salty foods the next day. I give it another star because the salad bar wasn't too bad. read more

I like their menu. Great salad bar but priced higher than in the past. Service has always been good and my dinners served in a timely manner Steaks grilled right. I wish they had "better" chicken wings next to the salad bar, but that is personal. Outstanding salad selection to make your own. Fresh!! read more

Sizzler always has a great salad bar and never disappoints. Everything was fresh when we got there. I also had their Malibu chicken with fries and it was delicious as always. My husband usually only gets the salad bar since he loves their wings. We will always be going to sizzlers when the mood strikes. Good place. read more

Brought my Mom here for her 86th birthday! There were three of us and we all enjoyed it. Gabi was our server and she was attentive, efficient and friendly. Our only negative, $18 for planked salmon and was only served with small portion of rice, no veggie or side salad? Overall good meal and Thank you for making Mom feel special read more

Waited about 30 min to order, was seated and was told it would be an hour wait for food, wasn't going to wait an hour was refunded for mine and wife's dinner and four of us ate salad bar for the price of two, 30 min later are food arrived manager said she wanted us to enjoy are meal was very appreciative of what she did, gave the money I was refunded, over $30 as a tip read more

My husband and I went there yesterday for Father's Day. We have liked Sizzler in the past and understood that they were very busy yesterday. However, the baby back ribs I ordered were overdone, dry, and chewy. I was not aware how spicy the sauce would be, or I would not have ordered it in the first place. My husband had steak and lobster and the steak was chewy! We were disappointed after spending almost $50 and won't go back. read more

Sat down to eat out lunch with some of my co-workers, found a machine bolt in the taco meat, manager wasn't too concerned took more than 5 minutes for him to show up and talk to us, only comped 1 meal in stead of everyone's, won't be back read more

Sizzler - American Near Me - Turlock, California

We had a really pleasant dinner experience tonight at Sizzler. While this isn't always our go to place for dinner, we had a super nice and attentive server, Yadira, truly a warm and friendly person. Thanks for a nice evening! read more

I have to say that I had a most enjoyable time here. They are very accomodating as I have a special dietary needs. From the girl at the register to the manager it was one of the best places that I have gone. I love the clam chowder and the broccolli salad. Thanks for a great experience read more

Dinner time with the Mrs. I like this local establishment better the others... stafd always friendly. Clean and food fresh.

I ordered the steak and lobster and the lobster was served on the raw side. I sent it back to be cooked a little more and it came back tasting weird. The steak was descent. Not the best cut of beef, kind of tough and stringy. Garlic bread was good. I would give this place another chance but I would not order the lobster. read more

I am giving them 1 star only because after standing in line with a very large group they finally sat us in the back of the restaurant. I had called earlier to ask if they could help us with seating at 6:30, the manager said no problem. We were doing a presentation to our son, he was promoted to Captain at his FD and was assured that there was no problem it would be available when we hot there. Arrived early and still had to wait over an hour while the waitresses her seating people where we were to be at. NOT A GOOD PLACE FOR A LARGE CROWD. So I will not be giving them my business anymore. Good bye Sizzler, there are alot other restaurants that will accommodate us. read more

We came here for my brothers Birthday and Gabi was the best sever. The food was good and her service was even better. We will definitely be coming back. Clean good food and great service. read more

My awesome experience started right when we walked in, my sister and I were celebrating our Birthdays (we're two weeks apart) anyway we were greeted right away and with a fun, bubbly gal who took our order and made tons of suggestions. The manager Yolanda came out and also greeted us and other guests making us feel at home...she even took us to our half booth half table and from there our server Gabi took great care of us not leaving our drinks empty for one minute gettingus whatever we needed. In fact all the girls I encountered were well mannered and sweet. Clearly Yolanda the GM is doing a great job and I can't wait to come back! Oh not to forget but our night was topped when all the girls came out sang this cute Happy Birthday song and brought us these unique cone ice cream sundea's thank you ladies for making this day so special. It's rare now a days to have yummy food and GREAT customer service at the same time! read more
