Unpatriotic restaurant, all service members stay away. Their military discount is a joke, 5% it used to be 10% last year. They like to put flags up everywhere though as if they're patriotic. Your empty drinks will sit at the end of the table as the waitress just walks by multiple times. Don't get unlimited shrimp because you will only get the initial plate of shrimp. I had to ask 3 times to get my second plate of shrimp even though I paid for unlimited! Extremely short staffed, 1 waitress for 15 tables. The food is ok for a restaurant chain but they're service is pathetic. The manager walks around but fails to do or fix anything. Not gonna come here anymore.... And watch this management will only respond to favorable reviews, they fail acknowledge bad reviews. read more

I haven't been to a Sizler in years and I was pleasantly surprised by the food selection and service. Our server Leo was fantastic and very prompt. Thank you again for for the great service read more

We went to your restaurant with a party of 8 Sunday afternoon for a Birthday celebration. Not a happy experience. I am a senior and ordered a sirloin, med well with a baked potato and salad bar. There was a mix-up with my order and never received my steak or potato and still hadn't received it while having dessert. I asked for a refund and wasn't treated too pleasantly. The guy at the registers brought back a refund without saying sorry. Just told me to sign and let me know how much money I got back. So not a happy camper. Will not be going back. read more

I'm willing to bet this Sizzler is like no other. Salad bar is fantastic . Food is good . Service staff friendly and go the extra mile !!!

Delivery completely wrong, was promised a refund, still waiting. The order that we received they said to keep, we tried to eat it and it was horrible. Steak was cold, grisly, and chewy. I won't ever eat at Sizzler again. read more

It was good! Melinda helped us and served cheese toast. Salad bar was good w/ dessert!

My mom wanted to go there for her birthday lunch. I really did not want to go (I am a vegetarian, she said the had a great salad bar). WOW, that is the nicest salad bar I've ever seen with warm food including corn fritters. It also had a simple desert bar. I would definitely recommend this place. read more

We ordered steak and Malibu chicken dinners cooked at 3 different levels of wellness. They were perfectly cooked as were the baked potatoes. The flavor and quality of the meat was exceptional. This meal made it a perfect Mother's Day treat. This Sizzler has gone out of their way to make curbside pick up a great experience. read more

So I ordered that AYCE Rib-let with 6oz steak for lunch today. I was seated which was cool the lead waitress offered Cheese Toast and she said the order should be coming out soon. 27 min later where's my food and people after me get their dishes. So I called the phone number asked the employee how long does it take to get an AYCE Rib-let and 6oz steak. He said 15-20 min. So he asked why and I had told him then why have I not been served yet. Right after that I got up and looked if the party of 2 in front of my were served and they were almost finished. Sebastian the supervisor apologized and said it will be out soon. I had asked how long since Medium rare takes less time than a well done. So I got my plate started eating and the lady came out and offered anything. I asked what caused my food to be late. She mentioned the chef made a mistake and said food was ready for another table and it was my dish. So I asked her the table that got me food ordered a 6oz steak and Rib-lets with Sautéed mushrooms and vegetable medley? She said yes, then I questioned her then why does my receipt say 6oz steak and rib-lets and the food in front of me is rib-lets, steak, and shrimp with vegetable medley and mushroom. Were they trying to butter me up??? Silly them I rarely eat shrimp. This is the worst Sizzlers. Murrieta, Escondido, Kearney Mesa, and Corona have way better customer service than this location. NEVER EVER EAT HERE AGAIN. I didn't have a chance to eat AYCE because I had rush to finish most of my food to head to work!!! Thanks A lot sizzlers. Haha you offered food comp I took it!! I'll probably give it to someone else to use. If I need steak I will to go the distance and eat Outback instead of eating somewhere close to my work like Sizzlers!!!! read more

I called the store directly because I had questions on menu, Jackie was very helpful and answer all my questions! I wanted to place a delivery oreder but I decided to drive down and thank her personally because she did an amazing job over the phone. We I got home, everything I requested was perfect and delicious! my family was very happy! she mention that soon desserts will be available and encourage me to go back to try them. I definetly will. read more

Food was just ok. But service was EXCELLENT! Leo was our server and he was nothing short of awesome!! You could tell he loves his job because he was smiling and having fun the whole time we were there! Thank you Leo!! You made my day :) read more

My wife and I came to this location not knowing what the food would be like once it came out. To our great surprise our dinners were very fresh and delicious as well as the salad bar very tasty. Our waiter's name was Zane which was also a very nice and pleasant person to make our experience phenomenal! read more

LEO is phenomenal! I don't know how many years he's been working but he (the salad bar and the cheese bread) is the reason that I continue to come! read more

Great location very clean restaurant friendly staff everything was made to order I had a mistake that was about to my table and they fix it right away nice place read more

Our family goes out to eat usually once or twice a week...7 of us. Either Sizzler or Souplantation...tonight we went to Sizzler but most likely won't be returning. you get a kids meal with a drink... $5.99 plus $1.39 for kids drink, they ask what kind of drink do you want for the kids drink, most our kids drink milk...so milk it is. They charge an extra $1.40 for milk (no refills) on top of the $1 .39 they already charge for a kids drink. When I asked the manager about that he says yep that's what it is, I ask if they should be telling people about this crazy upgrade charge and he says... yeah, maybe. Definitely not how a restaurant should be run we are so disappointed in this place and the lack of management skills read more

Great lunch as usual. Steak was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Side order was just as hott as if it came right out fryer. Salad selection is amazing and cant go wrong with getting dessert at the end. Overall great experience. read more

Went to lunch today and Leo was my server, he was awesome he was friendly and very professional. I was very pleased with the service he provided. Because of Leo I will be back read more

Giving this place 5 stars because I have never been to a Sizzler THIS impressive. There are a variety of options at the salad bar (far more than any Sizzler I have been to). The restaurant is clean with spacious accessible seating. I would definitely go back. read more

All done with this place! They have recently reduced the quality of food from Sysco A to C..... It has been bad the last few times we have been there and we will not be back! read more

Overpriced food; everything is ala carte; really terrible service: Ate here on 10/31/2013 and was incredibly disappointed with the service and outrageous prices. Ordered a steak for $14.99 and my guest ordered a salmon platter, also $14.99; yet neither came with a salad; the salad is a $5.00+ surcharge! Even Outback provides a salad with their meals! Party of two came to almost $50.00, without the tip. The quality of the food on the "premium" salad bar seemed more akin to a cafeteria, rather than a steakhouse. Jamie W's review of 10/28/13 summed it up nicely; the food smacks of Sysco ingredients. My steak was also tough, although the salmon dish was well prepared. Re: the poor service; the waitress never came back to refill my ice tea even once, and we had to ask for everything. We were not through eating when we were then rushed out the door when another waiter came over and just began removing our plates, which was not requested by either of us. I can think of better places to spend $25.00 per person, but it definitely is not here. I do not expect Cordon Bleu quality at this price point to be sure, but there comes a time during the meal such as this when you suddenly realize that you have been "had". Epic fail. read more

My family has been here 3 times and it's only been re-open a week! We will probably average once/month in the future. It seems like the same food, but my family really likes it. My 11 year old son was raving about the rolls, but others like the cheese toast (available by request). We really missed having Sizzler as an option as something between Denny's and Outback. I like that you can just get the salad bar or add an entree. I hope they make a go of it this time. I agree that the helpful, friendly staff is a nice improvement. The staff that was there before they closed were lackluster at best. Good luck to the new restaurant. read more

I love the salad bar, it has so Mich variety and is very fresh, The steak is so good and all the shrimp you can eat is a plus. The prices are very good also read more

Where has the quality control gone!!?? The clam chowder was like water, hardly any clams or potatoes and only lukewarm! Chicken noodle had more carrots and celery than chicken or noodles and salty! Beef vegetable had too many carrots and celery. The albondagas soup was meatballs from Costco! Server did not offer us bread, very slow in dish pick up and not very friendly. The salads were ok as usual. The beef taco meat was bland but the wings were crispy and the desserts were sweet. Probably be awhile before we get over this meal!! read more

I used to come to Sizzler a lot as a kid but haven't been back in 20 years. I am glad 8 rediscovery of Sizzler and I will be coming back for sure! read more

The food was good . Our server was great . Thanks Zane. I was impressed , made our Thanksgivings dinner Special. Zub

Awsome experience, our server Jazmin was super nice and there when we neded here. I Will be coming back to this location.

Always satisfied with Sizzler. Great service today with Jazmin as our waitress. Thank you.

I came to Sizzler on a Monday evening for my father's Birthday dinner. We had a party of 9. We all ordered the salad bar which included assorted fruits, soups, tacos, and deserts. Our waiter was not at all happy. She had an attitude like she didn't want to be there. Our waters and beverages took 3 trips to complete our request. Then when it was time to fix out food the salad was decent. They had a variety of options to choose from. The fruit was not cold and tasted old. The fried food look like it was there for a while, so I requested for some fresh union rings which took a while for it to come out. The soup that I choose was the broccoli and cheddar soup which was a bad choice. It tasted like nacho cheese with 3 pieces of over cooked broccoli. I was discussed. I then headed to the taco section. They had guacamole that turned black. The seasoning on the taco meat was a weird sour taste so I immediately put that aside. Long story short, I would not recommend this place to any of my family or friends. This place was such a disappointment even in there steak and endless shrimp. The steak was over cooked and rubbery and the shrimp to a long time to reorder. I would not come back again, I would rather try a different restaurant do to the customer service and experience I had . read more

Too expensive for what you get. I wasn't that hungry so I opted for the salad bar (lunch time) but was told it was more expensive because it's Sunday (not posted anywhere) which is silly. I get that its Sizzler and I wasn't expecting much but this was a huge disappointment. We also got the bacon wrapped steak medallions which tasted like the gas grill they were cooked on and the first one was WAY over cooked (everyones steak items were well over cooked, too). The fries were not cooked enough and when we mentioned this to the manager he did nothing about it to fix it. Terrible place. Has been a decade since I went to a sizzler and I wont go back. read more

Stake always medium rear, ordered rear.... Medium rear

I could not fill in the sizzler survey. they took my ticket. I had the 8 oz sirloin because they discontinued the bacon wrapped medallions. Never again for the sirloin. Very poor cut of beef. Our server Nate was slow & forgetful. Onion rings were soggy. Salad bar ok. read more

Terrible service. My girlfriend and I waited about 10-15 minutes for our drinks to arrive. The restaurant was empty, so there should be no need to make customers wait that long. A couple came in about 10 minutes after US and received there drinks and bread right away. Once we received our drinks and bread, about 5 minutes later or meals came out. The streak wasn't that good but the shrimp wad OK. Me and my girlfriend will not be coming back. read more

Wow!!!! I can not believe this is a Sizzler. The atmosphere has completely changed, the food is SO much better here and the staff is awesome. They all have smiles and look as if they actually enjoy themselves. Managers are present and very helpful. I just can not believe this is a Sizzler. read more

Always best salad bar in town , I love coming here with the family or friends , delicious steak aswell

Went here a few days ago to try it. It was seriously horrible I ended up choosing the salad bar. It was seriously over priced for how crappy the food was everything tasted as though it had been sitting out for forever and was Luke warm. I will be going to soup plantation and not here ever again they are half the price and their food is fresher. I do have to say my waiter was very polite and had great customer service other than that the experience was a bust. read more

Service was great. Food was great. Only got the salad bar but it was fresh and fully stocked. Our waitress did a good job making sure we had everything we needed. Will definitively come again. read more

Go there often for steak and baked potatoe. Last few times i was there they were short staffed. Tables were not bussed. When busboy finally came to bus 3 tables that were near to where we were sitting, he dropped the rag he was cleaning with on the floor then proceeded to clean all 3 tables with the same rag. That grossed me out. Dont think i will be going there anytime soon. read more

Walked in with family. Instead of being seated and brought menus like a normal restaurant you stand there looking at the menu on the wall order first then sit down. Why do i want to stand around and order my food at a steakhouse id rather just be seated and order. Walked in saw that walked out. read more

One of the worst sizzlers out there. Terrible service and very mediocre food for $14.99 on lunch???? Couldn't find staff for a refill or even my intial coke. Never going to any sizzler again. read more
