DO NOT COME HERE!!! I wish I could give 0 stars. We got the buffet, which was mostly a salad bar with chicken and spaghetti. The chicken was really hard and tasted old. The pineapple was brown, and they have the RUDEST manager (claimed to be owner) I ever met. None of my family members ate much due to the unappetizing food and the manager had little to no concern for our problem. Very bad/old food with the worst service of my life. After spending $40 on food we all had to come home and eat again since no one was satisfied with their meals. Such a waste of money. read more

Overview: * Horrible attitude of the "manager/ front desk man" * Mediocre Food (unlike every other Sizzlers I've went to * Worst Experience I've ever had * Don't Bother! If I could give 1/10 th of a star, that is what I would give this establishment! But I can't, so I have to give them a full star. The manager (or the old guy working at the front, whoever he is) is such a jerk! When you get an endless salad bar, the beauty of it is you can choose what you want to eat and how much you want to eat of whatever you want to eat, right? So, I'm with my mother and we don't have time to eat at the "restaurant" so we order TWO salad bars to-go, which we have done multiple times at other Sizzlers (without any problems or questions I must add). This guy has an audible debate on what to do because he claims that they don't do to-go salad bars (odd). So finally he gives us 2 boxes and 2 sauce containers -_-, that. At the other Sizzlers, we got a large to-go box, another desert box and a medium size soup container, AND THATS JUST FOR ONE ORDER! Whatever. So I go to the bar and fill up my box with chicken wings and ask them to make another batch. The lady goes and tells the "manager" and he comes over giving us a spiel about chicken and how he doesn't want us to get anymore, BUT ITS AN ENDLESS SALAD BAR WHERE IM SUPPOSE TO BE ABLE TO GET WHATEVER I WANT!!! (Can you feel my frustration? But being the civilized person I am, I back off and say "okay." But then what really ticked me off is he sat there and watched me pick my food! JERK MUCH?! We've eaten here before and it was "just okay." Today we walked out because the owner/manager that was taking our order was very rude to us, so paying for "just okay" food served with rudeness is unacceptable. We will not come back, ever! read more

Hands down the best Sizzler ever. The manager Ray walks around and checks on guests. I've been here three times and even brought family from Australia just to see this Sizzler. You will see the staff regularly checking the temperature of the salad bar which makes me feel good. Everything is clean and you can tell Ray does a great job running the place. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Jenny who is perhaps the friendliest hostess ever. The service is incredible. They check on you constantly and as soon as your dirty plate hits the table one of the staff is suddenly beside you taking your used dishes away. As for the food, I took my Australian family to many restaurants like Lucille's and Outback Steakhouse but the Rib Eye Steak at this Sizzler is their favorite steak. They also love the chicken soup. We used to enjoy the Sizzler a lot. However, their price for a senior salad bar is $10.99, which is way more than it used to be. It comes with a drink, so I think they just added the drink so they could increase the price. Anyway, we won't be going back. With tax and tip $25 plus is way too much for a salad. My husband and I decided to have lunch at this location, after passing it by for years, At one time it was always packed, but It has lost its Fullerton customer base. When you enter the Owner? Manager? stands next to the cashier and stares at you, No "hello" no "welcome" not a word. I almost expected a "No Soup For You!" The waitresses were very attentive. The food? Uninspired! My husband did say his tri tip was tender and cooked well. That's why I gave it two stars. The salad bar is the same sad pasta, tiny pieces of chicken over baked and hard as a rock. Some kind of baked sliced potatoes also over cooked. Pretend crab salad, etc. nothing original. A Mexican taco area. Taco shells right out of a package, filling looked dry. I'm sure it all looked sad because when you have so few customers nothing gets turned over or refilled. It just sits there. Dessert: small ice cream cones, apple pie and small cubes of lemon cake. You've seen it all before. This place needs a manager with new ideas. It has to be brightened up! It's not a happy place. I would not recommend it. read more

Worst sizzler ever! I will never go back. Third time I've been there in about a year. Every time I go, me steak is cooked wrong. Went for mothers day, again my steak was over cooked. Hubby tells me to send it back. When they bring out my new steak, it was under cooked. Send it back a THIRD time, still under cooked. Forget it! I'll just eat it. No taste! Owner doesn't even bother to come apologize. The server was very apologetic. So, I yelled, ruined every ones dinner, and made the most of it. Salad bar was gross. Cottage cheese was rotten tasting and salad was bitter. Like I said, never going back!!!! read more

I recently ate at this Sizzler and the service was great and the food was fresh and tasty! It's just what I expected and it had been awhile since I've dined there. I'm writing this review because of how impressed I am with the overall experience....yes, we had a little too much to drink that night, but it reminded me that the simple things in life are often the best, like a good meal with friends at a local restaurant. Pay no attention to the stupid reviews you may find here on Yelp....This restaurant is so clean you could eat off the floors and I highly doubt the suspect nature of some of these reviews! Be Careful, this manager is very rude and our family found him to be a emotional go off machine. He tried to change the listed price of a meal to a higher price to get more money and started raising his voice. Nasty! Definitely do not go to this restaurant please. read more

This is a typical Sizzler. I ordered soup and salad buffet. Veggies were fresh. The fruit was okay, not real sweet, but fresh. The cheesy bread was delicious as always. And our server Julia was awesome...hustling from table to table making sure everyone had their drinks refilled and extra buffet plates available. read more

I came here last Saturday, had the buffet and ordered steak & lobster. I have to say the meal was very well cooked. The downsides about buffets are that they always get cold or hard, but to my absolute surprise the food was hot and fresh at any given time. I tell you, I saw the cooks refilling the pots possibly every 20 min. My waiter, I believe the name to be Robert, was an extremely nice gentleman who checked up on me very often. I had the pleasure of meeting one of the managers as well and I was very surprised to see that he was a very kind man who even gave me a discount. Overall a very nice experience. I went here with family last weekend, this was probably the best food and service I've had in a long time. The food was amazing, while the prices were surprisingly low. The service was excellent, coming every ten minutes to see if there was anything we needed. The food consisted of steak, seafood, fish, and food from the salad bar. I had steak, It was perfectly seasoned and beautifully prepared. I recommend everyone to go to sizzler. read more

I've been to sizzler numerous amounts of time and they never fail to please me! The salad bar is always fresh and includes a great variety of soups, salads, and other items. Went here for lunch with the fam. Salad bar was delicious and was only $8.00, I got steak and shrimp. Steak was a little over cooked for medium. Server was really nice and very attentive. Lots of food for little money. Good spot. read more

OMG...we were there on Jan. 9, 2016...this was always our favorite "go to" place when we wanted steak. Well, it's just not the same. Our steaks were hard and tough and difficult to chew...we ordered them medium and they did have pink in the center, but still they were awful and tasteless. Seeing as we were with other people and the place was fairly busy with not enough help, we did not say anything at the time. But when we got home I wrote to the main company. Their response was they would pass my comments to the owner of this franchise...who was not very friendly or nice when we were paying for our order. We paid $30 for 2 steak dinners, which I feel was very expensive for the size of the steaks we received...and then to have them be uneatable on top of that is inexcusable! As of today I have not heard back from either the main office or the owner of this franchise...so, obviously they do not care! Any reputable establishment would have given us coupons for free dinners to make up for the bad ones and try to keep us as good customers. DO NOT go to this restaurant!!! read more
