I have used this location for years because depending on the time of day, they offer same-day or next-day turnaround. I was shopping for frames even though my RX had expired long ago. I have had my current frames for years even longer. I no longer have an optometrist. I decided to have an exam being they could see me right away. The OD was pleasant and told me how my eyes were doing. She gave me a new RX and I was on my way to finish checking out new frames. When I went back in the store the owners were very helpful. I chose a couple of pairs and they found some they thought I would like. Then they helped me choose which ones looked the best on me. They also told me what was current. I did not mention I would not want to be in last year's style. I did have a hard time deciding between using my old, now in style, frames or a new pair. I ultimately went with new frames. I left as they were closing and came back the next afternoon. I am so pleased with the whole experience. read more

I came to this place with my kids (8 and 6 years old) to get glasses for my daughter. Mohammad was incredibly attentive and patient with them. As you can imagine, kids that age don't exactly sit still or follow directions easily--they were running around, fascinated by the security cameras and watching themselves on screen. Despite the distraction, Mohammad remained calm and focused, gently getting feedback from my daughter on which frame colors she liked and discussing the options available. After collecting our information, he mentioned he might be able to get her glasses done the same day. I was skeptical, as that's never happened to me before. But to my surprise, he called that afternoon to let me know her glasses were ready for pickup. Even earlier, when we first ordered the glasses, he had pre-adjusted them to fit her face, in case I needed to pick them up without her. That foresight made returning to collect the glasses so much easier and more peaceful. Later, I decided to order updated prescription lenses for her older frames as a backup. As promised, Mohammad called later that week when they were ready. Because of these great experiences, I also decided to have my annual checkup and get fitted for contact lenses. The doctor was friendly and thorough, giving me a few lenses to test before ordering. Once I chose the pair I liked, Gita was also incredibly helpful and kind while processing the order. Finally, I realized it was time to replace my old glasses--I'd had them for almost 15 years! Mohammad once again went above and beyond, walking with me through the store and helping me try on different styles, offering feedback and suggestions. After taking my measurements, he got the glasses done, and while I was initially unsure about the frame shape, after wearing them for about a month, I can say I made a great choice. The frames are lightweight and very comfortable. I also have an Asian face shape, and many glasses tend to slide off my nose. Mohammad adjusted the fit behind my ears, and now they stay put--something I'm extremely happy about. I would absolutely recommend this place to my friends and family. The doctor that does the exams is great, but the couple that runs the store is horrible. Got a exam for contact lenses and was told to try the pair with the new prescription for a week or so before i order them,I asked how much, so she was real adamant about ordering a year supply which is the only way I've ordered them since I've been wearing them 15 plus years. So she gives me the price I repeated the price back to them and they said right I said okay I'll call an order them after I give them a try. So after wearing them for a week or so I call the store to order them the husband answers the phone I give him my name he comes back after a few min an asked me if I was sure about my name,because he had another first name with the same last name. Excuse me why the hell would I give you a different name sir that makes no damn sense. So he finds my file an guy's he wife on the phone an she tells me the price an I tell her it's a hundred dollars more then what you told me she said that's impossible. So I tell her I'm on my way to get the copy of my prescription, and I'll get my contacts elsewhere. Upon arriving, she walks out with a copy of my prescription and tells me, she made a mistake ,how was that when you told me it was impossible? She went on to say the she'd have to eat the cost of the extra charge. Well why would you not eat the cost to make it right after you made the mistake? To keep a customer who's been coming to this store for the last 15 years. Oh well taking my busy elsewhere Just wondering what would have happen if I paid for them an she found out later she made a mistake. I am loyal to a brand of sunglasses (Maui Jim) & wore out my old pair. Couldn't be tightened any longer. I looked in a few places, but they seemed much more expensive than my old ones. I was passing this location & stopped to check out their price. It was much less than the other "chain" store and Gita was very friendly & helpful. About 6 months later I lost them while hiking and was going to be driving down to SoCal for the holidays. I had an excellent experience here with Dr. Nguyen! She conducted my annual eye exam and everything went smoothly and comfortably. I usually get prescriptions for both glasses and contact lenses and she gave me a prescription for both. Previously, I had an eye doctor prescribe me toric contact lenses which were extremely uncomfortable. I decided to get a second opinion with Dr. Nguyen. She was able to prescribe me regular lenses that were comfortable. I didn't purchase any glasses from them, but they have a great selection and Isabella was wonderful in assisting me with trying a few different frames on. I didn't feel pressured to purchase anything and the entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful! I would definitely come back again for a future visit and would highly recommend them. read more
