Breakfast biscuit and side of grits
    Julie H.

What a fun and friendly place for breakfast or lunch and the food is delicious too. The interior has a cow theme and it's so cute! It's cozy enough to stay and relax over a meal. I had a biscuit sandwich with eggs and bacon and a side of grits. All perfectly made - the biscuit was one of the best I've ever had! It was light and fluffy with a tiny bit of crunch on the edges. My husband had the everything bagel sandwich with eggs, cheese and bacon. So perfectly tasty! The coffee is rich and delicious - a serve yourself area with fun coffee mugs if you dine in. So glad we found this place!

Great location nestled in the quaint town of Bluffton. Walk in, order and find a seat. Vegans & Plant Based diners rejoice, ask for the menu. We had the Jack Fruit pulled pork. It was good, it would have been fabulous with a side of dairy free slaw and a bottle of different sauces to top it with. Ie: traditional bbq and vinegar based sauce.

My only problem is we did not find this place until we only had 2 days left on vacation. We enjoyed it so much we came back the morning before we left. The location was great and the decor was nostalgic. Drinks are self serve and a good variety (coffee , tea, soda, juice, energy drinks etc). Georgia Pecan coffee was so good - all 4 in my family had both days. We ordered different food on day 1 and 2. Our favorites were the French toast, pancakes and the everything bagel. The pancakes reminded me of funnel cake and my son loved them (got them both days). Service was quick and everyone was super friendly. They have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and had locals that came in - that in itself should tell you how good this place is! Looking forward to going back next year... prob everyday we are there. Go Dawgs!!

    Really cool the corner side

Stick with the tea. I don't think shrimp and grits is supposed to be queso soup. Cute place tho.

They have a pretty good vegan menu. The Philly steak is good. I like the side porch. Nice place to have lunch when shopping in Bluffton

From the moment we sat down, the service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming -- the kind that makes you feel like a valued guest rather than just another table. We stopped in for brunch and were blown away. The Coconut Lime Shrimp Bowl was incredibly fresh with bright, vibrant flavors, and the Traditional Eggs Benedict was perfectly executed -- beautifully cooked with rich, balanced flavors. Every bite tasted thoughtful and well crafted. The fresh juices were so flavorful and a perfect addition to our meal. What really stood out was how balanced everything felt: a creative, well-curated menu, excellent flavors, and top-notch service all coming together for a memorable meal. We went there to get the beef short rib only to go to order it, they didn't have it that night, they were out and it was their main feature item on the website. So I ordered the steak with corn risotto ($45) only to get 4 small pieces of steak maybe 4 oz and no risotto so they gave me white rice with pieces of corn In It. The rice was so dry so I asked for chimichurri thinking this would help and they had that on the menu serving with the flank steak and wouldn't you know it they were out of that as well. Service was really slow there was 4 of us they finally gave us our cocktails after 15 wait (again we were the first ones there) then delivered only 2 drinks to our table we had to wait 5-7 minutes to get the other 2. I eventually went to the bar to get the drinks myself. The martinis were small not even a normal martini glass and watered down. $18 per The food and drinks was expensive for what you got. We will never go back over priced poor service and just Ok food

We got there 15 minutes after they opened and the only ones seated at the bar. You would think they would be on top of things that early in the evening. Nope, my wife had to wait 18 minutes to get her wine (which we bought the whole bottle). Second, they haven't changed their fryer oil in FOREVER!!!! Yes, I know what I'm talking about. As it being an open kitchen and you can see everything. We witnessed them take oil they just cooked in a pan and dump it in the fryer with the other oil. Are ya kidding me??? All the fried food came out dark as all get out it's been that long since they changed it or even filtered it. Third, some of the cook wore gloves and others didn't. No big deal normally. I watched one cook reach in the garbage and then proceeded to start preparing food!!!! No fing way!!!! Four, the Egg Roll was bland, the inside ingredients was garbage. Over cooked and tough. My wife's filet was under seasoned (well no seasoning at all), a cheap cut of meat and dry!!! The béarnaise sauce tasted and looked like it came out of a jar. It was the worst I've ever tasted. She asked for no vegetables and the risotto instead. She did get the risotto. I'll admit, that wasn't so bad. The bread that was under the filet was ICE cold. Not even sure why they served it or put it on the plate. Fifth, this is a one and done for us. There are soooooo many better options in the area with a better menu, price and service. To say disappointing is an understatement. Oh ya, almost forgot. We had to get a Togo bag and it reminded me of the bags you use to pick up your dogs poop. I'm not even joking.

Staff was friendly. But the avocado toast was on ciabatta bread (no one asked what kind of bread we wanted) and it was such a slim layer of avocado. Very disappointed. What I don't know is whether they have changed their toast for all locations and reduced the amount of avocado or was this a fluke or only typical of the Bluffton location. We will go back to the port royal location sometime this week because now I need to know! Oh and we tried the roasted potatoes which I have never tried before. The flavors/herbs were good but the potatoes were not cooked fresh so they were soft/chewy.
