Breakfast biscuit and side of grits
Julie H.

What a fun and friendly place for breakfast or lunch and the food is delicious too. The interior has a cow theme and it's so cute! It's cozy enough to stay and relax over a meal. I had a biscuit sandwich with eggs and bacon and a side of grits. All perfectly made - the biscuit was one of the best I've ever had! It was light and fluffy with a tiny bit of crunch on the edges. My husband had the everything bagel sandwich with eggs, cheese and bacon. So perfectly tasty! The coffee is rich and delicious - a serve yourself area with fun coffee mugs if you dine in. So glad we found this place!

Plant based menu

Great location nestled in the quaint town of Bluffton. Walk in, order and find a seat. Vegans & Plant Based diners rejoice, ask for the menu. We had the Jack Fruit pulled pork. It was good, it would have been fabulous with a side of dairy free slaw and a bottle of different sauces to top it with. Ie: traditional bbq and vinegar based sauce.

My only problem is we did not find this place until we only had 2 days left on vacation. We enjoyed it so much we came back the morning before we left. The location was great and the decor was nostalgic. Drinks are self serve and a good variety (coffee , tea, soda, juice, energy drinks etc). Georgia Pecan coffee was so good - all 4 in my family had both days. We ordered different food on day 1 and 2. Our favorites were the French toast, pancakes and the everything bagel. The pancakes reminded me of funnel cake and my son loved them (got them both days). Service was quick and everyone was super friendly. They have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and had locals that came in - that in itself should tell you how good this place is! Looking forward to going back next year... prob everyday we are there. Go Dawgs!!

Really cool the corner side

We stopped by maybe 20 minutes before closing and they were able to accommodate our whole family. Couple of coffees and juices. The coffee was great. Plenty of choices, but since they were closing, we didn't want them to re-clean everything so we ordered simple coffees and lattes. I would definitely come and visit again if I'm ever in the area. Hats off to the manager.

Staff was friendly. But the avocado toast was on ciabatta bread (no one asked what kind of bread we wanted) and it was such a slim layer of avocado. Very disappointed. What I don't know is whether they have changed their toast for all locations and reduced the amount of avocado or was this a fluke or only typical of the Bluffton location. We will go back to the port royal location sometime this week because now I need to know! Oh and we tried the roasted potatoes which I have never tried before. The flavors/herbs were good but the potatoes were not cooked fresh so they were soft/chewy.

Their fries were really really good. The iced tea was fresh brewed and had good flavor. My other girlfriend got a salad and was thrilled with how good the flavor was. The water wasn't bad but I still opted for iced tea. The weather was so nice we were able to eat outside. They do have an outside and inside areas. And the bakery goods looked so good but we were too full to try anything. Our waitress was really good making sure that we got what we needed and that we had refills before we even asked. My wife ordered the macho salad and I ordered the shrimp & grits. Immediately after placing our order, my plate shows up. Wow, that was fast. Meanwhile we wait while they then deliver my salad. Seems a bit out of order but ok. Then we wait. And get a Caesar salad. And advise - not ours. While waiting we hear the server next to us announce the specials - which our server did NOT inform us of as we arrived. My wife would have ordered different. Finally her salad arrives and we eat. My shrimp and grits were sparse on shrimp and were made with mushrooms and reminded me of ingredients found in an omelet. Not a typical flavor. I finished most but not all of it. Just a bit weird. And that 1/2 a biscuits? A lump of flavorless starch. Our server was nice but seems she wasn't as seasoned as other servers nearby. She should inform everyone of the specials. Ask your server if there are specials. Our cocktails were the best part of our meal. And the prices? That bowl of shrimp and grits, along with my simple side salad were a whopping $23. My wife's salad was comparably priced. The dogs split their bowl, which was $10 just a bit much but they did bring us a bowl of water. All-in-all average food, a bit cramped for seating, over priced and a server that needed to up her game.

Excellent brunch meal on a Sunday afternoon!…read more This is an active farm with home grown veggies and chickens for eggs and more (maybe)? Because chick. Is certainly a star of the menu! It was for our meal - complete with chicken legs and chicken livers and chicken nuggets asking with some good sides including deviled eggs with homemade bacon bits. We also had Mac n cheese, broccoli casserole, tomato and cucumber salad and green beans. They have great hours including brunch until 3pm on Sundays - and they seat until 3pm, which we were grateful for, as we arrived just prior to 3pm. We called ahead to be sure this was acceptable and we were told with friendly, welcoming voices that as long as we were seated before 3pm, we were welcome - so here we are! Yum yum! Checkered red and white table cloths, chicken pens out back, the garden patch complete with scarecrows and a perimeter fence to help keep the critters out are all featured at the locale! There is plenty of hubbub about this place on the talking boards and review boards - and now we've added our two cents - which reminds me that the prices are really reasonable and the service was fantastic! The fried chicken was hot as a fire cracker - freshly made with a fantasist batter. The livers were outstanding and also served piping hot! All the veggies and casseroles were super and served at the perfect temp! The salad and beets were so tasty and they were served chilled and were perfect! Kitschy and clean - and not a bit of mean! We will be back!

A fantastic addition to the local dining scene!…read more Ezra's absolutely exceeded expectations. From the moment we sat down, the service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming -- the kind that makes you feel like a valued guest rather than just another table. Every bite tasted thoughtful and well crafted. The fresh juices were so flavorful and a perfect addition to our meal. What really stood out was how balanced everything felt: a creative, well-curated menu, excellent flavors, and top-notch service all coming together for a memorable meal. Lighting was darker than normal. Many of us liked the food. I ordered the blackened mahi mahi which was a special for the night. Can't say it was great. Didn't taste blackened for sure. Had to flag down staff 3-4x even though place was def not busy. Prices were very high, which we knew going in but I can say the squeeze wasn't worth the juice. Def didn't walk out thinking cost/benefit was worth it. Almost $300. In an odd shopping plaza with not-so-good signage. Easily missed if not for GPS. Again, food was good but prices are off, signage needs improved, atmosphere needs lil more light n staff needs training to be on point... esp if you're going to be an expensive restaurant.
